Domino's Pizza Dordrecht Pearl Buckerf in Wijk 11 Stadspolders

I used to order pizza from this Domino’s with some regularity, until the quality started to decline. Today, after a day of work, I thought: I’ll give it another try. This is a huge mistake… I picked up 2 pizzas, but it’s more dough than toppings. There is no meat to be found, and the cheese that is supposed to be on it isn't really there either. Shame on you, Domino’s. Definitely not going back for the time being.

Staff uninterested upon departure, more interested in each other. Order taking was fine and polite. Handled food items with their hands! Unhygienic. The pizza did taste good though.

This location is downright Bad. Let alone that they ever arrive on time. And when you call to say you’ve been waiting for half an hour and are told "it’s not in the oven yet and will take at least another half hour. Why can you give a time if you can’t even stay there?" the answer you get is, "I can cancel your order." No, that’s really helpful. We’re sitting here with 5 people waiting for food. Disaster Update: Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. And then you get a pizza that flew through the air and is truly inedible. You call the location again and it’s: you can get a new pizza but it might take a long time. Furthermore, you don't get any help. Crabbehof is many times better.

When we go grocery shopping and walk past the building, I'm already cured. The whole interior, especially the benches in front of the windows, is disgusting to look at. My hunger suddenly turns into nausea.

The pizzas are well-topped, hot, and delicious. The staff is friendly. If you forget something, just give them a call and they'll deliver it. The store looks neat and there's plenty of seating.

Rude employee on the phone when I asked where my pizza was after an hour. He was able to discuss it over the phone, but he wouldn't make the pizza and offered "no solution" other than to wait even longer. The manager did eventually refund my money.

Great pizzeria. However, the pizzas were very poorly cut, with lots of large and small pizzas mixed together. The taste wasn't any less delicious.

It's like eating cardboard pizza. So ridiculously expensive for what it is.

Terrible pizza crusts were soft and they thought it was very funny to put gingerbread nuts in my milkshake and I didn't get a new one DO NOT come to this place strange people

They never showed up; luckily, I hadn't prepaid and opted to pay at the door. I ordered at 6:00 PM, and it's now midnight. Sad.

I've never had such a bad, greasy, half-baked pizza in my life. And then there's the cheese, the tomato sauce, the half-raw, and the dough, which is greasy and undercooked. This Domino's is a disgrace; the employees are sitting at the counter in the store.

Definitely not bad for a fast-food chain. The pizza was ready quickly and delivered very quickly. It was still warm and tasted great. I had to give extra instructions, and they were followed carefully.

K had ordered a thick shake at the kiosk. After waiting for 10 minutes, I hadn't heard anything, so I went to the counter. Then I was told in a very irritated tone that I hadn't ordered anything. Then someone else came with some receipts and said I had indeed ordered something. It turned out the shake had been melting in the machine for 10 minutes, so I had a melted thick shake. No apology was offered either. This was a very bad experience.

Really not a nice place There are many complaints in the neighborhood about the behavior and racing of and by delivery people. If you go to the building to file a complaint, you get a big mouth and they laugh at you. You are also not allowed and cannot file a complaint. There is also a lot of overdue maintenance in the building. Benches are worn out, heating has been broken for weeks and it is poorly cleaned. In the past I even experienced and reported that a delivery person dried her pants after a rain shower on the warming plate. This is unhygienic and cannot and may not happen. I will not be seen here again and with me many others. I will also definitely advise against it. There are plenty of other options for much tastier pizzas and where you can sit much nicer and cleaner.

Last week was disgusting again! Yuck, what's going on with this place! I ordered a shawarma pizza. DISGUSTING, only garlic sauce and almost no gyros. I called and got a new one, and the same thing. I made one of two pizzas and scraped off as much of the garlic sauce as possible. A lot of it was thrown away, a waste of money. Now I brushed my teeth to get rid of the rotten taste and I don't feel like I've had dinner. Keep up the good work! The competition is right next to the Avin branch with DELICIOUS PIZZAS. I'll have a chat with them about starting delivery a bit earlier. Lovely people, delicious food, they know their business.

I wouldn't order a pizza from these dominoes, it doesn't look anything like the photo. I now drive to Zwijndrecht and back for a pizza, they do a great job there, while I live next door.

We placed an order through Thuisbezorgd, and they said it would be delivered at 6:00. It was 6:17 PM, and we still hadn't received anything. They called and didn't apologize, but they said they'd deliver it shortly. After half an hour, we received our food. I'd also ordered cinnamon sticks, and they didn't have any bile acid. So, they called again, and they curtly answered. They didn't apologize, and they hung up.

The food was quite tasty but they were an hour late with the delivery and I had to call them and they only said it would be almost there and then I had to wait another half hour!!!!

Such a shame. Ordered pizza funghi. Got dough with three mushrooms. I wonder if there will be a response from the business.

I ordered around 17:15. After calling the store at 19:00 and asked where my order was, they said it was out for delivery. They didn't even ask me my name or reference number and I had explained there was no update on the app so that's why I called. It finally arrived at 19:15 to which then the driver said the store had forgotten to give him my drink, and he could either go out and get it or I could have 2 on my next order. I said I waited long enough and told him the second option was fine. He said to quote the reference number on the receipt when i order next time and they will note it in the system. Upon looking at my receipt it said that my order had been taken at 18:07, so it was still nearly an hour before they even got to my order when i orignally placed it. The pizza was cold and soggy, the chicken combo was also cold and I couldn't finish them both as they tasted cold and as if they had sat there for ages. I had also payed for extra mushrooms to which there was hardly any on there. This was my first time ordering myself from Dominoes in Dordrecht as its a food chain I trust, but I will not be ordering from there again as they have really disappointed me with the timing, the food standard and the poor customer service on the phone.

Waiting 2 hours for your food, food was cold and drinks not delivered, very bad

I waited 2 hours. Had to call to find out where my pizza was after 1 hour. And then they said he was on his way. Very bad service. Total. Not customer friendly. And they also forgot my drink. Do not order here!!! It doesn't matter which dominoes I visit. It's the same everywhere. Bad

Unbelievable i called to order a pizza and the girl cant speak english than i asked her to let me speak to someone who speaks english, she just started laughing lije its funny, never again

Pizzas and discounts are great,...nothing to complain about.

It's ridiculous what I just did with this. I came to pick up my ordered pizza and was half hit by a delivery person on the sidewalk. A fellow passerby and her daughter were so shocked by this that she said something about it. The delivery man was not happy about this and decides to go all out in a crowded dominoes. It was his job and he shouted at him. A father and daughter were not happy about this either, but the gentleman kept shouting in a crowded shop with children. I will never go to these dominos again.

Today we visited Domino's pizza before closure time, which was about 4/3 min before closing. Once inside one of employees approached us and told us they're closed despite it not being 11PM. We drove all the way to Domino's for nothing, big sadge. Therefor 2 stars due to poor service.

What a pathetic sandwich just now. The picture on the site looks delicious, but it was so sparsely filled that it was scandalous, never again!

Paid extra for an urgent order. Literally only arrived after an hour. I have no idea why you call it urgent, but oh well. They forget something with every order. My drink last time, the sauce from my tenders the other time and recently the icing sauce from my cinnamon roll (which were also ice cold and hard), I called them and was told they would give me a 5 euro credit voucher, which I ultimately never received. So never order again.

Very tasty pizzas, but the drinks are very expensive.

Had to wait a long time, ordered at the counter, I didn't see my name on the screen, kept saying it would be fine, after 45 minutes I reported the chef, placed a new order and it was ready in minutes. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry.

After waiting almost an hour the front door bell finally rang, I opened the door and was greeted with 4 cold boxes. The food was mediocre, not as depicted in the photos and as the boxes suggested, the food was also lukewarm to cold. All in all the food was not worth the wait.

Pizza is ok. Had to wait an hour because my order didn't come through. Received a can of coke as compensation.

Always tasty, besides pizzas also other delicacies

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich, Jesus that was bad. There were literally 4 lumps of meat on a baguette. Maybe you shouldn't order something like that from a pizza shop, but don't put it on the menu........pfffff

Enorm goede service! Perongeluk de verkeerde pizza besteld, en zo klantvriendelijk als dat ze zijn werd er een nieuwe gemaakt.

Altijd netjes op tijd en goede kwaliteit pizza's. Bovendien ben ik super goed geholpen toen het online met mijn bestelling mis ging. De Winkel zelf kon daar niets aan doen dat het mis ging en afgeschreven was, maar heeft ons vervolgens fantastisch geholpen zodat we alsnog onze pizza kregen 😁 Heel vriendelijk personeel en klantgericht, daar kan men in het algemeen nog eens wat van leren!

Heeerlijk eten! Pizza’s, sidedishes, van alles! Altijd top hier en snel bereid door de hardwerkende werknemers.

Over het algemeen goed. Over de prijs spreek ik geen mening uit dat moet men zelf maar over oordelen. Wel kan ik zeggen dat het eten nog wel eens verschilt per keer dat je besteld dan doel ik voornamelijk op de pizza's de ene keer keurig bijna droge onderzijde de andere keer glimt de doos van het vet. Al met al blijft het natuurlijk een fast food keten en geen restaurant....

Duurde lang voordat mijn bestelling werd opgenomen terwijl er 10 mensen rondliepen. Thuisgekomen de lauwe kipstukjes gegeten, wat niet eens naar kip smaakte en zo in de doos gegooid was. De milkshake was niet echt thick maar goed....weer wat geleerd

Prima pizza's, maar wát een slechte service. Pluspunten; -goede aanbiedingen -goede pizza's -lekkere bijgerechtjes -lekkere nagerechten Minpunten; -het personeel is zo slecht. De bezorgers hangen altijd een beetje ongeïnteresseerd buiten. Binnen is het niet veel beter. Er wordt áltijd iets vergeten bij de bestelling en hier sta je dan ook weer áltijd over te discussiëren. Meerdere keren gehad dat de bestelling al klaar stond, maar niemand dit in de gaten had. Of dat het ijs niet meegegeven wordt. Of dat er een topping vergeten wordt waar je wel voor betaald hebt. Nu maak ik altijd een screenshot van mijn bestelling, zodat ik dit kan laten zien en niet meer hoef te discussiëren. -hoge bezorgkosten

Eten was goed personeel was vriendelijk

Na een probleem met de app was de bestelling niet goed gegaan. Na telefonisch contact goed opgelost en snel geleverd. Dank!

Prima kwaliteit. Goed warm en lekker .

Voldoende plek om te zitten. Pizza smaken wel oke. Jong en onprofessioneel gedrag personeel op locatie. Vaak geen waarschuwing gehad als je pizza klaar is en je zit te wachten, schuiven hard met stoelen terwijl je zit te eten, gaan kinderachtig met elkaar om en trekken weinig aan van de aanwezigheid van hun klanten.

Mooie en leuke fast food restaurant. Het eten was heel goed. Alleen het negatieve was dat ik 25 min moest wachten op mijn eten terwijl de medewerkers gezellig met elkaar aan het kletsen waren. Er waren geen anderen klanten in het gebouw. Voor de rest is alles goed.

Afhalen was duurder als via de app bestellen en afhalen 🤔
