Domino's Pizza Breda De Burcht in Breda zuid-oost

I'm anything but happy with my order. The products aren't exactly as advertised.

Tonight, I ordered from Domino's through Thuiszorgd (Home Delivery). It had been a long day, so I decided to go for an easy meal. I opted for delivery with a 15-40 minute delivery time. After over an hour, we still hadn't received anything. I called Jesse/Jessie, who told me our pizzas still needed to be put in the oven, which would take 8 minutes and 10 minutes for delivery. So, we'd receive everything no later than 20 minutes. I agreed to wait a little longer. However, after another 45 minutes, still nothing, so I called again, as we had to leave. We decided to cancel our order since our pizzas still weren't in the oven. A Jesse/Jessie answered the phone again and said we would get our money back, but that could take up to 5 business days. Given the many bad reviews and the fact that some people haven't received their money back, we've already set a reminder in our calendar for 5 business days to check if we've actually received our money back. It's very disappointing that you thought you could have something easy to eat after a long day and then be so disappointed and receive no compensation from them. The final result: we couldn't eat dinner, as it was 8:30 PM and we had an appointment.

Due to an oven malfunction, the delivery time was almost 1.5 hours. I ordered through Thuisbezorgd, but called this branch to cancel. They said they would take care of it and refund me within 5 days. It never happened!

We waited 2.5 hours for our pizza and were given a Dr. Oetker pizza. Never again!!!

I love dominos pizzas, but this time I'm sad. I get wrong order.

What a terrible experience with the morning crew! We ordered 18 pizzas for a party at 6:00 PM. We then had to wait until 6:55 PM, called five times, and got no answer. The only call that did connect was hung up mid-conversation. We ended up driving to the restaurant ourselves—only to find that not a single pizza had been made yet. Truly disappointing, especially when you order ahead of time for a large party.

But do you have to pay for that pepperoni out of your own pockets? What a poverty

Pay 15 euros for a small pizza with fries and chicken but you only get 2-3 broken fries and 2 pieces of chicken. it takes 1 hour to make and then another 15 to have it delivered?

1.50 extra for 4 little bacon squares?? Really. I ask this pizza for years in several places of Netherlands at Domino's. This is shameful. It is not 0.50 cents we pay for extra topping. I have to remove one that is already on the original price and pay 1.50 to have the bacon. I'm expecting bacon. Not a sample of it

Had to wait more than 78 minutes for 2 pizzas. Called twice, Lars promised to be 10 minutes behind the promised time (60 minutes). Again not made, called Lars again, then the phone was hung up when I gave my address. Then cold pizzas upon arrival. Missed the performance we were supposed to go to. Next time I'll have the NY pizza

The word 'service' does not appear in the dictionary of these Domino's employees. You enter the store to place an order and all 10 employees look at you, but no one thinks 'let me help this customer'. Nobody. They have all kinds of seemingly very important private conversations among themselves and leave customers alone in the meantime. When, after shouting very loudly to ask if someone would please help me, I was reluctantly helped, this was by a very arrogant person who I think thought it was very 'weird' that she had to take my order. Terrible.

I ordered !!4 cheese!! pizza with bacon and onion on the website. First of all the website showed that Its at my house already for a long time, But it wasn’t. And when it finally arrived i saw What i recieved… this….60% tasty part and 40% CRUST?!?!?!. it supposed to be a 4cheese pizza But barely has any cheese on it… 😃 and I’m missing some bacon too, i think i had one piece of bacon on the whole thing and it costs +1,50€ 🙂 I am terribly dissapointed.

Order pizzas 2 hours in advance and still not ready. Really done with this establishment. Very poor management: no overview or flow

Ordered pizzas for 45 euros, well before the desired delivery time. Still delivered 1:15 late. 1 pizza cold. They were friendly on the phone and explained that the boss was not present and far too few staff. Ordering via Domino's app was not very successful: on-site staff did not recognize the order and 15 minutes before delivery the app showed the message: "your order has been delivered, we hope you enjoyed it". Young staff in the branch can't help it, they really do their best. Badly managed mess there.

Incredibly aweful pizza. Recently orderd a so called "thin crust margherita", and boy let me tell you, the crust was thin alright. So thing I didn't even notice I was eating anything. I had to stack all of the slices on top of eachother before I could taste what I was eating. I get that this is a fastfood establishment however, I think its criminal to charge 12.99 for a teeny tiny thin crusted pizza. You can't even call thin crust pizza, this is more like a dry cracked with some distasteful sauce on top and bad cheese. I'd never recommend this to anyone not even as a quick and easy meal. This place should be shut down never to open their doors again. Also, the staff is horrible, they barely speak Dutch, not to mention they barely speak English. This was overall a horrible experiance and my day was ruined, I seriously think I'd rather eat a dead skunk from the side of the road then eat here again! PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST!

Very nice team there, service is also good, but the pizzas could be better, they are sauced and cheesed over the edges, which makes it look less attractive.

Reasonably tasty pizza for a low price. Usually you are back outside quickly, but sometimes you have to wait 15-20 minutes. You can sit in the restaurant to quickly eat your pizza, or to wait. But you can't sit comfortably there.

Excellent pizzas actually, I was quite surprised. Tasty dough, tasty toppings. Tasty dessert options. I live around the corner and now wonder why I always had pizzas delivered from another store. This was just as good and a lot less salty. Just walk there and be done quickly. Ideal.

I order a pizza from this restaurant, and I have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes, I pay for extra mozzarella and extra peperoni, the mozzarella I don't see her anywhere, the borders of the pizza are so big that I cut them and now I have bread for one week, amazing how some kids without experience ruin the name of this company for doing the worst pizzas you can imagine! Never again, I waist 30€, with 30€ I can make a superior pizza in home. This you call thef. PS : I only eat the pizza because I was starving, otherwise is going to trash.

Voor sfeer hoef je niet te gaan. Deze vestiging heeft een te kleine ontmoetingsruimte. Maar dat doet niks af aan de heerlijke pizza's die ze leveren. Graag willen ze dat je je bestelling doet in de app, maar ook live op lokatie staat een aardige medewerkster je graag te woord of desnoods helpt ze je met de app. Het uiteindelijke resultaat (een heerlijke pizza dus) blijft gewoon lekker !

Always fast, always warm pizza & always nice staff.

Eten en de service is goed. 2 lange tafels met een paar krukken. Niet geschikt om daar te eten met meer personen. Wel geschikt om af te halen.

Pizza's zijn goed van smaak, rijk belegd, snel klaar en heel betaalbaar (er zijn altijd goede deals). Als er iets misgaat (bijv. bij aanpassing van de saus) wordt dit altijd netjes opgelost. Geen klachten over lange wachttijd of lauwe pizza's want wij halen altijd af. Kortom, prima fastfood!

De laatste 2x was de bezorging ronduit slecht. Daarom een keer afhalen geprobeerd. Precies op de afgesproken tijd kwam de laatste pizza uit de oven. Top!

Vroeger een wekelijkse pizza besteller bij jullie. Toen zaten jullie nog op de general Mazcekstraat. Altijd lekker en vers en de smaak was perfect. Wat is er in hemels naam gebeurd met jullie pizza. Wat is er gebeurd met het oude recept van vroeger De pizza van nu is schandalig vies geworden. En ik meen dit , het smaakt nergens meer na Hebben jullie het deeg veranderd , de tomaten saus Al 3 keer besteld en echt slecht laatste tijd Nooit meer

Vorige keer waren de pizza's lauw en ter compensatie coupon voor cinnasticks gehad. Deze konden we vervolgens de laatste keer niet verzilveren, omdat we 4 pizza actie hadden. Van de bestelling hiervan geen bevestigingsmail gehad. Wel gebeld toen de pizza al kwartier na de verzochte tijd er nog niet was. Uiteindelijk 20 minuten totaal later wel warm bezorgd, maar miste de bestelling het zakje knoflooksaus waar we wel ook een euro extra voor haddebe betaald:( Al met al 2e keer oo een andere manier dus ook niet zo succesvol...

2x pizza verkeerd geleverd. In verband met een ei allergie geen knoflooksaus op de pizza, gemeld in de opmerkingen van de thuisbezorgd app en naderhand telefonisch. Nog steeds verkeerd gedaan. Uiteindelijk er naar toe gereden en geld terug gekregen

Pizza is sowieso altijd lekker, was snel klaar en vriendelijk personeel.

Food isn't bad but the delivery can be much faster also what's point of having a gps tracking system when every time that you order something the tracking system is unavailable.....

Goeie tent alleen opening uren kloppen niet er staat online dat hij open gaat om 11.30 en het is nu 13.55 en was dicht voorderest niks op aan te merken

Fijn om een Domino's om de hoek te hebben. Ben wel benieuwd of we dit jaar weer een VIP Gold Card mogen ontvangen 😁

Pizza war ganz gut geschmacklich, einmal bestellt und gleich die falsche Pizza geliefert. 😁 dann kann man einfach nicht mehr wie 3 Sterne geben.

Steeds als ik ijs bij mijn bestelling bestel, dan zit het er niet bij. Na steeds weer telefonisch contact blijft men zeggen dat dat niet besteld is. Ook na overleg met bankafschrift.
