Food was good, but it was a nasty affair....

Worst pizza I have received in a long time. There was practically no topping on it, even though I had added extra and paid well for it. After contacting them by phone, they said they would bring a different pizza. Upon receipt, I had to return the old one. Fine, but the new pizza was not a hair better. I had completely upgraded a Hawaiian pizza to €20; at that price, you expect at least a decently topped pizza, not a sandwich with tomato sauce and a sprinkle of meat and cheese. No more Domino's at Van Goghplein for me; I'll order at Waterplein instead.

The takeaway is always great; I get pizza there, and now the handy boxes with a mini pizza, buffalo wings, and usually potato wedges. It is always delivered properly, and I haven't encountered an unfriendly delivery person yet.

Placed an order 2 hours ago. 1 thick shake. 1 loaded fries chicken kebab. Called after 1 hour and asked how long I had to wait for my order. Waiting 2 hours for food is annoying, but then having to deliver my food cold and not do anything with it is not normal. I could immediately throw the box of limp, spoiled fries into the barrel.

Bad shack. Instead of 14 pieces of chicken, give 7 pieces. If you call there you will receive a "discount coupon" of 15 euros. Domino's in general is nice, but a delivery person (xamira) doesn't want to give me a free pizza. but for the rest it is perfect, and therefore 5 stars.

When you order a pizza, you would expect that such a large franchise like Domino's would not be too stingy with the toppings, especially considering the price. We ordered pizzas but they were very mediocre and especially the small amount of topping is just outrageous considering the price. Never again!

Disappointingly small chicken box for €17 😂 Luckily we still had all kinds of goodies in the house, for this amount you expect something better. Not worth repeating for my parents, we will keep it safe with the pizzas from now on.

They make a nice promotion, otherwise free within 20 minutes. Ordered 5:19 PM 5:25 PM confirmed. 5:44 PM cash register receipt issued. Delivered 6:00 PM. I think that's 35 if you go by confirmation. But not too good for a free pizza. Nice advertising...delivered within 20 minutes. 😡😡

Very little toppings on the pizza, unfortunately this happens more often. This has been better in the past. Ordered a pulled beef sandwich for 8 euros. I had to look for the topping with a magnifying glass. Simply outrageous for such an amount. Just go back to the competitor.
