Domino's Pizza Amstelveen Hueseplein in Keizer Karelpark

I've ordered from here multible times and it's safe to say that its an amazing store, very respectful staff and delicious pizza's and sides. I always come to pick it up and they are always on time, sometimes a little bit delayed especially on the weekends, but that is totally understandable, atleast the pizza's are always warm. I would suggest people to order from here!

Unhygienic, employees shouting/swearing at each other, pizza cold and tasteless. It could be much better!! Hopefully in the future.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My entire order arrived damaged. All pizzas and other products were completely flattened and looked as if the boxes had been crushed during transport. This is not the quality I expect from Domino’s. I hope that this is monitored more closely so that other customers receive their orders in good condition.

I had to wait more than an hour for my order. What made it even more frustrating is that the app already indicated the order had arrived, even though nothing had been delivered at all. Eventually, the pizza didn't arrive until about an hour later, and by then it was completely cold. After that, I tried calling the branch multiple times, but no one answered. That is really bad service. You order pizza because you want to receive hot food, not because you end up having to heat up a cold pizza yourself. I even went over to my neighbors to heat up the pizza. I seriously wonder: is there any point in ordering here if you get a cold pizza after a long wait and then no one is available? For me, this was a very disappointing experience.

Worst experience online ordering ever. The item delivered in half of potion, the delivery guy gave me 2 euro back for that .. but is it the way of communication when things out of stock? They should have call me or cancel my order. The worst part was that once I open the box, i mean of course there was only half potion left but the real problem was that once of the piece was missing , either someone ate it or something has happened. This is disgusting and unprofessional way to serve the food to customers. I called the store and the guy who answered the phone was already unhappy to hear about my complaint and eventually hung up on me. This place deserved food safety check and I will keep reporting. Pizza, small and therefore too expensive, was delivered half an hour late and stone cold. This happens often at this branch, but this time it was extreme. The delivery driver was nice and wanted to have a new one made, but it was already 8:15 PM, so no, not another hour of waiting. Put it in the microwave for a long time to get some temperature into it; the pizza didn't get any better. They really should introduce a refund, because cold deliveries are the order of the day here. Pizzas are often good in terms of taste compared to the competition, but always being cold is just awful.

Very bad experience with Domino’s Pizza Today at 8:25 PM, I called Domino’s Pizza Hubs in Amstelveen to order 2 Margherita pizzas. The employee initially said it would take an hour and a half due to busyness and understaffing. I said that was fine and that I wanted to order, but he kept hesitating and asked again if I really wanted to order. When I asked what time I could pick it up, he suddenly said “come in 15 minutes”! That is, of course, a very strange contradiction and gives the impression that he simply didn't feel like working. When I asked about the price, he said that one pizza costs €7. I pointed out that their system lists it as €6 for my phone number, but instead of explaining it properly, he said I had to order online. After that, he just hung up and said something like “behave yourself” in a rude manner. Because I did not accept this, I went to the restaurant myself to get clarification. There, I was treated in a very disrespectful manner again. The employee made hand gestures and spoke in an unpleasant tone, and eventually told me to just order somewhere else. Meanwhile, the place was empty and employees were simply standing around talking to each other. I have been a customer for over 20 years, but I have never experienced such poor treatment. Unfortunately, this does not appear to be an isolated incident.

Placed an order yesterday. I was told that they were out of dough. Then, I ordered again 2 hours ago. After an hour, still no food. Called and was told that it hadn't been made yet and would be delivered in 20 minutes. Still no pizzas and no one is answering the phone anymore. Scandalous!

You can't order in person; you have to do it online. All discount codes work until you pay, and then you end up paying the full price.

What a mess! We just got cold pizza, completely cold fries, and either the portion was ridiculous or the delivery person ate half of it. The previous order didn't come with nachos on the nacho pizza. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered a supreme chicken pizza and after almost one hour they delivered pepperoni, the worst part is when I called them , the guy who picked the phone just laughed and ignored the problem. So rude and unprofessional. Never will go there again

I ordered on 3rd September at 9:00 PM from the Hueseplein, Amstelveen branch. The delivery was late (9:20 PM). While the Italian Margherita was fine, the Family XXL Margherita was burnt and completely dry (photos attached). I called the store at 9:30 PM but was told they couldn’t help as they were closing. This was very disappointing, especially as my kids were waiting for the meal and ended up hungry and upset. I expected better quality and customer service from Domino’s.

What a filthy place! Most people will probably order for delivery, but if you pick it up yourself, you'll understand what I mean by filthy place.

Placed order on Ubereats to be delivered to a nearby campsite. Told them I would meet at the entrance so they wouldn't have to come looking. They cancelled the order, obviously too much hassle. Poor service.

Disappointed with the delivery service and customer support. The store's response was unprofessional when I inquired about the delay—they simply said they deliver 'whenever possible.' Eventually received my order after an hour-long wait. Poor service!

Tried to call them to make some changes to my order, they picked up and left the phone on the table. Called again and they did the same and leaving the phone on the table didn’t let me call anymore as it makes it seem that they’re busy which I noticed once I got to the outlet. Don’t know what’s the point of letting them have a phone if that’s what they will do. I went to store and informed them the change and they made the wrong pizza the first time and asked them to make it again and they made without any ingredients but just chicken and burned the pizza too purposefully. I was fed up for waiting for 40 mins so had to take that thing and leave. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.

You know you shouldn't do this but you tried anyway. Much too late Unintelligible conversation after complaint and cancellation. Hangs up with Antilaan swear words. Doesn't answer after calling back. Phone busy, much later the same person denies the incident.

Ordered pizza at 6:21 PM. Scheduled to arrive at 7:19 PM. Called at 7:35 PM and the employee says that the pizza is just going out, which means that there is approximately 1.5 hours between ordering and delivery. What a disorganized dominoes this is. Bad!

Terrible Experience – Never Ordering from Here Again! I ordered a pizza for delivery from this Domino’s location via their website yesterday at around 6:30 PM. The estimated delivery time was between 7:39 and 7:59 PM, but by 8:15, my order still hadn’t arrived. I tried calling multiple times—three to four calls—but no one picked up. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the store, and what I saw was shocking. There were four or five employees inside, busy making pizzas, while a crowd of frustrated customers waited outside. The telephone kept on ringing and none of the employees bothered to pick it up and answer.. When I asked about my order, I was told it was still being prepared—completely contradicting what the website showed. Worse, when I questioned the staff about the misleading updates, one of them actually told me they don’t know how the website works and that they aren’t responsible for it. Really? It’s your company’s damn website! After a rough conversation, I was finally told I would need to wait another 20 minutes for my order. But within two minutes, they suddenly handed me my pizza—meaning it had been sitting there all along. Unsurprisingly, it was cold. By that time, I was already embarrassed at home because my guests, including children, were waiting for the food. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. Poor communication, unprofessional staff, and complete disregard for customer service. I will never be ordering from here again, and I hope the company fixes these issues before they lose more customers.

Pizza at 6:00 PM Ordered via the app. Indicate delivery at 6:30 PM, pizza only delivered at 7:30 PM. Called the branch in the meantime. Was spoken to rudely. The employee thought it was strange that I called to find out why the pizza had not yet been delivered at 7:00 PM. Pizza was cold. Therefore 1 star for food and service. It's that my daughter was hungry. I had sent it back. Advice. Do not order here. Waste of time and money.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Domino’s Pizza. The person behind the counter was extremely unprofessional and displayed a completely dry and unfriendly attitude. They were unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in assisting customers at all. Their demeanor made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a brand like Domino’s. I won’t be returning to this location and hope they address these issues by training their staff to be more professional and courteous.”

The pizzas are fine, nothing special but the attitude of the lady on the phone is ridiculous. They deliver between 20 and 40 minutes but after 45 minutes I call to check if they are lost. Casual lady on the phone says it just came out of the oven: "it's busy today so that's it!" Who responds to customers like that?! No apologies or anything, just a dry response and then hung up. I will order again when you do something about these types of employees.

If you order food from delivery and they deliver it in more than 1.5 hours, it somewhat kills the whole purpose of ordering food right? I mean I could have cooked 3 times by the time they deliver the food. Or even, the following i.e. take the bike->go to AH->buy pizza->put in the oven shouldn't take 1.5 hours itself. Ridiculous

You stoners have already gotten your orders wrong 3 times in a row. 4 cheese pizza, suddenly becomes a margherita every time🤓 Another time the wrong pizza was delivered, then the correct pizza was made and then we were called back only to be told that the delivery person entered the address in Amsterdam, instead of Amstelveen😹 Maybe it would be just as well if you smoke less in the back there or do it after work🤯

The pizzas are okay, but the people who work here are really ridiculous. Domino's please do something about your employees because here you will find everything but customer friendliness. I called because I had a question about a certain promotion, but that guy interrupts while I'm asking something and says, in broken Dutch, no, I don't know anything and immediately hangs up. I understand that you are busy, but this is not possible, is it? Interrupting someone's words is one thing, but just hanging up afterwards is really ridiculous. I will never order from here again.

I ordered a half-half pizza from the Domino's website, which was quite pricey. Delivery was promised at 7:00 PM, but it wasn't until 7:30 PM that the wrong pizza was delivered: a simple Margarita instead of my order. When I called the branch to resolve the issue, I was given no compensation for the much cheaper pizza I received. Unfortunately, I ran out of time to wait for the correct order, which made the experience very disappointing.

The delivered pizza was eaten in two slices with crust and the jalapenos were moved to one side. We called and messaged this dominos franchise that makes it and they refused to acknowledge that it was eaten . They simply brushed it off saying its an oven problem and did not replace it.

I ordered a pizza delivery but it came almost 2 hours later, we were absolutely starving. I tried calling the place many times but no one ever picks up. The food was decent but totally not worth ordering a delivery especially when you’ve had an event all day and are all exhausted. It would’ve been better if they had just communicated anything at all but absolutely nothing.

Used to be a decent place once, but lately just terrible service. Ordered a couple of pizzas and order wasn't delivered after 2 hours. Called to check and was told that they're simply busy and cannot do anything about it. On asking why the delay wasn't notified in some way to me I was told rather rudely to order food elsewhere. On the previous occasion they forgot some items in the order. Skip this place if you're in Amstelveen and instead order at Rembrandtweg or Zonnestein dominos, those are way better.

The order was over 20 minutes late and the pizzas were cold. If only they had to reheat them in the oven themselves.

There is a very dead atmosphere, it is really only suitable for collection, but order in advance!! Promotions only apply to online orders, so ordering there is more expensive!

I often order my pizzas here, but lately I have had to wait a long time and then receive a cold pizza. Very unfortunate, next time I will order a pizza somewhere else. Pizza was cold upon receipt. Pizza box was damaged and dented. The so-called Thick Shake was frozen and overloaded with whipped cream.

Om 18:00 eten besteld. Toen het bijna 20:00 uur was maar even gebeld waar het eten bleef. Om te horen dat het nog wel een uur ging duren. Laat dan maar zitten. Een telefoontje had wel op zijn plaats geweest als je mensen 3 uur op een pizza wil laten wachten. Of op zijn minst een excuses. Maar dat kon er allemaal niet van. Voor ons geen volgende keer meer.

Not a good place from a cleanliness point of view. They don't wear gloves while preparing pizza and are handling meat and veggies with the same hand so even if you are vegetarian you are getting a bit of everything!

Worst service ever. Never experienced this before. Ordered 2 pizzas via home delivery. I'm waiting for my pizzas. Half an hour later I am told that I have to pick up my pizzas... Because they are too lazy or don't feel like it. This is unprofessional. They have small children working who have not learned manners from their parents. Never again.

Order was delivered incomplete. The staff doesn't answer the phone. So you cannot pass on your complaint. This is a very easy way to earn money by delivering incomplete orders and not being available to your customers

WORSE THAN HORRIBLE!!! Had to wait 1.5 hours and received a very rude delivery person who said I was not the only one. Pizza box opened and a square (?), stone cold, old and way too much oiled piece of dry bread falls out. I would like a refund because the pizza is in the trash.

The store is run by a group of young people. They are very helpful and attentive. Always welcomes with a smile. The pizzas are also great in taste.

And then called them and they said the driver couldn’t find the house. And in the end I had to pick it up by myself. Waste of time!!! Do not order by delivery.

Food is good, but sometimes you have to wait a bit. Ordered 4 pizzas and then 3 arrived and then you still have to wait for the 4th which was just disappointing. But all in all, we keep coming back.

Bad service, got the wrong pizza. First had to wait on the phone for a long time until they finished discussing. Ate a quarter of the pizza because we were so hungry but all they can do is give a 35% discount on the next pizza.

we ordered pizza and wait for more than 1.5 hr, manager told me that is normal in the nederlands, since it regularly takes 2 hr for deliver. I ordered from Dominoś webiste, in the system, it indicated the delivery is complited when I still waiting for my pizaa. Now I asked to get the full refound, the system cannot provide any confirmation, only the store said they will give me the full refound after 2-3 days orally. lets see how they will treat their reputation.

Nice delivery person, on time. The pizza was very disappointing, unfortunately. Very little topping (salami) and hardly any sauce or cheese. The edges were a bit burnt and therefore very dry.

7 out of 10 times that I order a half and half with pizza magerita and mixed grill, there is little to no hickory BBQ sauce on the mixed grill side and some magerita on the mixed grill part. I think this is very bad, so my pizza part doesn't really taste good. Tasty

Difficult... I was always an ambassador for this Domino's branch. I have always been very satisfied and when I spoke to people who were negative about Domino's, my immediate response was: 'go to the one in Amstelveen, it is seriously good'. So today is a different experience. It can happen that the pizza did not meet my expectations (the BBQ sauce on the pizza looked and tasted like a regular, more sour tomato sauce). When I call to indicate that the pizza does not taste good, I am told that it is very busy and new and inexperienced staff are the causes. I then give the manager the opportunity to offer a solution, I remain quiet to wait and see what happens, but I am told that he finds it annoying and he will tell his staff to pay more attention. The moment I indicate that I have the feeling that he is not offering me a solution and he actually tells me 'too bad, but I'm not going to do anything about it, good luck with your pizza', I am told that I am being very blunt. expressed. Ultimately I give him another chance and conclude with 'so this is the solution you are offering me? You find it annoying for me and that's it?' To this I get a 'Yes, it's a campaign week and I'm way too busy' with a cynical sounding 'thank you for your understanding' as a conclusion. Finally got in the car and returned the pizzas, asking for my money back. First I had to have a discussion about whether or not there was enough BBQ sauce on the pizza, but in the end I was promised that they would refund my money. I will probably try this branch again sometime, but certainly not during a promotional week. Unfortunately, the positive feeling has somewhat diminished. Update: my money was returned to my account within three days.

False information, 100% payment for the second pizza, only applies to online orders. Pizza wasn't tasty either, New York pizza is much better and faster.
