Don’t order to this restaurant i ordered at 00h30 i was supposed to receive it at 00h50 and still nothing at 02h00 and when you call him he say in 5 minutes it’s such a scam It’s crazy that ubereat still let this shitty restaurant on their app.

Absolutely appalling service – avoid at all costs I ordered from Pasta o Plomo at 00:15, with an estimated delivery time of 00:45. The restaurant is 10 minutes from my house. Sounds simple enough, right? Wrong. After 40 minutes of waiting, I contacted the restaurant to check the status. Twice, I was told the delivery guy was "3 minutes away" — pure fiction. When the order was already 30 minutes late, I finally received a call from the driver asking where my house was. He had gone to the completely wrong street, having decided to navigate by memory instead of using the delivery app. Ten minutes in the wrong direction. At that point, I told him to cancel the order — he agreed and said he understood. An hour later, the order was still not cancelled. Every time I called, I was met with a rude, aggressive chef or manager who shouted over me, interrupted constantly, made excuses about the "manager being on holiday" (what?), and ultimately refused to help before hanging up. Eventually, the driver told me they “weren’t able to cancel” the order — a blatant lie. It became clear they had no intention of fixing anything. Just stall tactics and absurd excuses, all for a €20 order. Dishonest, chaotic, and downright disrespectful. This place doesn’t deserve your money or your time. Steer clear.

I placed an order for a pizza at 01:43 AM. It was accepted and the estimated delivery time shown on UberEats was 01:55-02:15. I called them at least a dozen times and they picked up once around 02:30. The guy says the order will be delivered in another 15 mins. I am writing this at 03:05AM and as I am writing this, I get a call from them saying they will deliver in another 7 mins. An order for a single pizza that was accepted at 01:43 will apparently get delivered, if at all, at 03:15 AM. Why do they even run a night-time service if they can’t keep it up to the basic standards of decency? Also, strangely, I ordered from Pasta O Plomo, but both times the guy on the phone said, Pizza di Forti7, which is listed as a different restaurant on UberEats. So readers, be careful with both these listings. Never order from either of these places after 22:00. They just don’t care about your time, money and hunger.

ordered through uber eats and wasn’t able to track the driver, which made this experience harder than it needed to be. when it hit the 10/15 minute mark past the eta i called the restaurant to which i was met with “it’s coming, lady!” this aaaalmost made me believe the negative reviews…however, it arrived eventually (25 minutes late) and was actually pretty delicious. wouldn’t particularly recommend but not bad 🤷‍♀️

Really good pasta, ordered 2am when I arrived in Amsterdam after a delayed flight. The delivery was fast (30 min) and the pasta arrived hot. I was worried about the other comments but I had 0 problems with them.

WARNING : Guys DO NOT order from this scam operated place. My order took 2 plus hours and I live right next to them. I had to call almost 20 times before someone answered. Person on the phone had no idea about the order. It might be late but dont even think of ordering from here

Went there to order and pick up. Pizza is good👍 One of the only paces that opperate till 7am on new years. Perfect for the options available.

Haben via Uber-Eats bestellt und uns wurde gesagt dass die Pizzen in zwischen 20 und 45 Minuten geliefert werden. Die Pizzen kamen nach mehrmaligem Anrufen und nachfragen nach weit über 2 Stunden erst an ! Der Service war sehr unfreundlich. Das Einzig Gute war die relativ leckere Pizza.

Besef dit, de bezorger was zo hondsbrutaal om me 3x te bellen om vervolgens te zeggen ‘kan je naar beneden komen voor je bestelling’ kom ik beneden aan zit deze straatrat in zn auto, niet eens de manieren om normaal goedeavond te zeggen of uit zn auto te stappen hele rare bezorger. Bezorgen doe je aan de deur doe je werk snotneus

This place is great! The order was taking some time and when I called to ask, they were very regretful and really tried to express their regret. I wish such genuinely good service was more common.
