Domino's Pizza Amsterdam Rijnstraat in Rijnbuurt

Worst delivery experience EVER. Save your money and nerves and order somewhere else. Over 90 minutes for a supposed 20 minute delivery. Driver left the food in the lobby without any notification. Had to call twice just to know if and where my food was delivered to.

I come here quite often because it's nearby and it's open until late, and I expect minimal service because of dominoes... and yet this one manages to be by far the worst in town. I don't remember anyone ever saying hi to me when I walked in, or even seeing a person there who wasn't busy on their phone around the corner. There was even one occasion where I was referred to the pole without eye contact so that they could continue doing nothing. The pick-up itself goes quite smoothly if you stick around, but getting a delivery a block away takes at least 2 hours. Fortunately, when you ask, you get an attitude apology: “it just came out of the oven” and almost a feeling of guilt. After the person I was going to eat the pizza with had left, I was left with two overly greasy pizzas with some stray pieces of tuna on them. I don't really like to hate on underpaid staff, but the idgaf attitude of everyone I've just spoken to (and during previous experiences) actually makes me very sad. No more dominoes for me and actually the restaurant with the same dish across the street is a lot more human, faster and tastier.

Domino is so practical next to my house and it takes almost 1.5 hours to deliver two pizzas. The delivered pizzas were unmistakably prepared quite some time ago (tough crust, toppings dried out). When I called after an hour I was told that “I was not the only one waiting”. Rude, as if it was my own fault placing an order.

Literal scam. I ordered at 8 PM and I didn’t receive anything! It’s almost 1 AM… of course didn’t get notified about anything. The website says rate your order so I suppose they have marked it as delivered. Will contact support and demand refund. Honestly never felt scammed by Dominos Pizza if you order at this place after reading the reviews you should rethink your thinking abilities.

My pizza was delivered 4 hours later, they didn't answer when I had questions and after they delivered the pizza 4 hours later, it was also the wrong pizza and the wrong size, unbelievable

Ordered food to the hotel. They said we'll meet in the lobby. Food was simply left without any information or call! The food was delicious, but two sauces were ordered for the chicken and they didn't arrive.

Pizza came undercooked and doughy. "Forgot" a couple of items we ordered and when we called about it they said they would refund the missing items but they haven't.

Thanks for the food poisoning! I even tried to call to resolve the issue. All I wanted was an apology and maybe a refund. Was told they’ll call me back but nothing. Do not order here unless you want to end up at the toilet for 2 days.

Ordered here on the dominos app last weekend as the location where I normally order was unavailable for delivery. Should have looked at Google reviews before I did so. It took around 2 hours for the pizza to arrive (probably even longer) and the pizza was not warm upon arrival either. The delivery worker said that there were very little bikes available which he cannot help of course but this place seems to be mismanaged when also looking at the other reviews. The Dominos location that I ordered from before usually arrived well within half an hour.

Ordered a delivery, status is stuck for 2 hours and they are not reachable. If you read this, NEVER ORDER A DELIVERY FROM HERE! Just go to the supermarket buy the ingredients and make your own pizza, at least you will have a pizza to eat. And no, I will not be contacting you through your faq/feedback section. Just shut down the store please.

Our pizza was delivered two hours late (see screenshot). Domino’s used to be good, however, their service and quality has gone down the drain. We’re obviously never going to order Domino’s again. Goodbye after several years of service!

They brought a completely different order We ordered for €60 And they brought it for €30

Delivery arrived late, cold, and clearly dropped in the delivery process. No response from the company when we let them know. Could not recommend.

Terrible, terrible delivery service! It took an hour for the pizza to be delivered, even if it was mentioned that it would've taken only 6 minutes on Domino's website. Indeed, our place is pretty close from this place. I don't understand why the driver had to call us twice because he was on a wrong street, when our exact address was clearly indicated on Domino's system. Of course, both the pizza's were totally cold and the cheese has hardened already. Such a bad experience :(

Ordered multiple times and they always forget something big. Driver says he will come back and never does. People on phone promise refunds or to return and bring the missing stuff which they never do. No more orders from here

I used to like ordering here, but lately more and more mistakes. After our pizzas were delivered to the wrong address, we received a call that we could pick them up there. The lady on the phone was quite rude. We don't get pizzas here anymore.

Worst thing there is. The pizzas are fine, but we ordered food with a whole group, one of whom is vegan. We ordered a vegan pizza for that. Did not get. We could wait 3 hours before we would get that pizza 5 minutes away. Worst service I know!!!

It says I have recieved my order but I haven't recieved any pizza. I told the driver to call me when he arrives but no one called me. I called dominos and they rudely told me they're closed and I can pick up my pizza tommorow without giving extra information. I asked if I needed confirmation but he just hung up on me.

dominoes count your day ooo abeg. I order that My Dominos box and I only get 6 MESSY popcorn chicken, so don't be so stingy. If you want people to come back, I really wouldn't be so stingy with your chicken and don't get me started on that pizza because it arrived uncut and that pizza looked like someone played Frisbee with it so yall lost me.

This was our go to pizza place. Unfortunately, the quality the past month has been terrible. We’ve had pizza where half the toppings had to be scraped off the box and back onto the pizza, half flattened burnt pizza, and cinnastix that are flatter than a pancake with no icing. I hope they turn it around, but it’s really not worth the money at this location.

The restaurant is so dirty. There were pizzas outside and water was leaking, flour everywhere on the table. I will not be going there again. The Hawaiian pizza had about 4 pineapples

I ordered with Uber Even after waiting for an hour, the order was canceled without being completed. It is better not to deliver at this store.

Ordered from here quite a few times now, always order the garlic sauce and every single time they forget it. EVERY single time. Even though its just a small thing, we still pay for the sauce… how difficult can it be? Just remember the garlic sauce.

I always pick up my pizza's. Usually custom order without onions and paprika. Employees always fulfill my order as ordered. No complaints, everything as expected.

Voor het eerst afgehaald via de app, voor de 2e pizza gratis. Werkt top! Warme pizza’s en aardige meiden achter de balie! Alleen was de toonbank niet heel schoon, zat onder de tomaten saus 😂

It’s a shame about this place. For the few months where they weren’t burning the pizzas until they were black, or randomising orders, the food was good. Now, if you order you will get a completely random pizza unrelated to what you actually ordered.

They have very young staff who are living proof that trusting the youth is just good for the business

Top service. Personeel super aardig. Was even last minute gekomen en toch een service met een smile gegeven. Goede aanrader hier.

Chiedo 1 Hawaii e una Ananas+bacon, mi fanno 2 Hawaii... Pizza comunque sopra le aspettative sia come impasto che come mozzarella, la salsa non un granché, in Italia ho mangiato di peggio.

Congratulations you guys have excellent staff. Very friendly and polite. Was a pleasure see him taken care of the shop.

It is Dominos so adjust your expectations. Quality and service varies massively depending on the crew, some are pretty good and reliable but often it is a mess behind the counter. I'd only go here for walk-in discounts because for the regular cost of a pizza there are much better food options nearby.

De service is hier over het algemeen prima, de werknemers zijn vriendelijk en de pizza’s snel klaar. De pizza’s smaakten echter erg slecht.... Alsof de verse producten al een week buiten de koelkast liggen en er liters olie aan de sauzen zijn toegevoegd. En de vegetarische kip heeft ons ook hartstikke misselijk gemaakt....
