Domino's Pizza in Breda noord

The pizzas are tasty, but the service at Domino’s Hoge Vucht is severely substandard. Our order went wrong three times. Subsequently, a can of soda was offered as compensation. That is a fine gesture in itself, but of course, it doesn't solve the real problem. If a company makes a mistake, it should simply rectify that mistake as quickly as possible and ensure that the correct pizza is delivered to the customer. Instead, we were asked to come by ourselves and take the wrong pizza back. That makes no sense. The customer did not make the mistake and therefore should not have to resolve it themselves. Furthermore, I find it strange that a wrongly delivered pizza is requested back. We are polite people and did not touch the pizza, but as a customer, you do not want to have to wonder what happens to such a product afterwards. Offering a can of soda is a nice gesture, but good service primarily means: taking responsibility, acting quickly, and correcting your mistake. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Domino’s Hoge Vucht, shame on you for the way you handled an incorrect order. The pizzas are good, but the service is absolutely not up to par.

I recently ate two delicious pizzas again from Domino's on Roeselarestraat in Breda. They were super hot and very generously topped. A joke was made at the checkout and everything went quickly and smoothly. Things had been a bit slow for a while, but they seem to have fully recovered. It was old-school good again. As far as I'm concerned, they beat New York Pizza again. They always had the reputation, but Domino's is truly the frontrunner right now.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Delivery is good and the food is tasty. If there is a problem, they resolve it properly.

THIS PIZZA IS REALLY REALLY DELICIOUS!

If I could give 0 stars, I'd happily do so for the first time!!! The order time was initially 11 minutes, which suddenly became 20 and took longer. It's busy, which is understandable. But then you get two of the two pizzas you ordered, and the size and type of base were wrong. The classic was different, I had no idea, and the thin & crispy salami with extra mushrooms had a very thick edge and base, and was an XXL family size. I returned, and they said it would be resolved, and I could just keep the other two (what am I supposed to do with that thick base? It's impossible for the person it was for). They explained it clearly, repeated it clearly, and they said they would make a thin & crispy with the same toppings. The other pizza would also have the correct size and base (just what it usually is). Well, the second time was even worse, because the terms and conditions stated "thin & crispy" this time, but instead of salami and mushrooms, it didn't have salami and mushrooms! It had pepperoni, chicken, something, ham, and ground meat. The chicken, pepperoni, and ground meat are forbidden here due to a severe food intolerance! The other pizza was exactly the same way. As a result, due to the intolerance, the guest took two bites of one slice from the first, now cold, pizza and immediately realized that the dough, including the toppings, would cause stomach problems, so he decided to go for a cup of soup. No one answered my phone call. I half-ate the other pizza myself because it just doesn't taste good with the wrong crust. I offered the other pizzas for free to several neighbors and luckily found buyers for them. (I don't like food waste.) Meanwhile, I looked back. It's nice to get the second pizza for free with pickup, but now I've spent something like €27.99!?! (How? And all the discount is already gone!), which would normally be €16.49 (that's with €11.99 off for the second pizza). Conclusion: Chaotic and bad! And this was after we thought we'd give it another try after the last time (a few months ago). We received the wrong one back then, but it was repaired properly. I've read in several reviews that this happens more often. We won't be coming here again. You don't get what you order, and you pay too much for it.

Ordered salami pizza and only got greasy stuff and a strong stench

Pickup or ordering on-site is a DREAM. Last Friday, for the second time, I arrived on time to pick up my order and no one said a word. I had to understand that the pizzas weren't ready yet. When I struggled to get the staff's attention (because they didn't look at anyone) and asked if the two boxes I saw were for me, the woman started pacing around chaotically, looking through other pizza boxes, and never came back to me. So, I waited there for 15 minutes, and sure enough... I finally got the two boxes I saw when I arrived. So, I could eat two lukewarm/cold pizzas at home. When I said, "Those boxes have been there for 15 minutes, I don't want a cold pizza," the response was that they were definitely still warm... well, not really. But it gets even crazier. While I was waiting, a customer ordered a pizza at the counter. His name and the wait time (10 minutes) were displayed on the TV screen. After 10 minutes, it said "order ready," so he asked about his pizza, and then they forgot to make it... so he had to wait another fifteen minutes. How is that possible?! What chaos in that store. Just don't start; I'm done with it too.

Terribly bad. We ordered three pizzas at 6:30 PM, and an hour later the delivery driver showed up with the wrong order. We called them again to tell them it was the wrong delivery service. After 45 minutes, we still hadn't received anything. We called again, and they forgot about us. It's now 9:00 PM and still no pizzas.

Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 7pm but never arrived

We ordered dominoes from these and picked up the food. We live a 1-minute walk from the business, so it doesn't take long. We ended up having to wait half an hour longer than what the time indicated in the app. Once home it all started. We had 2 cold, not quite lukewarm pizzas and 2 that were nice and warm. We also missed a side dish that we paid for. We tried to contact the store but we received no response. Called several times within an hour but each time there was no answer. Once we spoke to an employee, he was almost inaudible. I told the story and all she could do was give a side dish for free for next time. This was the only option and she did not want to offer a solution for the pizzas. She told me that it was impossible that the pizzas were not warm and that I should understand the situation that it is not their problem. I asked the lady if she was actually telling me that I was making this up and lying to her, to which she fully agreed. She didn't think the story was true and I would be lying. Well that's really not how you should deal with customers. This lady also repeatedly did not let me finish during a discussion. In the end I decided to take everything for granted, but I will no longer order from this branch. I would rather drive 10 minutes longer to another Domino's branch than be treated like nothing again by this employee by telephone. Very sorry about this experience. All other branches are great and will solve everything for you.

The system wrote that our pizza would be ready in nine minutes, we waited at least 20 minutes and when I asked where our pizza was the system said sorry, there was a problem, you still have to wait. The service is terrible, I will never come here again and don't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a sides box but the pizza was lukewarm, the crunchy chicken stuff was cold and it wasn't cut properly

We got pizza from this branch for the first time tonight. The cinnastix did not come with ice dipping. I then called and they would deliver it. It was very busy and took a while. But a new portion of cinnastix was delivered with ice dip. Very well organised, thank you Domino's.

After previous (very) unpleasant experiences, especially regarding delivery, I always pick up the pizza myself on Wednesdays and I think the service and quality are simply great. Half price pizza (in my case €5.99) is just good! They still make money from it (…) and for those few cents I can drive my car (and eventually a moped)… I know a little about the permanent employees in Breda and I have a warm affection for them. Domino should do something about guiding the delivery people, especially the young ones!

Uber eats pizzas are clearly deliberately made later. When we call we are told that it is very busy and the pizzas are going into the oven at that moment. When we drive there it is not busy at all and our pizzas are not yet in the oven. We indicated that we would collect the order instead of delivery, 20 minutes later we received a call that they had already been delivered. So the pizza came to us and was given to the delivery person. Extremely bad service and we will not be back

The pizza was not cut properly and we asked a girl if she wanted to cut it again and she just said 1 euro extra as if it was so difficult to cut it again

The worst delivery service ever, first they deley more than 1.5 hour,they left my order in the entrance of the building and never informed me, and other times they don't even inform me to go down stairs and open the door,they just claimed no one was there ( at least 4 persons live in my 2 store house)and left

I worked there at a younger age and it was my first and last work in the “horeca” field. Worst experience ever and they treat employees as if they are less human. This was my personal experience and I truly don’t recommend it.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra salami and crispy oven fries tonight. Unfortunately, a pizza was delivered without ham and pineapple. Reported immediately via the app, but unfortunately no response was received. Pity!

I am satisfied with pizzas! Nothing to complain about! However, what I would like to make a comment about is the fact that you are addressed directly in English. What if you don't speak English? No attempt at the Dutch language either. No excuse that you don't speak Dutch and whether it can be done in English. Well, you live and work in the Netherlands, then you adapt, in my opinion. I also thought it was a pity that I was not asked whether I spoke English. Now most people will speak English, but it is still about decency, customer friendliness and respect for your customers! Assuming that your customer will adapt to you is showing disrespect. Do something about it!

Pizza pulled pork met 1x extra bacon besteld. De pulled pork moest je echt zoeken. Op iedere slice 2 kleine stukjes. Dit kan men niet een pulled pork pizza noemen. Bezorging was bijna 15 minuten later dan de afgesproken tijd. De bezorger bood excuus aan

Pizza’s zijn normaal gesproken super lekker, duurt altijd wel lang voordat het er is. Vandaag heb ik 2 pizza’s besteld en het duurde 3 uur, toen belde ik en zei ze dat het nog 40 minuten duurde. Jammer, al de 2de keer dat dit gebeurd is…. Uiteindelijk bestelling geannuleerd..

Over 't algemeen goede pizza's maar gisteravond half zwartgeblakerde pizza's gekregen. 😳

Tweede keer niet op tijd. Het was zo druk..pffff. veel inmiddels failliete bedrijven zouden het graag druk hebben. Om 18.33 besteld, om 19.19 gebeld, toen moest de pizza nog de oven in! Na 57 minuten komt de pizza dan eindelijk aan, dan ontbreekt de extra topping van 1,50. Had door hun getreuzel geen tijd meer om daar gelijk op te reageren. Als je dan later toch wat wil laten weten, doet hun eigen feedbacktool het niet; lekker hypocriet!

Snel en de pizza's zijn weer beter geworden

Eigenlijk hebben we vanaf de opening regelmatig besteld en het was vrijwel altijd goed. Maar de laatste paar bestellingen waren gewoon slecht, in de zin dat de pizza gewoon koud was. Niet eens lauw. Gewoon echt koud. Bij de laatste bestelling zagen we de pizzatracker pas aangaan nadat de site al een half uur aangaf dat de pizza gereed was in de winkel. Jammer. Na de eerste klacht wel een gratis pizza aangeboden gekregen voor een volgende bestelling, maar na meerdere keren koude pizza gaan wij eens elders kijken. Update feb2022 Weer regelmatig besteld en meestal weer erg lekker!

Dit noem ik een een pizza hawai met annanas, was lekker ook heel snel bezorgd. zelf gemaakte pizza was iets minder.

Bestelling die via de site geplaatst is, is niet geheel doorgekomen sinds de wijziging hoe ingrediënten aangepast moeten worden. Er hadden twee ingrediënten van toegevoegd moeten worden waarvan er maar 1 doorgekomen is en hier tevens bij aangegeven werd dat de andere saus niet meer hoefde, terwijl dit niet aangegeven is in de bestelling. Eindresultaat: geen saus op de pizza, waardoor het een zeer karige pizza werd die eigenlijk niet de eten was. Na contact met het filiaal kon er niets gedaan worden want de fout lag niet bij hun. Ik zou dus alsnog extra moeten betalen om een juiste pizza te krijgen, nee dank je. De site is van domino's, daarmee ligt de schuld dus bij domino's. Zeer slechte service. Na meerdere herinneringen heeft domino's na ruim twee weken nog altijd niet gereageerd op mijn klacht. Dit is gewoon schandalige klantenservice en zou niet eens service genoemd mogen worden. Update 9-3-2020: inmiddels is er contact geweest met domino's en is de klacht naar tevredenheid opgelost. Inmiddels lijkt de site ook weer naar behoren te werken en wijzigingen correct te registreren.

The pizzas are not really that great, but the lava cake is delicious. Also the combo box of chicken is nice

Sinds kort heeft Domino's ook Manhattan cheesecake. Just sayin' 😎

Goede snelle service. Alleen elke keer moet ik de medewerker eraan herinneren dat ik ook knoflook saus heb besteld.
