Domino's Pizza Amsterdam Ijburg in IJburg Zuid

Ordered pizzas via Uber Eats and they were never delivered. Naturally, they are no longer reachable by phone after 10 PM. Poor service, could have at least called if delivery wasn't working out!

So when you order a pizza and pay 2 euro’s extra for garlic sauce you would expect it to be on there but no. Not the first time it has happend. 18-04-26 Again ordered a pizza and yet again didnt get my garlic sauce and they forgot my milkshake but the delivery person was very nice so the service is mwah but the employees that deliver are always kind.

On 4-4-2026 at 19:10, I was simply standing at the same traffic light next to a Domino’s Pizza IJburg scooter with two guys on it. One was wearing a Domino’s jacket and the other guy was wearing a gray jacket. The guy with the gray jacket felt the need to spit on my scooter for no reason whatsoever, after which they both sped away. Ridiculous.

I ordered two pizzas today. After an hour, the tracking site says they've been delivered. So I call to ask if my order has gone through. A man answers the phone, who talks very quickly and doesn't listen to me. But eventually, he understands what I'm trying to say. Then he says the order is on its way. Without saying goodbye, he hangs up. I wait another 20 minutes and call again. This time, a very nice young woman answers the phone. She tells me the pizzas are still in the oven and that as soon as they're out, they'll be taken away by a delivery driver. She's super sweet and respectful. After another 20 minutes, the pizzas arrive. That's two hours after I ordered them. Plus, the pizzas were cold, hard, and dry. And there's very little filling on them. It was snowing today, so I can understand that complicating things. But surely there's still some good, friendly communication?

I would have given it 0 if possible. We weren't notified that our order had been placed on a table downstairs. We waited an hour and a half, and if we didn't call, we'd still be waiting.

Worst experience ever! They accepted my order, they informed me that it was delivered, I didn't receive anything! When I called, no one answered. I went to see and they said they had the store closed. It's not the first time they've failed like this! Never again!

I ordered 4 seasons pizza here once for 25 euros. When I opened the box I was really shocked and decided not to order again... here

Save your self the trouble and order your food somewhere else it is a mess at Ijburg and not even reachable by phone. Order pizza and it will be delivered how ever when ever. bon appetit!

I ordered 10 mini pancakes and a milkshake for 10 euros. I only received my mini pancakes and not my milkshake. I haven't gotten my money back. I'm going to sue them, and tomorrow I'm going to court.

I really think it's scandalous You order food for the same money, I would have been better off eating somewhere else, pizza was quite cold and they always have to forget something or garlic sauce or drinks, I will not steal again, never again, a junk place, this place should not be called dominoes, the difference is too much This is the truth, I can agree with the others, I gave them a 2nd chance, if I don't use them, I hope they close quickly if I order dominos, I expect dominos, they are not

What bad food! Pizza was all mixed up and seemed reheated from yesterday. Popcorn chicken tasted old and not crispy and fries were limp. Everything else was lukewarm to cold and just plain dirty! I will never order anything from here again!

Always ordering delivery from website dominos.nl. Delivery usually 15-30 mins , hot pizza but in my opinion a bit overpriced .

We ordered 2 pizzas. They arrived rather cold and the taste was of low quality material. We called to give feedback and the employee was rather rude. We will not order again.

ik weet niet waarom maar deze pizza's zijn veel minder dan de gemiddelde supermarkt diepvries pizza. Alleen als je van veel vette kaas(??) en saus houdt is het acceptabel. Extra's zijn zijn echt nodig om er nog iets van te maken. Dit kan echt beter.

Goede service. Er was iets fout gegaan bij de bestelling en het is perfect opgelost. De pizza's zijn hier altijd lekker.

Well, I've got to say here, I expected anything when I saw a lot 1s vs. 5s, but I have already tried other major pizza makers in the city, so I wanted to try the Domino's as well. This is actually great! My first order was a pick-up. The pizza (funghi, 35 cm, on the photo) was ready on time, with the right sauce and extra cheese. It was great value for money! The next time, I ordered online and it was in very soon, as expected. I say so because I am living some 650 m walking from them. So while I haven't tested how delivery across the city would work, this works for me. Their pizzas were filling and good in taste. I could use a thinner base, but ultimately I didn't mind.

Small Domino's but they make your pizza with love.. that you'll taste 😉

Pizza was niet lekker. En niet doorgebakken.

Hier geweest om een broodje te kopen. Smaakte best goed, maar waarom gebruiken de medewerkers geen handschoenen? Ze plaatsen nu de ingredienten met de hand op het broodje! Heel onhygienisch!

Het eten was precies optijd, het was ook nog suuper lekker! Ik ga hier zeker vaker bestellen! En ik raad het iedereen aan.
