Never had such dry pasta, so disgustingly dry and expensive, had to start a search for chicken and unfortunately did not find it

The pizza took over an hour to deliver after midnight but they gave me something extra like mozzarella balls. Too bad the pizza was a bit cold but still tastes good.

I ordered through Uber Eats, which said it would arrive within 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called to ask how long it would take because they were using their own delivery drivers. A man answered the phone, who was incredibly rude and said, "I have no idea, I have until 1:40 AM" (an hour and a half after I ordered, even though the location is 1.2 km away). When I asked for an estimate, I didn't get a proper response. This is so unacceptable, and I'm filing a complaint with Uber. When I called a second time, no one answered. After that, I was blocked, which prevents me from calling. My money is gone, and I've been ripped off. I'm going to file a complaint with the hospitality industry, too. They're idiots.

My food was delivered fast, it arrived hot and absolutely delicious, and the staff was super friendly when I called in. Honestly, this was the best service I’ve had since being here. I’d definitely recommend it to others!

It was really dirty, the delivery guy was there after 2 hours, never order that pasta, a kind of kapsalon with cheese, the pizza was also inedible, better not order unless you really have nothing else and are stoned

Ordered pizza via Uber Eats, I live around the corner, almost 1.5 hours later still not delivered. Then I just walk to the store and guess what? All lights off. Nobody there. The Uber app says it is on its way. What a scammer, I really live 10 doors away. No pizza and money gone. Heard these stories from other people but thought that wasn't possible. Well, dear people, think carefully about eating or ordering here, this man is a scammer and will report it to the catering industry in the Netherlands asap. This is really scandalous, never experienced anything like this before. Think carefully about whether you would order something here! Better to make something to eat at home then you will at least have something to eat. I'll send a photo so you can see that I'm not just saying this. Look closely at the time of my screenshot from uber. There is no restaurant anymore, what a pathetic company if you have to get your money this way!!

Pizza was super soft with every bite, each slice almost falls apart and apparently the gentleman can't count either because he made me pay €19 for a medium pizza While it was €13 and medium €3 extra, no problem, I thought until I did my best to finish that pizza, Jesus, that was quite a task. Only order here if you are tired of life, otherwise keep looking or stay awake with your hunger until the supermarket opens

Scammers! I order food quite often, especially later at night, but this is by far the worst restaurant/cafeteria to order food from. Firstly, they are not available, so canceling your order is not possible, and they will not contact you if you do not pick up the order. - I wanted to cancel the order, but they cannot be reached and make no effort to contact us or come up with compensation. If I could give it less than 1 star I definitely would. The people here are antisocial and not honest. Just scammers

Horrific. Ordered 5 pizzas. After receiving them, we called and told them they were cold. We called but they were too busy talk properly to seek a compensation, so I called a couple days ago to find a solution together. Their response “if you can bring the pizza back, we will give you a refund”. Pizzas were all dry and cold, nothing close to a Italian style or nothing at all. 1/5

Just waited 2 hours for my pizza. Ordered before it would get busy (I thought) After 1.5 hours I called twice to check if the pizza is on its way. (Longer waiting no problem) Don't get recorded. Quite a problem. Pizza arrives, I'm told the tiramusu is gone. That is possible (but you can quickly go through your stock if you order before 6am). Received an alternative without consultation. A filthiest piece of cardboard with Nutella filling!!!!! Delivery person said they were mozzarella sticks. On with the pizza... cold And it doesn't look particularly appetizing either. Think if it was prepared properly and still warm. That it would have been a good pizza. I called twice more to personally file a complaint and for a solution. Don't get recorded. So yes..... its 30eu lighter, not what I wanted/ordered. Cold food and no response. Watch the news to realize that there are worse things in the world than this. However, this is and remains a mega downer

If I could give 6 stars I would. We received a lovely cup of tea on arrival and the food and service was superb! The music also set the mood.

It was simply an amazing pizza experience! The pizzas were hot, the ingredients were plentiful and very fresh. The dough was just right; Neither too thick nor thin, perfectly crispy! My order was delivered on time and with friendly service. Especially the taste of the four cheese pizza remained on my palate. Also, the prices are very affordable compared to this taste and quality. We will definitely order again. Thank you for this excellent experience.

When I picked it up on Saturday evening, the store suddenly turned out to be closed. Phone was not answered several times. Paid, no food. Getting money back seems impossible for now :( -After a lot of hassle, fortunately it was paid back properly and an apology was offered.

Yesterday I ordered 3 pizzas for 44 euros, 25 centimeters via Thuiszorg.nl. (4 cheeses, chicken pesta and meat lover) It took a very long time and the pizzas were really terrible, and just not tasty, but they cost 14.99 each. You can better spend your money elsewhere than at this pizzaria, it is literally a waste of money, I have never had such bad pizzas in my life, napoli pizza?? I have waited for 2 hours. Had to call the restaurant multiple times. The pizza was awful. The cheesecake was all smashed in the container. The driver almost forgot to give me the drink. This service for 31 euro. I could have ordered 3 complete meals at McDonald’s and the quality would have been insanely better than this. Don’t go or order here. Some places should not exist.

I recently ordered two pizzas from Pizzeria Napoli, and unfortunately I was very disappointed. The pizzas were very small, even smaller than a frozen pizza, had a way too salty taste, and were hard. For the price of €32 I expected much more. This was certainly not good value for money. I will never order from here again and hope no one orders from here again. A warned person counts for two.

DONT ORDER HERE! Awful place. Ordered here, took them over 2 hours to deliver a really easy order. We couldn’t reach them easily by phone, and when we finally got an hold of them, they said it was going to be there in 5 minutes but that was a lie (30 minutes later we received our order.

We ordered take away via an app. The app asked us to review and we were honest after receiving awful food from here. Two weeks later I got what's app texts from the restaurant about my review which I was not happy this is a GDPR violation. Edit; reply almost 4 months later telling me the pizza was hot. And the food in my photos looks good. Can anyone else see dried out burnt wings? The food quality was rubbish, the wait was long and the only reason anyone would think this was Amsterdams best pizza pizza was if they were stoned

I paid €15 for döner, ayran, Turkish coffee. döner was reheated, I waited 45 minutes while it would take 15 minutes max according to the owner. Döner was not tasty, you smell sheep fat or meat, I don't know. And döner costs €9 and believe me I really didn't like it and it doesn't smell good either. First time and last time.His coffee was okay! Galiba abi kuyruk yagi atiyor ve o inanilmaz kötüydü!

There are so many types of pizzas that you will have a hard time choosing, and they taste great. Congratulations . But it seems to take a little longer to prepare.
