Day and Night pizza in Westelijk Havengebied

I ordered at 4:30 to eat at 5 and at 6 o'clock it still wasn't here. Called 100 times, nobody answered, no response, nothing. Never order here, dirty scam, and that for €50.

I have been waiting 2.5 hours for my order. I placed it at 00:15, now it is 03:15, still nothing has arrived. I try to call but I get no answer. Called 4 times, didn't pick up. I ordered 2 pizzas, still not arrived. I will never order from here again. Update (03:35): I get a notification on Thuiszorg saying your order has been delivered at 02:45. I can tell you it is now 03:35 and I haven't received anything. I am going to take this to court and I am not going to let this go. I paid 42 euros for 2 pizzas that never arrived. Real scammers, these.

Fast delivery and the food arrived warm

We ordered food, but it wasn't delivered. They claimed they couldn't find us at home. And this is in a hotel that also had a 24/7 reception...

You are open late at night, but you dont answer your phone. This is a joke, don't call yourself a business if you cannot operate in a basic manner

Ordered at 02:20, it is now 04:50 and I still haven't received anything. Paid more than €50 for this. Don't understand how this place is still online.

Just like the other 1-star reviews… the food was disgusting, it arrived 3 hours late, and you couldn't reach anyone. Absolutely not recommended and, in my opinion, simply outrageous.

I picked up the food myself and had to pay more than for delivery, and then I waited for my order for 1 hour. I paid 28 euros for a Turkish pizza and 1 kapsalon. And when I told an employee that I was being ripped off, he laughed because he knew what he was doing!

This is a super unprofessional business. I have been waiting for my order for 3 hours, and I am told that it is on its way. Then my order still hasn't arrived and they aren't responding to my calls anymore either. Terrible. NEVER ORDER HERE!!!

Ordered, waited an hour for it but it was Not on its way. Couldn't reach them by phone and by then they were already closed. The next morning it says it was delivered which didn't happen and I paid for it anyway. Ridiculous service, really not okay!

Let's start with 1. Ordered at 22:47 Delivered at 01:00 2. Ordered cheesecake, but got chocolate cake?? And also no communication about it being out of stock or anything 3. Driest pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Even with sauce it was inedible. Literally a waste of money.

It was very slow, our order didn't even arrive. They don't like customers because we chose cash.

!ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE! I ordered 3 cans of soda, a pizza, and kapsalon. The delivery person arrived 1.5 hours late, and apart from that with my pizza and soda, no kapsalon. I called him back twice and he said: “The cook is going to prepare it, then I’ll bring it.” An hour later I called them again and they ignored me… I called both numbers from the site and the delivery person and they hung up immediately. AND NO, YOU DON'T GET A REFUND. !!I HAD CHILDREN TO FEED!!

I bought a hair salon here yesterday and no joke, I still regret it. I have such bad stomach pain, I can't even go out on the street without it hurting. I have to shit constantly, it's not normal. I strongly advise against this place.

You place an order with cash payment. You receive a call asking if you have the exact amount, after which payment is only possible via Tikkie …….

We ordered 2 pizzas; they come all the way from Amsterdam to Purmerend. Very tasty pizzas, they deserve 5 stars.

Unfortunately the pizza from Day and Night Pizza was very disappointing. It was quite dry and didn’t taste fresh. For €35 we really expected much better quality. Definitely not worth the price.

I ordered from Day and Night Pizza at 12:30 AM. According to Thuisbezorgd, the food would arrive around 1:35 AM, but we didn't get it until 3:01 AM. When the food finally arrived, everything was incredibly cold. The pizza tasted like a dried-out dishcloth, the kapsalon was limp and very soggy, and the mozzarella sticks were the worst I've ever eaten. Furthermore, the delivery driver was on the neighbor's property. He barely spoke Dutch, which made communication very difficult. I tried to explain to him that he had to leave my neighbor's property because their dog was barking, but he didn't seem to understand. We ended up having to walk to the neighbor's property ourselves to pick up the food. It's about a 10-minute walk for us, since we live in Beemster, but that's not how it should be. All in all, a very disappointing experience. We will never order from them again.

Pizzas without tomato sauce and half our order forgotten and then they didn't bring it

Ordered here at 2:00 AM. I saw the place had a 3-star rating and read some reviews. I saw a lot of 1-star and negative reviews, so I hoped it would be okay. I was pleasantly surprised; the delivery was reasonably fast, and the delivery driver was very friendly and polite. The food was good, not the best kapsalon in the world, but just good. I've ordered pizza from here before, and it was also very good. I thought they could have been a bit more attentive on the phone; they hung up on us very quickly even though we wanted to ask something.

DO NOT ORDER! Everything arrives late. I ordered at 1:00 AM but didn't receive it until 3:00 AM. They don't stick to delivery times, and the pizza felt like an old crust.

I ordered a kapsalon chicken doner last night, and it was inedible. It didn't even taste like chicken. You could have had prison food before this, and I finished it after just three bites. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

I was ordered from them and it’s know 3 hours ago and my order didn’t delivered yet and I called them more then 20 times no body answer I was before 2 hours say to my self it’s Ok because there is a lot ot order tonight because it’s New Year but three hours for one pizza it’s to much it’s really bad service no body order from them.

Ordered pizza here via Uber Eats after a night out. The order was supposed to be delivered between 06:15 and 06:35. The order didn't arrive until after 07:00, and I was kept poorly informed about this as well. You might think it takes a while but it's worth the wait, but nothing could be further from the truth. In my 26 years on this planet, I have never experienced such a disgusting pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza tastes like a musty dishcloth with tomato sauce. I would skip this one.

I ordered a pizza and had to pick it up myself because the delivery person did not want to go upstairs. Furthermore, the pizza and the price are disproportionately too expensive. There was also a hair on my pizza and little toppings, only sauce, cheese, 2 pieces of salami and a lot of dough, this is very bad for me. Never again had to pick up the pizzas from the delivery person from a blue lemon, and he will also smoke in the car himself.

It took 2 hours for it to arrive, honestly the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life

The only place we found nearby with a kitchen open after 10pm. When we arrived we didn't know we had to order via the website, but the owner showed and explained to us what we had to do and was super friendly! The pizza was ready in about 15 minutes and tasted good (pepperoni). We ate in a park close by, as we were going on to an ADE event.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!! simply called the store to ask if it was open (due to it being early morning) the person who answered was very very rude laughed at us and threatened to cancel our order just for asking if our order was confirmed, the person then asked if to confirm our address and when we did he said he never asked that and he was busy and laugh at us???? When we explained it was very bad customer service since we were asking a simple question the person then cancelled our order when the driver was on the way (which he confirmed) he lost money for his own company and lost moral very disappointing and very disgusting 100% would get from another place. This took place on Sunday the 6th of October 5:50am 2024. I would highly suggest the owner of this establishment to review the type of employees they house at this store and who took this call as it puts a disgusting face on the business. We were in Amsterdam for a long weekend and have had nothing but positive experiences apart from this. Extremely dissatisfied. If you need I have the recording of the call if you wish to hear it for proof. Please send me a direct message. As you can see from the photo the rude employee did in fact cancel our order, it’s very embarrassing that they have responded with lies and also blaming the customer. Don’t order here looking at all other bad reviews the food doesn’t seem to be great so I am glad I dodged a bullet.

The food was really cold, dry and really dirty, your chicken looked like it had been in the sun for 3 weeks. The pizza tasted really bad and had no taste. We still had to call after 1.5 hours to find out where our food was, it was cold and dirty. I had a phone call that said the delivery would be there in 10 minutes, after half an hour it was still not there, I will never order here again -1000aura

The order arrived safely and it was also delicious! A small company that certainly deserves more customers, as the food was delicious and the day and night pizza service was good.

We were able to order pizza for 12 people at 1am. They were at the door at 2am. Pizza was great and the delivery person was very nice!

The waiting time was exactly what they told me when I called. Very kind and caring owner, the vegetarian pizza was perfectly made, and not greasy at all. It was a bit too small for 12€ and not too much flavour, maybe some more salt on the veggies would have done it. But it was quite healthy and made with care! The pizza arrived right within the shown time frame. It was hot, fresh, and hit the spot!!! Hopefully I eat earlier next time, if not I will for sure order again! 🙌🏻

The kapsalon wasn't up to the usual dutch standards. Delivery also took way too long. Delivery guy was alright, but the food. Very very poor. Will not order here next time
