Bad food and bad restaurant in Utrecht

The very best Montovani tortellini in the world! But, of course, there's never anyone there, so it's not very welcoming.

Thin, crispy and tasty. Bravo!!

Nothing Italian about this place. Expect a "snack bar" style pizza. The dough is both flavorless and rock solid. Large chunks of raw union, pieces of cheese that are thin, look dried up and taste like plastic which is combined with a mountain of salt. I would prefer O'panazzo, for a true Italian pizza.

I ordered a Calzone, but the filling was cold and raw, so I had to cook it myself in the oven. The pizza was ok, but don't order the calzone.

We ordered and it arrived quickly. The pizza was delicious, with a good base and great prices.

Nice place to work, nice boss, always get my pizza here myself. Definitely recommended to get your food here and also definitely recommended to work here

This pizzeria closes at 10:00 PM, which I find really strange and annoying, while New York Pizza remains open until 1:00 AM.

Ordered takeout lasagne and bread with herb butter. Lasagne was basically a soup - bits of pasta and cheese floating in tomato water. Barely any meat, no seasoning, no flavour. Bread was old and stale, tiny amount of butter. Owner wouldn't give a refund because we'd tried to eat it (we waited an hour and were very hungry once it arrived and had nothing else in, and we thought we might as well try as sometimes even the worst looking foods taste good). He said if we hadn't eaten some of it he would have come and picked it up. Why? To give to another customer? 🤢 We ended up throwing most of it away. Will never order from here again.

Bad service! Via home delivery something went wrong in one way or another with the order (pasta) which I know I did not check because I do not like it and also not everything that I DID request. Then you get a big mouth on the phone when you try to explain this!! It's also hard to eat so dry! And if you don't like it, it's nothing at all!! Bad service! Not customer friendly and are not willing to help you or look for a solution. In short: never order here!!!

Colleague had pizza, I had pasta. I got sick from the food. So I won't be ordering (pasta) there again anytime soon

Limp, soggy fries in the kapsalon chicken, lacks taste and apparently paid too much in the end. Not recommended..

Shameful place, I don't understand how you can call your place 'Bella Italia' and deliver such bad pizzas. A frozen pizza is even tastier than this. Ordered via home delivery and after more than 1.5 to 2 hours the pizzas arrived cold. After heating up the pizzas myself, I ate them. I really regretted it, because it really wasn't tasty, but after waiting all that time I was hungry and really wanted to eat. It was a dry and salty mess. After dinner I thought I would call the restaurant to tell them that I was disappointed with everything and wondered if they had an explanation. I normally don't like posting a review. I also regret this, I was addressed in such an indecent manner and the gentleman on the other end of the line wondered if I still had the pizza because he could only solve it when he did. Since the beginning of this conversation he started arguing and he didn't want to have a conversation with me at all about what had happened. Such a shame! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

Bad pizza, nothing Italian about these pizzas. In addition, the delivery time is far too long, approximately 2 hours, and the service on the telephone is dramatic. If you want to ruin your evening you have to order here!

A serious disappointment, ordered pasta carbonara and a pizza, pasta carbonara was heated up in the microwave, with regular cheese while there should be parmesan cheese in it, pieces of egg in the sauce, the sauce is dirty and greasy because it was only cooked with cream, the pepper is also hard to find in court. A real Italian makes carbonara sauce based on eggs. The pizza was okay... you can't call this Italian. The delivery person was also very grumpy. Never again!

A bit of a shame (and that's an understatement!)... Ordered pizzas for a children's party. Do you really think you can have them in an hour? Unfortunately not! Waited endlessly, even though they were 'on their way' according to the Home Delivered status. I don't really know why I'm giving two stars...

Me and my coworker both ordered different pastas from this place and we both had to go to the toilet several times, I also threw up. Never again. at 15:00 I indicated that it would be nice to get my food at 16:45, they delivered it at 17:30.

Picked up two pizzas here, no one else was there so I was helped immediately. Order was also ready quickly. Pizzas themselves were okay: large, but otherwise your standard delivery pizza, as far as ingredients go. Soil was good.

I ordered via Thuisbezorgd, it was late 1h. I called the restaurant but I received a very impolite response and a man shouting at me on the phone. Allegedly he arrived at my apartment and called - I admit I didn’t hear him call. He shouted at me straight for 10 min - I don’t want to take negativity and a man shouting at me. Besides, I’m the customer. He proposed that I pickup the pizza but I can’t because I’m sick, I explained he kept on shouting at me “it’s your problem”. On another night I would, but tonight I can’t. Besides the attitude pushed me away. I requested he gives the money back but he kept shouting “it’s your problem”. I ordered pizza from another restaurant, because I’m sick and I can’t go out.

Do not order here!! We ordered via home delivery. Would take 35 minutes. Called after 70 minutes. Treated rudely by the staff. Would take another 20 minutes. Called again 30 minutes later. Another rude response. Now it would be on its way. Hopefully the food will come. But don't order here, they are really not happy that you order from them, even in Corona times. Give your business to someone who appreciates it

Arrogant big mouth on the phone. I ask if they provide contactless payment to the delivery person, yes, that's fine. The delivery person comes and can only accept cash because he doesn't have his machine with him. Pizza was simply taken back. Even though I offered to transfer it. Dropping off pizza and picking up his vending machine was also not an option.

No cheese with lasagna. Delivered 1 hour late. Aggressive employees. Lasagna was very cold.

Bad pizza ever! Waited an hour and you get a very hard pizza with a burnt crust. And when you call they lie about the time and I am the Lying Beast and he quickly got angry on the phone with a lot of shouting and mean words!! Ridiculous!

Best pizza in Utrecht! Searched for home delivery for a long time and finally found the perfect address.

I waited an extra 20 minutes for my food, which is okay. But during enjoying my food, i bit into a hard piece of plastic that was hidden in my pasta! A piece that you can not miss with the naked eye. Nice try Bella Italia

Surprisingly good!! The pizzas and lasagna are delicious, it is not an expensive place.

The only thing we found on a rainy afternoon in Utrecht to eat and the truth is that it surprised us, good quality pizzas and pastas, but if you come from Spain don't expect to find the pizzas as they are there, they are different ingredients, made in different ways .

Of course, these aren't real pizzas. Mainly cheap ingredients.

The pizzas were half burnt and had way too much salt on them. It was inedible and therefore certainly not recommended!!! This was the last time I will order from bella italia🥵😷😷

When it finally arrived the pizza I order was delicious but taking two hours to deliver a pizza is ridiculous. I won't be ordering again from there .

Not tasty. No taste of the Paprika Pizza or the Milano Pizza.

Telephone connection was interrupted after an hour and 15 minutes when we asked where our order was. What we received after an hour and 45 minutes was really tough. Also filed a complaint with home delivery, it is recommended to use foodora or deliveroo.
