Domino's Pizza in Wijk 06 Binnenstad

Ordered, only to be called to say it would be delayed because the delivery driver had an accident. Shouldn't 16-year-olds be allowed on e-bikes? The order arrived a little late, and part of it was missing. I tried calling, but they were suddenly unavailable. A terrible place.

Pizza was not delivered, ordered online, waited 2 hours, service is bad, they don't speak correctly.

We waited two hours for pizza, never heard anything, and when we called, they hung up on us. Extremely poor service all around, completely dissatisfied. When I tried to ask the staff for information after we walked to the location, I was ignored. The staff was disinterested and simply unfriendly. I wouldn't go back. My phone went unanswered. Completely dissatisfied.

I waited half an hour for food and then they said they forgot the voucher and then I had to wait another half an hour

Saturday evening, I had visitors order the wrong pizza. This location doesn't deliver to our location, and they hadn't known. They paid for almost €20 of pizza online, but delivery wasn't possible. Pickup wasn't an option because they'd already consumed alcohol, so they couldn't get their money back. It should have been refunded, as they discovered it well in advance.

The pizza is delicious, the service is good, the downside is the small table for a snack, it would be more convenient if there were tables and benches.

We had a wonderful day in Utrecht and were craving Domino's. Once there, we were helped by a gentleman with a good vibe and a smile. No rush, no stress, only positive things about him. Thanks for the pizzas 👍

Terrible customer service. The person working there was rude, sprayed cleaning product NEXT to a customer pizza, forgot the order of a person .... The place inside is dreadful. Tiny, VERY hot, definitely for takeout. Regardless the pizza is really tasty like any domino place. I will keep being a domino customer. But i will not choose this store again.

It is quiet when I enter. Ordered an Extravaganza with a thin base 30cm. Paid at 18:26 € 14.99. Walked across the street to get my bike and when I return a few minutes later it is busier. I looked hopefully at the slightly larger box that I hoped my pizza would be in, but there is some kind of mess with an order and that box goes on a pile of other boxes that two boys are waiting for. I thought it would be fine. A little later I ask anyway and then there is no trace of my order. The same employee who took my order earlier asks if they will make an Extravaganza for me right away and about 10 minutes later it is there. I look at the receipt, € 13.49. It is a medium with that thick base, 25 cm. It is now ten past 7, almost 50 minutes since I walked in and thought, 'nice and quick pizza tonight'. Bloody grumpy, no desire to wait any longer. Yes of course I could have shouted more proactively myself, but somehow you don't want to keep a close eye on busy employees. Moral of the story: you better avoid this location during rush hour if you want to eat quickly, the system simply can't handle it.

We ordered a couple of pizzas for 7pm. 7:20pm we ask where are our pizzas? “10 minutes”. It’s almost 8pm now and I still don’t have those goddamn pizzas. Stick them up your ass

We ordered 2 pizzas online for 18:30. At 18:30 we ask: are our pizzas ready yet? "In 10 minutes." 20 minutes later: where are they, did something go wrong? "I can't say how long it will take, but nothing went wrong anyway." After he asked which pizzas we ordered, it would take another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we are back at the counter, a woman tells us that something went wrong with our order. We then received 1 of our pizzas (already quite cooled down) and the other would go straight into the oven, this 'fortunately' only took 10 minutes. The pizza caprese was very tasty (it was fresh out of the oven)

Pizza was tasty. Unfortunately, the 'Potato Wedges' were a disgrace. It's outrageous to charge 6 euros for this.

We placed an order via takeaway, delivery was to the hotel where we stayed. We waited an hour before we called them to find out where the delivery had gone, they claimed that the delivery person had already been to the hotel and had called us, while neither of these was true because we were never called and there was never a call to the hotel. The telephone number we had provided was also correct so this could not have been our fault, the woman we spoke to on the telephone was extremely unfriendly and did not want our delivery to come again. We will never order from here again and therefore do not recommend it. Very sad

Genuinely!! The pizza was cold because the delivery guy decided to stop for chatting with his friend in halfway according to the tracking. Then arrived with his friend giggling in my door. Like I went inside my house and still hear them in my hallway loudly laughing until I had to kick them out!! That is not okay, not safe, and not professional. First and last for sure!

Delivery took almost an hour because the driver stopped in the middle of the way for half an hour. He showed up with his friend, laughing, and delivering a cold pizza. We called the store, they did not care. Such bad service.

The guy that served me was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Not only him, but on the way out, one guy parking his delivery bike was also super friendly. The pizza was super fluffy and saucy as well. Just how I like it. Ordered online for collection, upon arrival most of the staff seemed more interested in each other and were not asked if we were coming to collect (no look at the front door), we even noticed the neglect of hygienic protectol, our pizzas were ready It was getting cold so I asked if our takeaway order was ready and it turned out to be the pizzas that had been chilling on the counter for 5 minutes. Too bad man 👍🏼

Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:00 PM, after waiting 1 hour, I called. I was told that it was busy and that it could take longer, I understood that. Asked if they could give a time indication, to which I got the answer a maximum of 30 minutes. 50 minutes later still nothing... Called again and was told that it had just come out of the oven, no excuses, nothing. Another hour later, still nothing, called again and was told that it had just come out of the oven. It didn't seem very credible anymore and I asked if it could be canceled. He quickly agreed to this and the money would be refunded to the account used to pay. I asked if I could receive a confirmation by email, but that was not possible. On good faith then... 2 weeks later and still no money received I won't order from here again :)

Horrible delivery experience. Never again. My order arrived 2.5 hours later. I'm not exaggerating. I placed the order at 20:17, and it arrived at 22:45. In the meantime, I received no update, no notification, or no apology. I called the branch two times. In both times, they told me that they don't have enough courier while allowing new orders online. Fortunately we ordered something from another restaurant, so we didn't get too angry out of hunger. After not receiving anything for 1.5 hours, I called them. They sounded super chill and told me that there are still a few orders before they put our pizza in the oven. No apology or anything. He told me that he'll throw in something nice if I pick it up instead of delivery. I waited another 45 minutes before calling again. He said my pizza is out of the oven and waiting for the next courier. This time he apologised because it's been more than 2 hours. At the end, I received an ok pizza with cold and hard fries. No money back, no something small for apology. It was a good reminder why NY Pizza is 1000 times better pizza chain.

Ordered pizza online before 4:30 PM but did not receive it. The tracker said "Your order is being made" So I waited over an hour but got nothing. Now see that you were closed, strange that I could still order?! Very sorry about this :(

I understand that it is very busy for them, but ignoring people is not the intention. This review is only about the customer service of this branch. I am always very satisfied with the quality of the food. Added 2 thick shakes to my order two months ago. These were delivered without whipped cream, even though I had of course paid for this. This can of course happen once in a while, but this wasn't the first time so I decided to call. I contacted the branch where a certain Rafael told me that I had to call and mention his name for my next order. After which I would receive two free thick shakes with my next order. I thought, okay, nicely solved. So yesterday I called after I ordered. I then got Tijn on the phone. I told my story and asked if he could add my 2 thick shakes to my order. I received a very unfriendly response and was told that I should use a coupon code for a pizza because he could not give away thick shakes. This while I had just ordered two pizzas, so that was of no use to me. I find it very annoying that the customer is the victim of miscommunication here, while this could have been easily prevented. I then agreed to the voucher because I literally had no other choice. I then received a coupon code that did not work and I had to call back again, whereupon I received another code that turned out to have expired. Tijn then promised me that he would send me a new code the next day as compensation, but you guessed it, I didn't get this again. I am very dissatisfied with this handling of cases and the stiff attitude of the staff. And I'll see if I can still get my voucher through the head office. Long story short: as soon as your order goes without any problems, you can eat a great pizza here. As soon as you have to deal with the staff, I would strongly advise against this establishment.

My order originated out of an emergency. I was about to make homemade pizza and I dropped my dough including toppings on the floor as I burned myself at the oven. Long story short: from order till arrival it took only 20mins on a Sunday evening. I was super impressed. My special wishes were all accompanied and I had a lovely pizza and dessert delivered from Dominos. Plus for me cheesy crust pizzas are superior and that extra was on point!

If they invest in a label printer to easily distinguish which pizza is for whom when ordering multiple pizzas, they will be golden!!

The build your own pizza turned out to be more suggestive of what you want on the pizza. Spring onions were not present at all. The normal distribution of the cheesy bread is also really excessive. Sometimes you have a nice sandwich, other times it is very mediocre. You may want to make the product a bit more consistent. Since you have increased the price to 5 euros, I expect that you can hire someone to make the product more consistent.

Waited an hour, the app said my order was being prepared and after an hour it still did. I called to ask what was going on and she said she didn't know anything about my order, after a lot of searching they found it and would start working on it... half an hour later it was only in the oven.

Terrible Experience ! They made me run from pillar to post to get a refund for an order that they were unable to deliver since they didn't had delivery staff. Here goes the story: 1) I placed an online order, I got a call from the store informing me that they do not have staff to deliver the order and that my money will be refunded to me in 8-10 day. 2) When the money did not arrive after 10 days, I called the store again to check. This time I was informed that I should write an email to "utrecht1@dominios.nl". But this email id is not valid. 3) Then I went to their website to check for customer care details and I submitted contact form. 4) I got a response from Customer Service that the store will issue the refund. And if I do not get a response I should be calling them again??? I'm not ordering again from DOMINIOS.

This is takeaway so atmosphere does not apply. Pizza was tasty with fresh ingredients. I think the price is high for a chain like this.

Cheeseburger pizza was ok - nothing special. It is also strange that a Domino's can be without tomatoes.

Took our money and order, left it 1 hour then called to say they didn't have a delivery driver so I could either collect it or cancel. Now too late to try somewhere else. Terrible service and a joke for a large chain like Domino's especially to leave it so late to inform us.

Very bad! Ordered before 5:30 PM, called at 5:35 PM because the app said it had been delivered, I was told that the delivery person was on his way & would be there in 2-3 minutes. Called again at 5:55 PM and was told the same thing. When I indicated that I thought it was strange that I had been told this almost half an hour earlier, the answer I got was: it is busy. And this is not the first time, I have never received a delivery on time from these dominos!

Friendly staff! Kenza is cute. Steven is a nice guy and the manager guy also forgot his name. Yeah the pizza was made in propper order. No long waiting time and decent pricing... Must admit I prefer the taste of New York Pizza rather more but if those idiots think walk-in guest are obsolete than I take my business elsewhere.

Fortunately, the pizza arrived warm and tasted good, but terrible customer service, never experienced at other Domino's branches. Update: After leaving my review I was contacted by Domino's Pizza and received an apology and a refund. It's great that it could be resolved this way, but I haven't heard anything from the branch itself.

There was a poster that said the pepperoni was on sale in xxl for 11.95, I order it and the employee says 15.95, I say that it is not correct "did you look at xxl and not large" so I take a picture of it the sign, show it ''oh that promotion is over'' then take away your poster... eventually got a Large in an XXL box and paid 15.95

What antisocial people. They block the sidewalk with their electric bicycles so that you have to cross the busy cycle path and almost get hit before you get your pizza. Pizza was ok, but three doors down they are better. For me this was the last time.

Dominos pizza have the best pizzas ever! Not dry at all just amazing and good price. The summerdeal is 5 euros for a classic medium pizza. They accidentally charged me too much so they gave me my money back and a discount for my next pizza! Super nice!

By the way, last week my pizza was cut completely rotten. I was half-heartedly folding those torn pieces in my mouth. Just put a little force into that cutting man, it's not your mother.

Ordered a pizza online and I’ve indicated that I want it to be delivered at a specific time. 20min after the ‘supposed’ delivery time I checked the pizza tracker and my pizza was’t even in the ‘preperation’ stage. I called the store and the gentleman I spoke with told me that the pizza is not ready. I asked when they can deliver it and he told me that I need to wait 45 min more. He never explained the reason of the delay and he of course didn’t apologize for all the delay and inconvenience caused . This is the second time this is happening to me in that specific Domino store. Simply Terrible customer experience. Thanks Domino!

Going there to get a pizza is good

My first European domino's experience The pizza was decent, it got cold fast which is quite a downside when you're trying to eat an entire pizza. The place was really small but luckily it wasn't busy so it wasn't really an issue.

Hopeless people here. Delivery man says he has been at the door while I am standing behind the bar in a pub that is open until 1am. The name of the pub is also clearly stated when ordering. Then after an hour you call where the pizza is and you get one of those smart-aleck brats on the phone who will be rude to you. Don't say sorry once and insist that he has been here. On the right track! Tried once, never again. Crazy guys...

Excellent service, but the pizza is bad

We got the lunch deal, tried the margarita and the chicken supreme and found both delicious. It was only 5 Euros each and the staff was friendly. I'd definitely like to come later in the future or recommend to a friend.

Pre-Ordered a pizza online, was supposed to pick it up at 13.45. Arrived at the shoo at 13.45 only to find out that my order had not even started getting prepared. The guy did not even apologize, he only said it’s okay, it will be ready in 10 minutes. Very arrogant attitude. One of the pizzas had wrong ingredients.
