Delicious pizza as always, unfortunately a tough delivery driver. Calling them rudely to ask you to pick up your pizza downstairs because it was delivered to the wrong address, only to then get into an argument, is quite unusual.

The burro aglio and the calzones are highly recommended! The food arrived fairly quickly after ordering, and I received a call letting me know the delivery driver was on his way. I've been ordering from here for years and will definitely continue to do so :)

Been coming to this (takeaway) pizzeria for years but the quality has gone downhill. Instead of a crispy base now a limp bite. On the Quattro formaggi pizza one type of cheese could be distinguished/tasted. An email to them for an explanation for this was not responded to.

I had high expectations for Nefertiti Pizzeria, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. At 6:16 PM I ordered a Margherita pizza with extra cheese. What a long wait it would be! At 8:00 PM I received a cold pizza with ham instead of my order. After calling I was promised that I would get a new pizza, but at 9:00 PM it still had not been delivered. On my second call I was told the pizza would arrive in three minutes. Finally, at 9:30 PM, I still had no pizza. When I called, it turned out that the delivery person had received a different receipt, which meant that my pizza had been delivered to the wrong address. Of course a new pizza was made, but it wasn't until 10:00 PM that I finally received my Margherita with extra cheese. And yes, they asked to bring back the old, cold pizza! This entire experience was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. It seems that there is no good communication or organization at Nefertiti Pizzeria. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this pizzeria.

Great and devoted staff. The cooks know what they are doing. They work very fast and make great pizza. Very good price, pizzas are big! Also, if you walk in and order, they will prepare it in 10-15 minutes. My guilty pleasure is pizza Margherita and I always will come to your place only.

Ordered a pizza, received the wrong pizza, too late and above all cold and weak. Not available by phone!

Ordered pasta al funghi and the arugula mozzarella salad. The cheese on the pasta looks as if it has been heated in the microwave. The pasta itself tastes a bit bland but otherwise okay, but not worth 13 euros. The salad is also bland, the mozzarella tastes like low quality. The business is <10 minutes' drive from my address, but it still took an hour and a half before the order was received (placed at 1600 in the afternoon. I spent a total of 23 euros on a very mediocre meal. The quality is really too low to be worth the price and the long delivery time made it even less worth it.

They don't pick the phone up when you call, but know how to give two pizzas (one that isn't even the one ordered) when you buy a pasta and pizza deal, there isn't even a mistake on the bill.. horrible

Pity. Waited 1.5 hours and called several times to find out where the pizzas were. Each time it was said that they were just on their way. We live a 5-minute walk from the pizzaria, so this didn't make sense. Finally picked up the pizzas and just got all different stories about what went wrong. It didn't make any sense and my pizzas were getting cold. Service is terrible, you are not taken seriously and he just laughed it off.

The food is not tasty, always very white bottom. They speak very poor Dutch and no English. Do not eat!

No idea what happened here. Have been ordering here for years. Yesterday a pizza that had no hint of salt or even the slightest taste and this with countless ingredients. They don't do anything with reviews either, no one from the business has even responded to my email. They were not available by phone and I am not going to waste more than 5 minutes on that. It will probably go very well with that case, but for me it will be a permanent skip from now on. There is more than enough on offer in Utrecht.

Too cold, undercooked and too late

Very bad delivery. I had to wait two hours for a pizza. No apologies... My order ended up in a "different system". After calling, the pizza would be made immediately. Finally delivered an hour later. Never again

Order regularly from Nefertiti Pizzeria. Pizzas are large, 36 cm, tasty and just as expensive as the 25 cm pizzas in New York. 16 types of pizzas and 6 types of pasta for vegetarians.

Waited 1.5 hours and were not helped because the manager was not there and they could not do anything for us. Do not order here! Cold and wrong!

We forgot something during delivery, but it was resolved very quickly and neatly. Large portions, tasty food and definitely recommended!

3 hours after the order and 1 hour and 45 minutes after the promised delivery time, the pizza would still be on its way. They get one star because, after the phone was not answered for the past hour and a half, they now answered it. Sincere apologies were not forthcoming. Well prepared pizzas. Only when a vegetarian pizza was ordered did it contain ham. Went back and reported this. When we returned 10 minutes later we received the new pizza. Turned out not to be a new one but the old one from which the ham had been removed. We still found small pieces of ham.

Without a doubt, the best pizza I have ever had in my life. It was a "Nefertiti Special" and it has honestly been an unparalleled experience. The service and treatment with the customer have been magnificent at the time of delivery and it only took 15 minutes compared to the time agreed on the website. 100% recommended for both locals and tourists!

Just ordered another pizza. Always very good in taste (top quality) and delivered on time. This time the delivery person accidentally didn't have enough change. Can happen.
