Domino's in Osdorp-Midden

It really is a gamble to order from this place. It is either delivered very late or quickly. I would not order from them if I were starving.

Placed order with 8pm delivery. It’s 21.11 - still no pizza in sight. Order here if you like Russian roulette or you liked to be disappointed

Order took wayyy too long to be delivered. When i called, someone picked up but just said nothing and that was awkward. He then told me my order was on its way. When i asked why it took so long, he told me i ordered 10 minutes ago, when i didn’t? I ordered 40 minutes ago and the place is like 5 mins away by bike. Very weird and disappointing

Very nuisance branch. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in your pizza here.

Ordered pizza with sauce unfortunately no sauce was delivered after half an hour the sauce would only be delivered. Person was very rude on the phone

I was driving by with less than 10 euros in my pocket. Not expecting anything. But ended up getting my favorite pizza (pepperoni) for only 6 euros and I even managed to get a drink. The staff was so nice and funny. Also the playlist is the bomb. Thank you guys will definitely come again for those prices!

Pizza was ok. The garlic sauce was not included even though I paid for it. According to app I was supposed to have it delivered at 7pm, I got it at 8:40pm. Never ordering from that place again.

I arrived at the store to pick up my pizza and the staff simply forgot to make the pizza. The receipt was on top of the counter and no one even bothered to make it. They were playing around, chatting, and throwing objects at each other. What a TERRIBLE experience. They seem to be playing, not working. I had to wait over 10min for something I had ordered online over 15min before I arrived at the store. And while making the pizza they kept screaming at each other.

Usually I don't write anything in Google, but tonight I just had to do that - I ordered food at 9:03 PM (also the time on the receipt) as soon as I selected the option - then I received a message that it will be delivered between 9:17 PM and 9:24 PM delivered, later the time changed that it would be delivered until 9:37 PM. Then it was clear all the time that it was "on its way" and that the delivery person would arrive in 1 minute (I live 5 minutes by bike from the Domino's location). This "1 minute" lasted until 10 p.m., I received everything 1 hour later, okay, I thought finally. Unfortunately, the food and pizza dough came out hard as a stone and cold after someone stood outside with boxes for half an hour. Instead of eating, I first had to turn on the oven to make that order edible again. What a shame, I have been a customer for years but now I think it is time to say goodbye.

Waited over 2 hours for cold pizzas. And didn't get everything.

Ordered food home. Tooks 2.5 hours to arrive. When it did arrive it was room temperature. I had to give the store three calls to find out the status of my order. Each time I was lied to. I do not recommend them at all.

Terrible experience, today we ordered two pizzas, we waited hours and they never arrived, we tried to contact them through the phone number and no one ever answered, they kept our money, thieves.

2 hours to make and deliver a pizza. Likely because we decided to use the “second pizza for free offer”. Waiting for a hungry client to terminate his order - not the best way to generate customer attrition. Never ordering here anymore.

Order placed at 6:25 PM. According to the app, the pizza would be delivered between 6:50 PM and 7:10 PM. The pizza was finally delivered at 8:00 PM after being on the phone twice. No apologies and no compensation. Pizzas arrived ice cold. And my daughter went to bed an hour later than usual because of the wait. After today you have lost a loyal customer.

Terrible delivery time, we order via app and always have to confirm via phone. Every time I call (after 40min waiting already) they say “ok, we are putting in the oven”.

I had 2 xxl pizzas and got a free pastry with cinnamon on it. All was great and on time.

What we ordered; 2 Pizza Dogs, 1 Thick Shake Speculoos, 1 Thick Shake Iced Coffee, 2 Tuna Meltz with sides, one of which should contain Buffalo Wings and mini frikandels and the other should contain fries and mini frikandels. Pizza dogs: mainly sauce, no onions (although advertised on site) Tuna Meltz: boring and dry. Fries: cold and chewy and contained a hair. The sides of the Meltz only included 1 mini frikandel??? (Although the site described a serving of 5)* Shakes unmarked. If you're a couple, that's no problem. Then you taste it from each other. But if you receive such an order with friends, I can imagine that it can be very annoying. Not worth 50 euros. Very disappointing. * Contacted the branch: the person who answered did not speak Dutch. Person claimed the site was wrong. Although that doesn't make sense at all. The person promised 2 free drinks with the next order, although that order will not be delivered, so that is of no use to us at all. Very professional, Dominos. Domi-no-way. We ordered a pizza around 9pm, only an hour later the status of the order changed to "put in the oven", I was not happy with this, and the expected delivery time was moved by another hour. We tried calling until 10pm but no answer. In total, two hours passed, we did not receive our order, we remained hungry because we trusted Domino's. Very bad experience…

They always take very long with the delivery and then the order comes cold, I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes that it said it was arriving

Domino's Pizza is always delicious. It was prepared quickly. I recommend Pizza Domino's.

Delivery guy first forgets half of the order. I needed to attempt him on it. Got the wrong pizzas delivered, containing pork. So waste of money. The pizzas arent baked well. After calling the guy didn’t know what to do and offered to make the pizza again tomorrow.. but no one wants this service so i requested a refund, lets see how it goes

I regret I gave this store another chance after a year. Even 1 star is a lot for the service, no one answered the phone either

I have mainly had positive experiences with dominoes in Osdorp. If there was room for improvement, the planning department managed to solve it together. Keep up the good work.

If you order a thin & crispy base, “no, we don't have it”. Well then an Italian base “no, I don't do thin bases”. A clear case of I don't feel like doing my work. Worthless. Then drive on to another pizza place where they want customers.

Unfortunately, parts of the order were missing. They promised once by telephone that they would fix it. They subsequently did not keep the appointment and can no longer be reached by telephone.

Delicious pizzas and fast delivery

I placed an order yesterday and did not receive everything. I don't like that. And then I contacted them by phone, but no one answers.

Ordered a margherita pizza for half with tuna. There were literally two or three pieces of tuna on it. And, they charged a few euros extra for that. Really ridiculous and unfair...

Pizza and chicken never arrived, no phone contact with the 'restaurant' and no refunds. It's a shame that these big companies keep lowering the standard, I guess it's time to switch to locals. Never again, do not recommend, avoid at all cost!

Ik heb hier paar keertjes pizza gegeten. Ze hadden een keertje een actie waarbij je een fungi en Margaretha pizza kon halen voor 3 euro. Dat heb ik gedaan maar de pizza was eerlijk gezegd erg aan de droge kant en had weinig smaak. Ik had een keertje de pizza kebab gehaald en die was hartstikke heerlijk en goed opgewarmd en had wel veel smaak. Ik vind het een kleine plek waar je eten kan afhalen waarbij je niet binnen kan zitten, het erg druk is met scooters en mensen buiten en binnen krapjes is. Als je ergens je pizza buiten wilt eten is de sfeer niet heel mooi maar als je richting het park loopt dan is het daar wel mooi.

Very quick service. Friendly staffs. They accidentally overcharged me 6e, but after complaining, they apologized and refunded after a few days.

Domino's osdorp aan de pieter calandlaan is de beste. 19 September was ik pizza gaan halen. Niet wetende van de 1+1 pizza actie. Het was heel druk er stond een lange rij aan klanten. Dit Filiaal met de jongens die er nu werken verdienen een bonus van de baas vind ik. De jongens die er werken. -Klantvriendelijk. -Luisteren goed. -Beleggen de pizza's goed -Pizza is warm -Ze werken hard ondanks de werkdruk en tijd per klant. -Ze zorgen dat je tevreden bent en een goede pizza krijgt. Ga zo door !

14062020 Na een redelijke tijd weer eens twee pizza's besteld, weet nu waarom het een tijd heeft geduurd. Matige kwaliteit en onduidelijke prijsstelling. Ga voortaan maar weer gewoon bij New York Pizza bestellen, stukken beter.

Top service van mo gehad hij was echt super klantvriendelijk en heeft mij goed geholpen mijn bestelling aan te passen ik had een fout gemaakt en dat heeft hij super opgelost met als gevolg heerlijke pizza's En lekker snel geleverd Dank je wel mo/domino's

Goed gevulde pizza. Online besteld en daarna zelf opgehaald. Pizza’s waren op tijd klaar. Op de foto Pizza Crispy Chicken Burger en de Half-Half; Chicken Kebab en Creamy Bacon.

Best chaotisch daar .En niet erg schoon

Ik had een klacht ingediend en werd heel kort erna gebeld door de eigenaar. Dat had ik totaal niet verwacht en ook nog eens op zondag!!! Hij heeft mij meteen voorzien van een goedmakertje. Ik hoop dat mijn feedback wordt gebruikt en de issue niet meer voorkomt. Dank nogmaals en ik denk dat je met Stevie een aanwinst heb binnengehaald!
