Well, paid almost 20 euros for Turkish Lamb Shoarma sandwich. 1 and all fat!!! I called Eser, they would pass it on to the supplier. You can do it with that! 20 euros straight into the rubbish bin, I will never order from here again!

People never order anything here. The rats are flying through the place, and the staff is unfriendly, plus I have a hair in my food. Hygiene is hard to find. Ordered and picked up once, but never again in my life. 1 star is still too much.

Ordered 2 pizzas yesterday, they arrived in reasonable time, but they were not lukewarm but cold. Called together you also get 31 euros, still a big mouth because they are oh so busy, I understand, but that is why the food does not have to be cold. Worthless.

Since I thought I had everything I needed for a shawarma sandwich, the only thing missing was the shawarma from the supermarket for 2 people :) I called for 2 small portions of just shawarma and a portion of potato slices. Hoppateee 22 euros further when picking up and the shawarma itself was inedible. Mini pieces of burnt hard meat. What amounts these days!

Always ordered and now never again. Ordered a pizza for 12.50 • 3 euros delivery costs equates to 15.50 you would think. Paid with 20 euros and got 2 euros back, reason for this? Order a minimum of 15 euros so you are REQUIRED TO pay 18 euros and even though you get NOTHING for it, they just take extra money from you. Called and indicated that they can report this from now on or that they can give an extra drink or something else as they still claim the extra 2.50 without any performance.. very bad.

Never again! Very bad this time. Normally we always order and delivery is fast. Today is Sunday and we understand a longer delivery time. But the pizza turns out to be cold upon delivery and of poor quality. We called the business a total of 4 times and there was no customer-friendly response on the phone. Very unfortunate. The delivery person was very friendly and nothing to complain about.

For 1 pizza of 12.50 euros, the delivery person comes to the door and you just have to pay 18 euros.... this because there is no delivery under 15 euros, just add 3 euros extra!!! Order something here every week, pizza is always good and nicely baked, but the potatoes are no longer tasty!! In addition, I have asked for onion on my pizza 3 times and haven't gotten it 3 times. Today I told them on the phone twice that I wanted onion and they didn't do it again!

Ordered a pizza 3 weeks ago. The next day I was extremely nauseous. Sore stomach and a run to the toilet. But at the time I couldn't really explain why that was. Ordered again yesterday from Eser and today again very bad tepas. Whether or not ingredients are used that cause this, but I will not order from here again. Last night we were a little hungry and ordered shawarma lamb with a pita bread.. it was delivered in no time and it was delicious... just like that... neatly packaged. the meat separately from the salad and the sandwich and sauces are also all packaged separately. everything that was supposed to be warm was nice and warm and the salad also looked tasty.
