Often available for pickup after just 15 minutes after ordering by phone. Delicious pizza and also very good desserts.

After 30 minutes and having spoken to someone twice, we were finally asked what we wanted to drink. That arrived another 10 minutes later, and also 5 minutes apart from each other, even though there were two of us. After telling the staff that we found waiting 30 minutes very long and that we had also booked a movie (which wasn't for another 2 hours, but we were still worried about these waiting times), and after we had ordered following another visit to someone, they responded to our request to get a movie by making us wait 45 minutes for the pizzas, even though those pizzas have an average preparation time of 5 minutes? Once we finally had our pizzas, they came to ask 4 times if everything was to our liking, whereas before that they hadn't come by even once and we always had to speak to someone. As if they were suddenly trying to improve their customer service at the very end. We skipped dessert because we didn't dare order it given the wait. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. The atmosphere wasn't special. The menu is also somewhat confusingly laid out. And pizzerias: you really don't need to give the pizzas three-word Italian names for a salami pizza.

Small restaurant. We were there around 5:00 PM, so it was still nice and quiet, but I was there with my 8-year-old daughter, which is why I prefer going earlier in the evening. Lovely and personal atmosphere 💜 She thought the playdough looked like slime haha, so lots of fun!

Tasty pizzas, but they forgot the anchovies, so I only had a pizza with olives and capers.

The platter of delicacies as a starter consisted solely of bruschetta varieties. I had expected a bit more cheese and/or meat. The pizzas are very tasty.

As someone who can't eat garlic or onion, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this place doesn't automatically include garlic in their tomato sauce. This meant that I could actually have the pizza without any issues. Most pizzas on the menu do include onion, but I'm sure they would be happy to leave that off if asked. Note that they don't have the "usual" drinks but instead serve Italian alternatives. I went with the Italian cola zero, which was decent but less flavorful than the famous coke brands. Still really good with a meal. Very friendly service.

We had a pizza and movie deal and had a delicious meal! The service from both servers was very good! There were cute little lights on the wall, and the tiramisu and coffee afterwards were especially tasty! The pizzas were also very good, but the sauce was a bit bland for me personally, but that is of course very subjective :)

It's a nice place to sit and the food was fine; it's just a real shame that the service is so unfriendly. Two ladies clearly weren't in the mood and acted almost as if you were bothering them when you wanted to order something – they seemed to keep walking away as fast as possible to give you as little chance as possible to order. Weird 🤷🏼‍♀️

We ordered 5 pizzas this evening at 6:00 PM for pickup at 7:00 PM. Upon arrival, it turned out they hadn't started preparing the order yet. The receipt was the third item on the line, and it could still take ‘a while’. Initially, we waited at the bar, but given the discomfort of the private conversations at the bar regarding the (in)performance of one of the staff members and whether there wasn't time for a quick cigarette, we decided at 7:10 PM to ask to wait outside on the terrace with a drink. They didn't come back to the table until around 7:20 PM, so we decided against that as well. They had said the pizzas would be ready soon too. That turned out not to be the case, as the pizzas didn't come out of the kitchen until 7:35 PM. As far as we are concerned, this establishment lacks a bit of professional management. The staff did their best, within their capabilities. But this is already our fourth similar experience, with constantly changing staff. Oh, and upon getting home, it turned out they had forgotten the bresaola as well.

We have often enjoyed eating there, but unfortunately, we were just served cold pizzas. We mentioned this when she checked us in, and she politely offered tiramisu. We indicated that we would prefer a coffee after the meal, but we were still given the bill for it (even after mentioning that it was offered on the house). It is a real shame; we used to enjoy going there.

It was nice to find a table and sit outside on a beautiful sunny day. It was in the evening and we were one of the last customers. We ordered 2 Pizzas which looked amazing. Unfortunately m I found a hair in my pizza, we notified the staff and they offered a new pizza, which was nice, and we really appreciated it 🍕

Good pizzas, but don't eat here when the weather is nice outside; all priority goes to online orders. Slow with drinks and waited well over an hour and a half for the food. I'll just order in from now on!

We ate here yesterday. They don't have kids' pizzas here, but strangely enough, they do have a kids' dessert. The staff is uninterested and bumped into the high chair at least 8 times. The argument/discussion taking place in the kitchen was clearly audible to us.

This is one of the better pizza places in Utrecht but a fair distance from the best. Food is all right, prices are average and the place is quite nice, particularly if you manage to get a table outside. Only downside is that it takes forever for your order to come out. It seems to me that there is a lot of "order and pick up" kind of orders as well as uber eats and similar services constantly picking up pizzas. This means your order might be on the back of an important backlog. So if you go, be ready to spent a good 40 minutes waiting for your food. Edit: Went here a few times more and try to order out and it takes forever every time. This place has no clue how much pizza they can push out per hour so they take too many orders. The 40 minutes delay has not changed. Disappointing

I ate here yesterday and can only say that I had the best pizza I can remember. Nice little place too. I would love to come back again.

Compact restaurant in a residential area. Good selection of pizzas, although the choice of meat/fish options is limited. The quality and freshness of the ingredients make up for a lot. The homemade Limoncello is highly recommended!

Had a nice meal but... It all took a very long time; waiting 45 minutes for one starter and then another half hour for the pizza. The staff were too busy with the delivery pizzas. We received a free drink and countless apologies. It is clearly a management problem. The staff were literally trying to keep the place running as best they could. Don't blame them.

Once again, we ate very tasty pizza and desserts in a cozy atmosphere.

Top pizzeria! One of the best pizzas ever. The ingredients were of extremely high quality, right down to the olive oil on every table. Very exceptional and expertly prepared. Even the simple arugula salad was excellent. The service staff is attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant.

Just ate here by myself. I walked into a cute little restaurant and was greeted by a lovely waitress. I went for a pizza I'd never seen before: Gialla and burrata (I don't know if I spelled that right), and it was delicious!!! The dough is perfect too, highly recommended :)

We were here with a group of eight friends. The food was absolutely fantastic. They're called Pizzabakkers, but they offer much more than just pizza. The appetizers and desserts are varied and fantastic. The pizzas are also delicious and perfectly baked, everything wonderfully fresh. Vegetarian options are also available for those who prefer. The service was very attentive. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back.

My favorite pizza place in Utrecht. I also really love the rich flavor of the proscuito—delicious. And the staff is always friendly. There aren't many tables, so reservations are recommended.

The pizzas were definitely good, but a bit less tasty than I expected. The ham pizza was the best, which we all (me and my three sons) thought was delicious. The Margherita was also good, and none of us really liked the spinach and red onion pizza, but that's a matter of taste. What wasn't a matter of taste was that the dough was tough, and the tomato sauce wasn't particularly good (Chef Erik's frozen Margherita is better, NB, both in terms of dough and sauce). FYI, I ordered takeout. The service was excellent, though, and the pizzas were just out of the oven when I arrived.

Over €50 for two very thin, sparsely topped pizzas with three soft drinks. There were only a few pieces of tuna and mozzarella, and the sauce wasn't exactly generous. It also took over 45 minutes for the pizzas to be ready.

The waiting time was too long, it wasn’t worth it. The pizza was too dry and the toppings were minimal. The price is way too high for this level of quality and service.

By far the best pizzas for me. Delicious, thin crust, generous toppings, sometimes with fun, original twists... (but never pineapple :)). But above all, I find the Roman pizza from Pizzabakkers van de Croeselaan much tastier than the thick, soft Neapolitan pizzas served by many other pizzerias. A matter of taste, though.

A small but lovely restaurant with delicious pizzas! My favorite remains the one with 'nduja and gorgonzola; I've never found 'nduja anywhere that's as good as the one from Pizzabakkers. We often go here before going to the movies; if we let them know when we arrive, they always make sure we're finished eating in time for the movie. Definitely recommended :)

The pizza we had was truly terrible. The service was actually nice, but the quality of the food is just really the bottom of the bottom. The dough is terrible. The sauce is way too sour. Whoever is the chef should be fired.

False advertising. "Pizza Tonno" has no Tuna on it, and the sauce is the most basic tomato sauce you can buy from the supermarket. Complete fraud. Can't recommend.

Got two pizzas tonight. At home (2 minutes walk) it turned out that the pizzas were lukewarm. Cheese congealed. We reheated it in the oven, which made the crust dry. I immediately called and asked if they had left the pizzas out too long. Sorry, but nothing else. A disappointment anyway, especially for the price (expensive).

Ordered the specials of the month, Amatriciana pizza, and Pepperoni da noi. It was one of the best we had recently. The waiters are super friendly and patient with our selections. So lucky to have such a good restaurant in the neighborhood.

Delicious pizzas and nice service. Because I wanted to pick up 12 pizzas around six o'clock on a Sunday, I thought it would be useful to place the order in advance. So I went by on Saturday, everything was noted down on a note... That went wrong, the note was still hanging somewhere, but on Sunday the order was still unknown. Fortunately, the crew picked it up nicely on Sunday and within half an hour we walked out the door with our hands full of incredibly tasty pizzas. Hopefully the bakers didn't have to chase orders too much for the rest of the evening due to those unexpected delicious boxes 😁😋

Delicious pizzas, good ingredients, quick preparation, a bit pricey.

Great service, quick to the table and helpful with deciding what pizza to get. Pizza gorgonzola and 'Nduja was amazing. Not too expensive but not cheap either, but definitely worth the price.

We had to wait over an hour for our pizzas. The service came with lame excuses (it is very busy) and false promises (they are now going into the oven, they will be ready in 7 minutes). People who came to pick up were usually given priority. Only when I threatened to leave was action taken. The pizzas were ok, but I wouldn't go out of my way for them. The fact that this restaurant does not have its logistics in order should not be the customer's problem. Sad end to an otherwise fun family outing.

Ordered pizzas from the pizza maker, then they forgot the Margherita and were too screwed to correct the mistake. They admitted that the Margherita was in the kitchen, but they couldn't bring it and we had to ask for money back through home delivery. This is crazy.

Very tasty wood-fired pizzas, but the decor in which you eat is a bit bare. At other locations there are jugs of water on the table (free), unfortunately not the case here. Pizzas are quite high priced but very tasty.

Pizza's waren koud en toen we vroegen om het op te warmen kregen we verbrande rucola terug, die hadden ze gewoon mee in de oven gegooid. Kwaliteit was in het verleden goed, maar nu niet meer.

Quality is lost. Pizzas were cold and when I asked for it to be warmed up it had been put in the oven with the arugula and all, so the arugula was completely shriveled. I have eaten much better here in the past.

I had the pizza of the month which was with yellow tomato sauce and it was spectacular.

I had dinner with my family at the Pizza Bakkers in Croeselaan (Utrecht) for the first time as we just moved to the neighborhood. I used to like the pizza from Pizza Bakkers, as I tried it already in an other shop in Rotterdam. However, our dinner experience (Saturday evening of May 4th) was very bad due to the service. The staff was completely careless of our presence. They were eating, drinking, talking between each other, while in the meantime, we had been waiting more than 5 minutes to get their attention. We even had to shout to them to ask for some oil to use on our pizzas because they just wouldn't look at us, but just caring about chatting and eating. It was 8:30-9 pm, so not so late, and they literally put pressure on us to finish our dinner to kick us out. Terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone to go to this place. Better to go to O Panuozzo, Piazza Beppe or Vegitalian, where the service and the pizzas are really good.

Very fast and friendly service ❤️ Spinach/goat cheese pizza and Peroni beer tasted great. The location is on the busy Croeselaan, the street racers there made my daughter cry a few times because of the noise. Of course the restaurant can't do anything about it.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Original pizza recipes. Nice beers. Our main comment would be to put more topping on the pizza. And the Negroamaro wine was disappointing. Overall an enjoyable experience, we look forward to returning.

Pizzabakkers, maar niet nadat de bakkers moe zijn. Niet de eerste keer dat ik een half uur voor sluitingstijd te horen krijg dat ze al aan het schopnmaken zijn, de kok niet meer wil, het personeel nog wel wil, maar de pizzaiolo een dikke vinger steekt. Klanten krijgen dus de middelvinger zodra het personeel moe is. Ik woon om de hoek en dit gebeurt me inmiddels voor de 7e keer. Zo jammer, want de pizza's zijn super.
