We ordered via app and the system said delivery time approx. 20-30 minutes. We ended up waiting 95 minutes in the hotel lobby. The pizza was good but the waiting time was a killer.

Lovely gentlemen own the place, and even made me a pizza after they closed, super nice and kind for an honest price

Ordered pizza here for the first time today. The pizzas were delivered very quickly, much faster than stated. The delivery person was very friendly, and the pizzas were above expectations, really tasty. Definitely worth repeating.

I ordered a pizza for delivery to my hotel, and it never arrived. The restaurant refuses to refund my money, and I haven't received any assistance from the app. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this place to anyone. I waited up until 3:30 in the morning because the restaurant hadn't updated the app. I tried to call and the restaurant had already closed! Without any information, they didn't cancel the order on the app, they didn't inform me of anything! I only found out the next day when I called the restaurant to understand what happened. According to them, they couldn't deliver because of a lack of response on delivery! It was a hotel!!!! that works 24x7. They didn't refund me or send another pizza (as I tried to negotiate the next day). Anyway, don't buy it! Worst service I've ever seen in my life! On top of that, the attendants have no manners! To end the call, they told me to open a complaint on the app (which requires approval from the restaurant for a refund) and then they didn't approve the refund through the app. I lost the money for two pizzas and a drink. Be careful and avoid it! You can find much better and more responsible options in Amsterdam!

Quality of food is substandard. Pizza was fine. The fries were not worth the money. And I hated the hair salon gyros. There was so much cheese on it and also a very dry and bland taste of the meat. The reviews here come closer to my bad experiences with the food than those on home delivery. I don't understand how they can score a 4.9 there.

Worst pizza I've ever eaten, the dough is dry, the tomato sauce is weak. You can only eat it because they send a separate sauce.

Me and my friend bought some food after a concert, and ate it in the hotel near by. Friendly service and the order was done very fast. I enjoyed my pizza quattro formaggi very much, my friend didnt liked it as well, so i give only 4 stars. But thank you for your fast service so late at night.

Old and honest Italian restaurant in Amsterdam!

i got food poisoning and 40 degrees fever

Had ordered this late at night myself and my partner, told the driver that I would be waiting outside to collect as we were in a hotel, was waiting OVER 35 minutes past the delivery time outside in the cold, called the number myself to ask where was the food they responded by saying its on its way, then my partner rang only for them to tell her that the driver has arrived and dropped the food off at the hotel, so we finally get our food over 2 HOURS later and surprise surprise the food is stone cold, my calzone was like an icicle, my partners pizza was like a block of ice and the onions were raw, so naturally we were a tad upset so we decided to contact thuisbezorged who then tried to get into contact with this atrocious cover front of a pizza place and they decided that our complaint was not fit enough for a refund. So not only is this place stingy and late but they can't even have the decent to know when they are in the wrong. - 100/10 don't even bother wasting time and effort into this pathetic excuse of an Italian restaurant.

The quatro fromaggi that I just received is more of a pizza Margherita that is undercooked and so incredibly dirty that I am now writing a review. And that for almost €20. Almost unbelievable with all those 4/5 star reviews,

We ordered 2 pizzas and a shawarma sandwich from Luigi, the meat from the sandwich was very tasty and the pizzas was delicious, now we know for the future that we will order there when we are back in Holland. Can only recommend it, thank you 👍🏼

What a dirty pizza. Bland dough, bland cheese and funky shawarma. The pizza was also soft and not baked properly, so I put it in the oven myself. I don't understand why this pizzaria is rated so highly for home delivery. Pizza has disappeared in the trash. Never again... And oh yes, asking 1 euro for 2 mini bags of factory sambal, you should be ashamed of that.

This is our favorite spot to order food. Our kids love the extra large pizza Margarita. We prefer a pizza which we choose our ingredients. Also very good for other food like shoarma schotel.

It's based on 1 meal but the meal was not good. Paid 17,50 for a shoarma schotel without bread and the meat was not warm.

Not the best experience ordering with deliveroo regarding this restaurant. I ordered 3 pizza's at 19:00 and they arrived 2 hours later. I did not get called or received a sms. I hope you guys will fix this because this is not acceptable.

I saw a great overall score in a delivery app... Almost 5 stars. I was expecting something tasty, however their pizzas, have nothing to do with actual pizzas... Quality was bad, especially meat. I can't imagine how they got their rating so high there.

It's a more of a fast-food style pizza. Not bad but also nothing special. Just a solid pizzeria that does not pretend to be something that it's not. The delivery man was nice but could have been slightly quicker. Prices are typical Amsterdam pizza prices, they don't stand out either way.

Heerlijk dachten wij, Pizzeria Luigi Haarlemmermeerstraat in Amsterdam Het is vanzelfsprekend dat je spoedig een pizza krijgt aangeleverd na berstelling. Niemand zal klagen als de levering 20 minuten langer duurt. Echter, op 21-05-2021 hebben wij met hongerige gasten 2,5 uur gewacht en 3x moeten bellen voor onze bestelling. Met twee karige blikjes frisdrank en excuus als compensatie. Maar het lag niet aan Luigi Pizzeria! Keiharde randen van de Pizza waar kinderen zich doorheen moesten worstelen en een bezorger die je aanspreekt alsof hij je kent en met je op het schoolplein heeft gevoetbald. (Tutoyeren) Toch zat er een leeftijdsverschil van 25 jaar tussen mij en de bezorger. Respect? Klantvriendelijkheid? Maar de vertraging lag niet aan Pizzeria Luigi. "Sneleten.nl" zou de boosdoener zijn. Die geven de bestelling niet meteen door. Dat zou de oorzaak zijn. Moet de consument dat ontberen als dat zo zou zijn? Ik bestelde voor het eerst bij Luigi en ook voor het laatst

Goeie pizza’s, snel en vriendelijke mensen!

The food was average. It says 30 min delivery and took 1,5 hours to arrive. Every time we called to ask they said the food was 5 mins away and never arrived. We understand delays due to covid and snow, but honesty and teansparency is appreciated so we don't wait around. The pastas are way too creamy. The spicy chicken pizza was nice.
