There is too little in the order and it is not prepared properly, I really think this is unacceptable, because it is not the first time but now it really is the last time, scandalous

This place seems more like a social workplace for the local youth than a pizza place. Every time I come here there is some grumpy, nonchalant fake gangster behind the counter. When you come to pick up, they always let you stand for 10 minutes before they decide to help you, while your order is ready. Eventually some kid with a long face comes and looks at you as if it is your fault that he has to work today. Not that he even says "hello" or "how can I help you sir", that is too much to ask. You just have to say what you are picking up and then they put it in your hands. The whole place is full of nonchalant scooter kids. Very unpleasant and unprofessional atmosphere. Really a worthless place. I really don't expect a five star restaurant Dominos, I only come to pick up a pizza. But when you have to deal with some grumpy guy over and over again, you're done with it at some point. I'll just order from New York Pizza from now on.

They make you wait 10 minutes here without taking your order. Kind of a strange shop. I'll get my pizza somewhere else.

Order was taken by a tinted boy, I heard from other people that his name is Naito, he dropped my pizza on the floor, I don't think that's a problem, I'll just make a new one, but he gave me a sandwich with ketchup, mustard and garlic, I didn't eat it because I naturally find that antisocial and one more thing, he smelled really bad from his mouth.

I ordered around 5 and didn't say delivery until 9, my shift leader said we're having a break at 8:30 am, I called around 7:40 and the man said there were 15 orders with few employees. He just takes care of it 😭😭😭 manna came by car.

Much better pizzas than in Sterburg! I always prefer to drive to Domino's Crabbehof myself rather than have it delivered by Domino's Sterburg. Well invested, they don't often forget anything and if they forget something, it is neatly resolved. In Sterburg the pizzas are often cold, things often go wrong with how they top the pizzas (often forgetting toppings).

I placed an order at Domino's and paid in cash. However, the delivery person did not have enough change with him. I was supposed to get €20 back but he only had €10 with him. He indicated that he would get more change. Normally I don't make a big deal about a small amount like €1 or €2 but when he came back he only brought €5. So I was still missing €5. I then called Domino's and indicated that I still need to receive €5. The employee indicated that he knew which delivery person it was and promised to return it with the missing amount. Unfortunately, the delivery person never returned and nothing further was done with it. I think this is really theft. I'm definitely not the most difficult, but you never know what is in someone's wallet or what situation someone is in who might desperately need that €5! This is the last time for me

Abnormally few toppings on pizzas, e.g. spicy chicken meatlover. Even if you pay extra for this. They are doing well in Papendrecht

The staff is usually standing over the customers' food eating and looking at you as if you are old skin, this is disgusting

Here i was be last time. I made order for a food, wait 30 minutes and the staff behind the cash was not able to place the order in the time until which they still had, with a reminder that it would be ready within anither 15 minutes. Disgusting. I do not recommend and will not come again.

Placed an order last night. They forgot to deliver the thick shake. After our insistence, after-sales were still made. Then without whipped cream, which was paid extra for. We also got poffertjes instead of lava cake. Nothing was reported to us about this. When we called about this ourselves, they said that this had been the case all day and they thought it would be a shame if the poffertjes were left behind, so they gave them away.... Strange way of dealing. Then set the product to home delivery or inform the customer and discuss a solution. In the end we were left with food that was not ordered/desired and missing items that had been paid for. Pity.

We really like Domino's, but since we moved here, this restaurant has been performing very poorly. After the third late delivery, longer than 1 hour, we will never order from Domino's again. They said on the phone that it was very busy, but I don't think that's an excuse. They should work harder to serve their customers. After 10 years we will never order again, NEVER AGAIN!

Deze domino's pizzeria Dordrecht op crabbehof zijn super aardig als er iets fout is gegaan via thuis bezorg. Nl zijn ze toch heel vriendelijk en komen ze het toch brengen terwijl ze geen bericht hadden binnen gekregen van thuis bezorg. Nl was wat fout gegaan bij thuisbezorgd. Nl en de leding gevening zij wat had u besteld dat heb ik hem doorgeven en na 10 min zelf korte nog kwamen ze toch mijn eten brengen ben zo blij met deze winkel do.mminos pizzeria uit crabbehof ze verdienen echt veel steren en al het eten smaakt heerlijk vriendelijk groeten van een klant

In de laatste periode is deze Domino’s achteruit gegaan, pizza’s proeven meer naar deeg en je proeft niet de shoarma of knoflook saus omdat alle vlees en saus op de punt zit. De volgende keer haal ik bij New York…

Gisteren pizza's besteld via de website. Zou een margherita pizza krijgen zonder pizza kruiden (kleine vind dat niet zo lekker). Kreeg in 1e instantie de margherita met de kruiden. Heb direct gebeld en zonder problemen kwam de nieuwe pizza binnen een korte tijd geleverd. Was opnieuw lekker vers en dit keer zonder de kruiden. Goede service!

Altijd lekkere en verse pizzas. Op vrijdagen en zaterdagen altijd wel vrij druk en soms een wat latere bezorging. Maar aangezien ik redelijk dichtbij woon zijn ze altijd nog warm.

Vroeger hier vaak lekker gegeten, maar nu mag het plots om onbekende redenen niet meer, terwijl de horeca al weer open is. Alle stoelen stonden op de tafels toen ik binnen kwam. Op mijn vraag of ik er mag eten was het antwoord van mevrouw: "ik weet het niet, ik denk het niet". Op mijn vraag "waarom niet, de horeca is toch weer open?" kwam het antwoord: "ik weet niet wat de regels zijn van deze Domino's, ik ben normaal op een andere vestiging". Personeel wat op zo'n simpele vraag een "weet ik niet" geeft verdient verder ook geen schoonheidsprijs.

Het eten is goed de bezorging duurt erg lang en als je bel word er niet bepaald klantvriendelijk gereageerd erg jammer

Elke keer brengen ze een pizza zonder 1-3 ingrediënten. Elke keer dien ik een klacht daarover. Elke keer krijg ik daarom tweede pizza gratis bij volgende bestelling. Ik geef ze nog een kans, bestel, en weer komt het zonder 1-3 ingrediënten. The cycle repeats itself. Na vandaag meld ik mij de laatste keer, weer pizza zonder ingrediënten, dus ik stop om jullie klant te zijn. Ik hoef dus geen gratis pizza's meer aan de hand van deze review. You lost me forever.

Nice food, fast service. However, they really have to learn how to cut pizza's right; even in the quiet hour that I visited, they failed to cut the slices evenly. Atmosphere needs something.

Personeel niet vriendelijk, schreeuwen en roepen door de winkel waar klanten bij staan, totaal geen leiding en te jong personeel. Pizza's aan de matige kant niet bijzonder. Vraag me af of Domino's zijn keten weleens controleert.

Toen ik er heen ging met mijn maat werd ik eerst niet geholpen ookal stond er iemand bij de kassa Toen diegene me eenmaal wilde helpen zat ze aan de telefoon Toen de pizza gemaakt werd door de manager heeft hij hem belabberd gemaakt en was het amper te eten. Daarna kwamen er 2 aardige medewerkers naar ons toe met excuus en hebben ons een extra pizza gegeven als excuus. Ik snap niet waarom deze manager zijn werk niet gewoon doet en waarom de werknemers zelf op moeten staan voor fouten van de manager
