Good reliable food and perfect for late night people 😇

A cheap place that can't even fill a panini. Isn't this outrageous? I pay for a pizza and a panini, but I get both with barely any meat on them. There's not even 50 grams of chicken breast on my panini.

Ridiculous service! Just had an angry Turkish guy at the door, even though I paid for everything—including the sauce and sambal. And guess what? No sauce, nothing! When I called to report this, I was told, "We might bring it later." What good is that?! And then they told me they were "very busy." That's not my problem—I pay for the whole meal, not for excuses. Absolutely awful, never ordering from here again!

€19 delivery, are you on track?

Ordered food around midnight, took an hour to arrive. There's also almost €10 in shipping, but oh well. Not so bad in itself; we called to be sure, and they were friendly over the phone, which was fine. The food finally arrived, and then I devoured the softest, most soggy panini I've ever seen in my life. I didn't know you could make bread feel like plastic, but I've definitely learned that now. I also had a portion of fries, and damn, this was just chunks of yellow cardboard with the sweetest mayo ever. Fast forward to this morning (the morning after), and I woke up with a crazy stomach ache. I went to the bathroom, and the stomach ache persisted. I'm typing this review while using the toilet for the second time today, and I've only been awake for a few hours. This is honestly the worst place I've ever eaten ANYTHING in my life. Sorry for the one-star review, but damn it, you're giving me food poisoning.

Damn, that's great! I just ordered two pizzas via Uber Eats at 3:25 a.m., drunk on Monday, and at 4 a.m., the delivery driver called to say they were at my door! What great service, and we don't even live nearby. The pizza was excellent!

I ordered two pizzas tonight, and they charged me twice the amount. Then my husband returned with the money off the bill. I was arrested. I was on a plane this morning, and not only did I pay for two pizzas with nothing on them, but I also burned 52 euros. The staff was rude and crappy. It was the first and last time I ordered anything from them.

If you order something and then find it eaten on your doorstep the next day, the phone might not have been working properly, but the delivery driver didn't call you once. It's completely amateurish.

The pizza was very tasty, the opening hours until 3 or 4 a.m. are great and the boys are in a good mood.

Do not order here, food is hours late and the owner is very annoying to you if you call politely, several times!

Ordered late on Thursday evening, no high expectations. Shawarma fries (without sauce, I prefer to make my own garlic sauce) and a beer. Thuisbezorgd said it would take 50 minutes, but they were on our doorstep within 25 minutes. The beer was cold. The shawarma fries almost too hot. It was a beautiful bowl, absolutely packed with fries and shawarma. The fries were remarkably crispy given the blanket of meat on top. The shawarma plentiful, well seasoned. My garlic sauce seeped through the whole thing like an avalanche through a rock formation, like pyroclastic flows through Pompeii. Sometimes life is good.

Great business! I was even brought home safely, that's great service!

Fantastic place for a quick and delicious meal! The döner is always fresh, well seasoned and generously filled. The portions are generous and the fries crispy and perfectly cooked. The staff is friendly and service-oriented, even during busy times. The restaurant is clean and pleasantly decorated, which makes it a nice place to eat. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves good street food!

Took 2:30 hours to come, bad dough, chewy meat, too much indian flavour. Dont recommend and Will never try again. Ate 2 slices and done.

We had a delicious meal here! Employees are also very friendly and helpful. Tip: eat the döner with homemade bread! The pizzas, fries and Izmir bombasi (Utrecht bomb) are also delicious. I will definitely come back here more often to taste the rest!

I ordered here around half past four, order should arrive around half past four. Always on time, food hot and order complete. Called before ordering with a question about food, received a polite and friendly answer. I'm almost starting to doubt whether the bad reviews are legitimate or whether it is a competitor who wants to bring this place down.

I have never had such a miserable hair salon in my life, and I am still completely disappointed with it. My friends had a doner and it was sad too. We didn't even have sauce 💀 we had to wait a really long time for it.

I write a lot of reviews about the delivery and food of various cafeterias. First of all I must say that the order arrived very promptly within 30 minutes. The delivery person was nice, neat and friendly. So nothing to complain about delivery! Now the food: I ordered a large kapsalon döner, a cheese soufflé, a beef croquette and finally a medium strawberry milkshake. The hair salon looked good at first glance: lots of meat and excellent fries and plenty of lettuce. Until you taste it. The döner was dry, I can't imagine that the döner was freshly prepared. The fries were not cooked properly and were limp, although they were well salted (but that is of no use). The sauce was delivered well and everything was complete. The milkshake was super sweet. The sweetness completely dominated the taste. I didn't taste much strawberry. Pity. He was cold, so that's another plus point. The cheese soufflé was more of a 'soufle without cheese', there was hardly any cheese in it, but really hardly... The beef croquette almost fell apart, but the rest was still fine to eat. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from here again.

I called to indicate that I had accidentally deposited a tip to them & to report that I did not like the food because it was delivered cold, the gentleman started saying that he did not want to stay on the phone with me for 5 minutes and that he had women respects! I just asked for a solution and the gentleman finally hangs up! I am a 25-year-old woman with autism and I am proud that I called to report this, even though I find it difficult! You can pocket that tip, you have no respect and your food will be delivered dirty and cold! I can say like a proud peacock learned at PMT therapy 💪

Delivered 2 hours later. Delivered 45 minutes later after being told the delivery person was "on his way". Food is cold. (Pick-up is probably cool, delivery is just not so) Edit: reheated durum doner is quite chompable.

Their strategy is to rob people. I ordered 2 pizzas in the night and they never came. I asked for the refund and they didn’t compensate with anything. That’s not the way of treating your client

It seems their business model is just to rob people. We ordered 2 pizzas last Saturday at 2AM. Called at 3:30AM and they didn’t pick up. No pizzas arrived and we lost 29€ that they do not want to refund or compensate in any way.

Never at kkr business halls if you see this your kkr mothers yes I paid and had it delivered around 3:40 it is now already 4:50 and when I call their mothers they don't answer what kind of kk business do you have yet to find it It's amazing that their business even exists, why would you do this to customers

If you want to order food, do it at this top store, we are located in Van der Valk and our food is delivered within 30 minutes, hot, fresh, good taste and a top delivery person.

I am giving two stars purely because of the extremely slow delivery. We had to wait 1.5 hours, and after calling once they said it would be there "in 10 minutes", so we didn't get the pizza until 45 minutes later. Pizza and bitterballen themselves were tasty.

Ordered a cheese panini but got a chicken sandwich as a vegetarian

SCAMMERS!! Ordered for 55 euros and waited 1.5 hours. We called the restaurant and they said it was coming soon. We waited another hour. Haven't tried calling again yet. No one answered anymore, in the end I didn't get anything and I couldn't speak to anyone anymore. Hate to say it, but unfortunately this is a very unreliable tent.

I ordered more than 2 hours ago, after waiting 2 hours, the delivery person arrived very antisocially with screeching tires. When I started eating, the last drops were the fries, they were cold and hard and had no taste. The salad certainly tasted as if it had been left out of the refrigerator for a month. And the meat was cold, hard and almost burnt to the point of throwing up. So I don't recommend you eat here unless you... Want to catch a virus. Worst thing in Utrecht!!
