Domino's Pizza Dordrecht Slangenburg in Wijk 09 Sterrenburg

- Order arrived 30 minutes late - Order arrived cold and inedible - The wrong drink and side were delivered I called the store - After delivery, it took an incredibly long time again... Normally satisfied, but absolutely not this time!

Friendly and the pizzas are great. The only major drawback is that they don't use gloves.

Ordered two pizzas on November 6th. They arrived half an hour later and were ice cold and rock hard. Unfortunately, they were inedible. The shake had already thawed.

This Domino's used to be a real disaster in terms of staff and food quality. Just got an XXL and thankfully; a new group of employees (for me) and an excellent pizza! Simply well-made with a thin crust and topped to the brim... perfect

The food was delicious, the friendly staff was very helpful, I got my food quickly and it was well-prepared, and the atmosphere in the shop was great! I've eaten there several times now, and every time it's been fantastic!

Walk by. The staff plays soccer in the kitchen. Sits on countertops. Plays gangster rap. Causes a nuisance to neighbors with friends visiting, noise pollution, and littering the street. Reported it multiple times, but nothing has improved.

I ordered at 10:00 PM and now (11:40 PM) I'm still without food, and the restaurant closed at 11:00 PM, so I can't call. Very poorly organized. Update: I didn't get any food in the end. I went to bed at 12:30 AM. So, I won't be ordering from here.

Had to call back several times due to wrong order. Sometimes the pizza is too small, sometimes it's completely different than ordered. Since then I only go to domino Crabbehof (= Van Oldenbarneveltplein)

I ordered pizza here last night. The staff was very friendly and helped me quickly. They clearly indicated how long it would take and delivered it promptly. The pizzas were delicious. Definitely recommended.

I have been coming to the Slangenbrug and Crabbehof locations in Dordrecht for over two years and have decided never to order or pick up from here again! When I recently went to pick up something at the Alblasserdam location, I discovered that the employees could indeed be customer-oriented, this is a completely different world in Dordrecht! At Slangenbrug and Crabbehof the pizzas don't exactly blow your mind, but the employees are very good at throwing around terms such as; fucker, bro, f*ck, etc., at each other!!! Even the (various) managers can do something about it and just participate!!! Yes, in front of the customers! In addition, they are not really hygienic, once an employee dropped a baking tray on the floor and simply used it again for the pizza he made on it and then another pizza-from-the-oven packer who was happily wiping his fingers was licking it and then put my pizza in a box! And if you go to the Domino's website with your complaint, you can leave a review (complaint) of about two lines (or write a paper letter to them) so sort it out with your store, I'll go to New York!! !

Order a bbg chicken sandwich and receive a wet order, sandwiches were almost empty and it was not bbg chicken. You call them for that, they don't take you seriously, but they were going to send a second order, but it never came at all.

I put together a pizza myself, including extra cheese, and then there wasn't a single shred of cheese on my pizza??? Very strange

I ordered: Pizza with cheesy crust, creme fraiche, grilled chicken, bacon, mozzarella, soft cheese (9/10) very tasty, unfortunately there was little chicken and bacon on it. Chicken strippers (7/10) tasty but little taste, just a breaded chicken fillet. Pepperoni cheese bites (7/10) tasty but not worth repeating for me. Crispy oven fries (10/10) I really like these and they were really crispy too, I'm not used to oven fries. Lava cake (10/10) was the last thing I ate and it was still warm☺️ Food was ready within fifteen minutes. Friendly girl behind the counter

Dordrecht Snakeburg had to wait an hour and a half after calling for an hour it came out of the oven then had to wait another half hour for cold fries and cold chicken I live near the Blauwweg which is only a 2 minute bike ride

Kid's Playground; a bunch of teenagers who run a pizzeria. Complete chaos and a manager who shouts above everything. I ordered a shawarma pizza; the base was topped with a layer of tomato sauce. On top of that the shawarma, which I think was canned cat food. Not to be missed! Immediately explains why the pizza was ready within 3 minutes.

Ik heb een pizza gekocht. Het was heerlijk. En de medewerker was erg behulpzaam.

Erg duur, schrok bij het afrekenen dat 2 vegetarische pizza's €25 moesten kosten zelf afgehaald.

Word hier altijd netjes geholpen. Bestelling gaat niet altijd goed qua ingrediënten, en ook word er wel eens wat koud gebracht. Word altijd wel netjes gecompenseerd. Harde werkers & prima pizzas.

Snelle bezorging, jammer dat er zo verschrikkelijk veel vet uit de pizza druipt.

Leuke winkel. Over het algemeen hele goede pizza’s en snelle levering. Laatste tijd af en toe wat drukkere dagen, maar dit heeft in mijn opinie geen effect gehad op de kwaliteit van de pizza’s!! Blijf zo doorgaan, mij houden jullie in iedergeval als een super tevreden klant😇

8 garlic twisters met zoveel verschil in grootte, zo kan ik het ook. Ook waren de pizza en twisters flauw. Al aangegeven in de app maar geen gehoor. Wel een snelle bezorging.

Mijn ervaring met deze vestiging is dat de pizza's een stuk smakelijker zijn dan die van vestiging Crabbehof. Ga zo door

Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten. Ze hebben een enthousiaste en ambitieuze shiftrunner! Eten is vrijwel altijd optijd en ze verknoeien nooit de bestelling. In 1 woord: Top!

Vandaag 3 pizza's gehaald van de stuntweek. Het was erg druk voor de werknemers. Nu vind ik wel ondanks de drukte en actie. Je nog steeds goede pizza's moet uitgeven. Mijn pizza was nog kwa deeg niet gaar, waterig en helaas de champignons nog aardig rauw

Om 19.00 uur besteld, en om 19.15 zaten we te eten, toppie!

Alleen de bezorgers fietsen rond op plaatsen waar het gewoon niet kan enz.. maar tot nu wel heerlijk gegeten daar alleen extra ingrediënten bestel ik niet meer bij aangezien je hard moet zoeken waar ze die verstopt hebben en proef ze ook niet dus vraag me af of deze er wel op worden gedaan!

Heerlijke goed belegde pizza's. Voortaan bestel ik altijd via Dordrecht, Slangenburg
