They cheated and lied to us, but I saw that the 10 euros were immediately refunded. We ended up paying 24 euros for something that costs 22 euros on their website. One star is too much for them. There are no prices listed on the menu at the reception, but the sign above the reception desk showed a box with pizza, fries, and chicken for almost 7 euros. We ordered two of these boxes, but they ended up charging us for the fries and chicken separately. In the end, the first box contained, besides a very greasy, tasteless pizza, only 3 pieces of chicken, and the second box contained slightly overcooked fries, smaller than a child's portion at McDonald's. I will never order anything from them again.

There is no atmosphere...this time the staff is a bit friendlier and the pizzas are great 👍...point of attention...indicate when the pizzas are ready...sometimes it is on the board but you really have to ask for it explicitly...they just put it on the rack and continue...too bad

This dominos should be closed! After 3 hours of waiting the driver arrived with half of my order telling me they will refund my money back and I never received nothing back from them for weeks now. Scammers Scammers Scammers!!!! Recommended to avoid this pizzaria!!!

Firstly it didn't arrive until after 2 and a half hours and secondly there was way too much seasoning on the pizza there were actually blocks of seasoning on the pizza.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 7 p.m. They said it would be delivered between 7:31 and 7:51 p.m. And yes, you guessed it, at 8:30 p.m., it still hadn't been delivered. This is no way to keep customers, and this is the last time I'll order anything from them.

For the second time, my order simply wasn't delivered. The branch is impossible to reach; I immediately get a busy signal, meaning the phone is turned off even though the branch should still be open. Last time, it was exactly the same story. The next day, I received a call from a young man apologizing because his colleagues couldn't get everything sorted on Sunday evening, meaning so many people hadn't received their orders. This can't be right, can it? Don't order from here, so don't order on Sunday evening, because there's a good chance you won't get anything.

What a disgrace this store is! I ordered pizzas at 5:00 PM, and by 8:00 PM I still hadn't received anything! They don't answer the phone, and I can't reach this company in any way!

This branch is such a nightmare. They're always calling to say they don't have something you can order, or orders arrive far too late. Anyway, today's order: ordered food for delivery at 6:00 PM. Still nothing received by 8:00 PM (this branch closes on Sundays). I've tried calling multiple times since 7:00 PM, but no one answers. I even went to the trouble of getting in the car and driving there, only seeing one employee and a whole bunch of angry customers through the window. I didn't even bother going inside. I went somewhere else to get food. I'll never order from here again!

The receipt said the order was placed at 6:43 PM. I called at 8:00 PM to ask if the delivery driver was on his way yet. I got a friendly English-speaking woman on the line who explained that it was very busy. It's Carnival Monday, thank goodness, but my order was just going in the oven! Oh well, it won't be long now! I called again at 9:20 PM. By then I had a splitting headache from hunger. Now I had a Dutch-speaking pizza maker. Yes, sir, very busy, and unfortunately, only one delivery driver was on his way! I told him to suspend online ordering. He had to call the manager for that, but he didn't answer his phone. I asked if my order of €38.22 would arrive today. Around 9:35 PM, I received a call from Domino's saying that the bottle of Coke I ordered was no longer in stock and if I would like a bottle of Fanta. Around 9:45 PM, the delivery driver was at the door with the pizza and the popcorn chicken, but unfortunately, no Fanta. He could have offered me a can of Coke or come back to bring me the bottle of Fanta! At 10:45 PM, I finally got the bottle of Fanta. I thought it was a rather disappointing performance from Domino's! October 25, 2025 Yet another poor performance from Domino's Heerlerheide! Placed my order around 6:30 PM. Tried to call at 8:30 PM, but I kept getting the same tone. At 9:00 PM, I decided to drive over. After first calling Domino's Brunssum to ask if they had heard anything, if Heerlerheide was on fire, or if they had been robbed. Domino's Heerlerheide was in chaos! One person was leisurely baking a pizza. When I asked why I couldn't call them, I was told, "Yes, the doorbell was broken, the boss will be there soon!" I then asked if I could just take my order with me, but NO, that's not possible! After 5 minutes, another young man came over and immediately told me I would get my money back! In 3 days... Well, that was it!! Well, this was definitely the last time I'll order from Domino's Heerlerheide...! They don't even have the decency to call paying customers back with an explanation as to why the order couldn't be delivered! As far as I'm concerned, the Heerlerheide branch should be closed!! "Bad performance" is putting it mildly!

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering two pizzas at 8:15 PM... They arrived at 9:35 PM. Cold and inedible, and yet I paid €25. It's a disgrace, we won't be ordering again!

I ordered a pizza and it still hasn't arrived after 1.5 hours. The tracker is stuck, the phone is unreachable, and the website crashes. Just over 2 hours before closing time, I get a message that the oven is broken.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered two pizzas and a coke, but the order arrived without the coke. I called the first time, and a clerk said they would send it right away. I waited about 10 minutes, but no one showed up. I called again; a man answered and said the delivery driver was on his way to bring the coke. The price-quality ratio of pizzas continues to decline. I understand that the staff tries their best to make the food, but if you order extra cheese for your pizza, you get a pizza with barely any cheese on it. The pizzas are also very hard to eat. Not crispy and not even soft, just hard, almost like a rock. No more Domino's. For such expensive prices, I expect much better pizzas. Ordered from Domino's Heerlerheide again after a very long time. A 4-cheese pizza and also paid for double mozzarella, but it really wasn't worth the price. It was also delivered late and cold with barely any cheese. I called to tell them that there was very little cheese on it, but they simply said that's just how it is and there's nothing they can do about it. For 20 euros, you get a pizza with barely any cheese on it. As seen in the photo. If you get a 4-cheese pizza with double mozzarella for 20 euros, you really don't want to eat pizza anymore. Unfortunately, I no longer order from this branch.

3rd time in the row our order is wrong. 1st time we had some extras on the pizzas, those were missed, so we were like ok whatever. Second time the same. Wrote feedback, got nothing. 3rd time was the most upsetting. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 drinks and a side. Received 2 pizzas, but one of them completely different pizza. No drinks at all.

This afternoon I picked up three pizzas from Domino's Pizza Heerlen in Heerlerheide for 51 euros. You'd expect something from that, right? Unfortunately, I couldn't help but conclude that I'd never eaten such a bad pizza: a much-too-thick layer of dough with a few ingredients on top. Moreover, it was tasteless. I've ordered pizzas from another Domino's location before, and they were of excellent quality. I believe mistakes can always be made—and should be corrected—so I immediately contacted Domino's. Unfortunately, my complaint was completely ignored and I was brushed off with a meaningless story. I then checked other reviews, and it didn't take me long to find similar complaints. Tip: resolve issues with dissatisfied customers effectively, learn from them, implement quality control, and train staff properly. This way, you'll get and keep satisfied customers who return. That seems like a sound long-term approach to business management. (And no, I hardly ever write bad reviews, this is the second one in my life)

Ordered, and an hour after it was supposed to be delivered, I called the store. The employee said the order had been accepted and nothing further was done. Order canceled. I will NEVER order from here again! This isn't the first time, but it will be the last! If I could give less than one star, I would.

Super tasty but we have a big problem since a few weeks ago! We can't get our pizzas delivered anymore! Last time we called them 6 times with a lot of nagging that it would arrive soon .. once 4 hours later in the evening we went there! It should have been delivered long ago !! Super good pizzas! At other pizza parlors the pizza is often soaked in greasy butter or oil. At domino's Heerlerheide this is not the case at all! Delicious fresh products are used.. I ordered the pizza hot & spicy 🔥🥵.. definitely recommended!

Don't understand the 1 star reviews, just ordered for the first time, it was delivered within 15 minutes, chocolate pizza was not available and was communicated neatly by phone call. Pizzas are well topped, the dough is nice and airy and perfectly baked. Definitely worth repeating Now let's start on the dessert 🤪

We ordered a combination box of pizza and thick shake. The combo box looked terrible. You don't want to give that to your dog yet. Just spread the pesto on top. 2 chickens and 3 fries. Ordered on February 28. After more than 2 hours and multiple phone calls where I was assured that the food was on its way, it turned out that something had gone wrong. Then they would make it again, it still doesn't come. So I call again, someone who just finished primary school with salam halaikum answers, and then I hear multiple people laughing, very professional. Staff does not do their job and customers have to solve the problems themselves 3/4 of the order is wrong when you get home (collection) then you call and they say come back no no you make the mistake you solve it not the customer.. staff who work there do not know what doing business is and cannot solve problems are too lazy to solve it and drive 3 streets for the customer.. it has already gone wrong the last 3 times and now we are done with it we will not order anything anymore.. so as the owner or Boss, if you read this, you know where to find me to solve it

I bought a milkshake a few days ago and because their machine wasn't working I never got it. The person at my door said I would get my money back, but after 1 week I received nothing. I called them to ask what the intention was and the person on the phone spoke very unprofessionally. He didn't tell me anything afterwards and just left me on the line for 15 minutes, I had to call back to finally sort it out.

Not worth it...more dough than toppings. Very disappointed in the quality of the pizzas. Hardly any tomato sauce to be seen... some melted cheese on a piece of dough. €30 for 2 large salami pizzas...and urgh nope, not worth repeating. Note to management -> If your staff does not feel like putting a little effort into making the food, which the customer pays quite a lot for, then it is time to apply stricter criteria when hiring your staff. Or carry out quality checks from time to time. In this way it is actually a form of scam/rip off.

Ordered pizza on January 1 at 6:00 PM, nothing arrived at 9:00 PM. Then I called the branches and it turned out that they had sick people. Nice and all, but then the order would have been cancelled. What a ball tent that is literally run by children! This shop is run by children. Ordered several times and gave it a try and had to wait more than 2 hours for food each time. After waiting, I went to take a look and was then told that the pizzas still needed to be made. Everyone is just doing something. No work clothes are worn and hygiene is hard to find. Domino's Netherlands should close this tent or monitor it more strictly. Scandalous.

This is the second time we ordered online, and they just didn't bother to do anything with it. We phoned and someone said it was next in the queue to be processed. In the end, the wife drove there (kills the point of a takeaway) and the man who lied hid in the back, and she also heard if people were upset, cancel their order. There were also other people that had ordered online that had to go in to demand their pizza. An absolute abomination of Domino's, and I couldn't recommend them less.some credit to the Scottish girl as she actually tried to sort stuff out.

We ordered at 6:20 PM. Get a time slot from 6:31 PM to 7:51 PM (understandable on Sundays). Then at 7.33 pm we receive a phone call that the shakes cannot be made and that we can choose a chocolate or strawberry shake. The time period will then be adjusted to 20.02-20.17. But this period also expires and still no pizza. When I look, they have adjusted it again to 8:24-8:34 PM where it is finally delivered around 8:30 PM, too sad for words that it takes 2 hours for 3 pizzas and 2 Shakes. Pretty tasty pizzas, not too expensive and ready quickly. Recently ordered via their own website and delivered today at home. Always runs smoothly and you can pick up the pizzas very quickly. They are also already cut when you get home.

Cold and chewy pizza. 4 times in a row. No manager present, just a few teenagers who don't really know what they are doing. Are not aware of their own actions, deliver to an address 12 minutes away from them, takes 25 minutes, and then they just arrive in the car ..... pizza so cold last time, gave it back, I was supposed to get a new one for free, now 2 days later, haven't seen a pizza yet. It's strange that the Brunssum branch can do it all...... I would absolutely not order from here, but make the effort to go to another branch, there are plenty in the vicinity. Bad. Bad, and even worse. And this comes from someone who works for dominos himself... If you order here, you will get old, tough and cold pizza. This pizza was probably made in the afternoon. It stays out of the refrigerator all day and only goes into the oven in the evening. Easy for the staff, bad for the guests.

Ordered pizza Funghi. With extra toppings such as cheese and salami. Pizza was more tomato paste than toppings, extra cheese I think had disappeared with the delivery as it was nowhere to be seen. Dough limp, Pizza nasty and cold. At least for me this was the last time I ordered here.

Bij afhalen zagen we hoe goed (deze) domino's zich houdt aan de hygiëne regels! Alles wordt schoon en met gerei gedaan, Chapeau! Verder ook vriendelijk personeel!

We hadden 10 pizza's gekocht. 15min wachttijd wat opzich niet veel was. Ze waren vergeten de actie in de kassa aan te duiden. Dus wij teveel betaald, ze hadden het onmiddellijk in orde gebracht. Toen we in de auto zaten was er iets mis met de pizza's, we hadden 1verkeerde mee en 1 zonder saus. Ok ze hebben die zonder saus ook hier weer in orde gebracht en die andere hebben ze thuis bezorgd. Anders waren de andere al koud. Ze hebben echt hun best gedaan om het op te lossen.

People are very friendly and the service is fairly quick. I would suggest not to buy the saute chicken pizza. It's nothing like saute chicken, as the pizza had no flavor. However, the rest of their pizzas are wonderful.

Mijn moeder liep langs met een plastic zak met daarin een taart. Voor de pizzaria brak deze en de taart viel op de grond. Gelukkig heel. Een medewerker met een bakfiets schoot haar gelijk te hulp en bood aan de taart naar haar thuis te brengen. Mijn moeder 77j was enorm geholpen. Dankjewel, top Service.

Pizza are good but the fries are a scam. 3.99 for a baby handful of fries.

Pizzas waren ok. Niet slecht, maar ook niet de beste. Bijgerechten waren matig. Sausje vergeten erbij te doen, ondanks dat de persoon aan de counter de bon controleerde bij afhalen.

Also um es kurz zu machen viel zu teuer Eine Pizza Margherita Classic - also eine kleine(!!!) kostet 7,49€. Den Preis halte ich für absolut daneben. Vom Geschmack her ok, aber absolut nichts besonderes - schmeckt mir persönlich in jeder Pizzeria besser.
