EMBARRASSING... ordered, paid for, and never arrived. ...I wonder if they really exist.

Their delivery service is very bad.

The service was very bad, especially regarding delivery. It arrived cold, and the delivery person didn't even tell us it had arrived... we only found it at the bottom of the stairs without the delivery person.

I ordered two pizzas, and when my order arrived an hour later, the delivery driver told me there was only one pizza in his bag. So I'm missing another pizza. Great, thanks a lot...

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!!! I ordered pizza and more, and they didn't have many delivery drivers! My food never arrived. After calling five times, they simply didn't answer! I had to speak English with the person who answered the phone, and they arrogantly acted like I was the problem when I called five times to ask where my food was. Then (after calling five times, about three and a half hours later), they said I should ask for a refund and that they would send my food anyway. I finally did, and I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY FOOD. I NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AGAIN! I won't get my money back because they somehow managed to make it say my food was delivered correctly. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Fast service & fresh pizzas as usual!! One of the best dominos outlets in the area ! Recommended

these guys take orders from Ubereats then choose if they are going to deliver or not. I placed an order twice in the past week with them and they just very rudely cancelled the order through Ubereats and it was not even a small order, i ordered 2 sandwiches which was as much as ordering a pizza. I think the employees at this dominos dont feel like working!

Xd Called the restaurant about to ask when the delivery is supposed to arrive. Got a response that „they were just about to call me” because their driver had an accident on the road, meaning that there’s fewer of them on the go and I would have to wait additional 1,5 hour for the delivery since my location is the furthest away from the restaurant. That seemed reasonable, but I still asked for cancellation of the order, as I didn’t want to wait this long. The spokesperson confirmed that they will follow up and cancel it right away and I will get my money back. After that conversation I needed to call three or four more times in the following hour to ask about the status of my order and repeat my request for cancellation, which all resulted in constant reassuring me that they’re just about to cancel the order from their tablet. Eventually the order was tagged as delivered to me almost an hour after the restaurant closed. Naturally, it never got cancelled by the restaurant despite their words, just as it also never arrived. Fortunately, Uber Eats helped with refund!

It was great to find Hawaiian pizza, very fresh and delicious. The person at the register was kind.

It was terrible. No there was nothing left at our reception hotel and nothing was shown on the app liferando, (they couldn’t even get inside without a hotel card, so there was no way the guy was able to get inside.) We were scammed and the delivery guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional, plus telling us that it’s not their problem and all. The guy lied and most likely just gave it away to a random guy, we kept track of our tracking order and it still doesn’t even say thats in the making. Do not buy there, very bad customer service. Bad experience.

We placed an order through the website and it marked as delivered without us having received it. A few minutes later it marks that it is being prepared, and we have been like this for about 2 hours. They don't pick up the phone or respond to errors. Terrible service.

We have a “Buy 1 get one free pizza” offer through UberEats. Unfortunately we only received one pizza and the second one was missing. Pizza was OK. Nothing special, but ok. Unfortunately delivery time was a little late and not as stated.

I ordered for delivery, waited almost two hours before calling only to be told that they were not making it, and didn’t plan to call me either, any other place being closed by that time. Contacted several times about not being refunded the order over the last month, haven’t got it. Not ordering again.

Ordered at 8:03 PM. An hour and a half later the delivery person came with the wrong pizza. Sent it back and I received a call that “the right pizza would arrive asap”. An hour and a half later still nothing, and they don't answer. Want my money back. Worthless.

Everyone looks like they hate you. And the attention is very weak to say the least. But if you are with the munchies that matters little because the pizza is delicious.

Ordered pizza for me and my son last night. After eating this pizza, my son and I got super sick all night and today. 1 of the worst experiences I've had with a takeaway place. Should be closed down. Wrong orders, and extremely long wait times. With the wrong order plus wait times I have waited over 3 hrs for my food and I am still waiting. I am a 6 minute bike ride from the store and it takes almost 2hrs to deliver a wrong order? Absolute joke Do not buy from here!!

Good pizza, moderate prices, convenient as close to food

I walked in at 10:20 PM (they close at 11:00 PM) and asked if I could order something and he said they are closed. How strange that a restaurant closes so far before closing time, but that's fine! I look for other places to eat on home delivery, do I see that the same dominos I wanted to order from was open for takeaway and delivery? I'll just order a pizza via takeaway. I also didn't think he was customer friendly when I came back to pick up my pizza. I would have been better off getting my pizza somewhere else, it had a few pathetic pieces of tuna and onion on it! 👎🏼

Really do not recommend. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do they generically say it'll be 30 minutes. This happened 4 times until the driver ultimately ended up delivering to the wrong address. Avoid this dominos or at least order through uber eats where you're likely to get a refund if something goes wrong which it probably will.

Awful. I placed an order through Uber Eat and they gave it to other people without confirming that it was me. Having made a mistake on their part, the solution they gave me was “order again and pay”, horrible. I recommend it 0. Scammers

Pizza was absolutely delicious, dough was good and not too thick, plenty of toppings and the chocolate cake with a liquid center was also extremely good! Delivery was quick and the food was very, very warm, great!

We ordered 2 pizzas on December 12 at 11:00 p.m. to be delivered to the hotel, the delivery man never came and they kept the €34, they didn't call us or anything. We went without dinner and on top of that they kept the money, from what I see there are several complaints here similar to mine. That dominoes is a scam

We had problems with the card, the screen stayed locked and they did not accept cash. They were laughing among themselves and did not assist us to review the problem or see if they could help us with anything. On top of that, they have charged my card with no refund. Bad attention.

It's domino's. If you had one, you had them all.

Standard Domino feel. Slow service. We wanted to eat there, but all takeaway orders were more important than locally orders.....

My friends and I were very hungry looking for anything that was open to eat at. We chose this Dominos simply because it was open. When we got the food, we devoured it fast. The pizza was super good, with the right amount of grease to keep it from being dry but not overly greasy. The chicken was pretty good too. I definitely recommend eating here.

Beste mensen, Ik moet zeggen dat ik ontzettend enthousiast ben over de nieuwe Sinterklaas pizza van Dominos. De combinatie van marsepein en chocoladeletter maakt deze pizza uniek en heerlijk. Bovendien is de pizza ook nog eens mooi gedecoreerd met pepernoten, wat het een echte feestpizza maakt. Ik ben ook erg blij met de bezorgservice van Dominos. Mijn pizza werd snel en vriendelijk bezorgd, en was nog warm en vers toen ik hem opat. Ik kan iedereen aanraden om deze pizza te proberen tijdens de feestdagen. Het is een echte traktatie! Gut price und gute service aber keine cash nur karte oder handy

An sich schmeckt die Pizza lecker und frisch. Ebenfalls auch die Churros. Allerdings habe ich extra Spinat bestellt und da war kaum ein halbes Blättchen an Spinat. Mal ganz abgesehen von den unappetitlichen Saucen. Ganz schlimm finde ich das Personal. Freundlichkeit geht anders jungs!

Great for a cocooning night in front of a movie. Constantly has discounts that gets you super cheap pizzas as well. Have been here almost every week, great pizzas and great prices. I recommend ordering online and going for pickup !

Wel oké. Niet enorm goed. Pizza was lauw, erg vet. Smaak was verder in orde.

Ik had niet goed opgelet en dacht dat mn pizza bezorgd zou worden maar ik moest hem afhalen. Toch kwam Mo hem brengen en omdat hij geen wisselgeld had, zei hij dat ik de bezorgkosten mocht laten zitten. Zo lief! Dankjewel MO!

Heerlijke vegetarische pizza's die vaak ook in de aanbieding zijn voor 5 euro, zoals onze favorieten: Funghi, Margaritha en Caprese. Soms bestel ik ook de pizza's met vlees vanwege de lekkere ingrediënten, maar dan laat ik het vlees achterwege/ verwijderen in de bestelling want ik eet alleen halal. Service is supersnel, vooral als je het zelf online/telefonisch besteld en kiest voor afhalen ipv bezorgen. Domino's Pizza is een grote aanwinst in Bos en Lommer. Personeel is top en hardwerkend en houden rekening met de Corona-maatregelen
