Bad service. I will never order there again

17.30 order placed (delivery) 19.45 drove to the pick-up discount myself. Still had to go in the oven... I want my money back

After waiting 2 hours after ordering, I called to ask where the pizzas were. Unfortunately, I got the sad news that the pizzas would only arrive in 2 hours because they were too "busy". I find it very absurd to wait almost 4 hours for a pizza. Refund for the order will only be returned after 8 working days. Too bizarre for words. No compensation or compensation either... worthless company. I will never order anything from here again

Super tasty but we have a big problem since a few weeks ago! We can't get our pizzas delivered anymore! Last time we called them 6 times with a lot of nagging that it would arrive soon .. once 4 hours later in the evening we went there! It should have been delivered long ago !! How is that possible if you were on the phone with them 5 minutes ago and get 10 excuses it will arrive soon?? It is now with the delivery person?? Then half of the money was refunded with our order again... okay fine . ordered today.. where is it?? 3 guesses! They say the same thing again... ordered again and this time finally arrived but with this.. we will NEVER order here AGAIN with kind regards 😉

Price-quality ratio of pizzas continues to decline. I understand that the employees do their best to make the food, but if you order extra cheese for your pizza, you get a pizza with hardly any cheese on it. The pizzas are also very hard to eat. Not crispy and not even soft but just hard almost like a rock. No more dominoes. For such expensive prices I expect much better made pizzas.

Atmosphere one star less depends on how the place is decorated. Staff friendly, food tasty and ready on time

Super good pizzas! At other pizza parlors the pizza is often soaked in greasy butter or oil. At domino's Heerlerheide this is not the case at all! Delicious fresh products are used.. I ordered the pizza hot & spicy 🔥🥵.. definitely recommended!

Don't understand the 1 star reviews, just ordered for the first time, it was delivered within 15 minutes, chocolate pizza was not available and was communicated neatly by phone call. Pizzas are well topped, the dough is nice and airy and perfectly baked. Definitely worth repeating Now let's start on the dessert 🤪

We ordered a combination box of pizza and thick shake. The combo box looked terrible. You don't want to give that to your dog yet. Just spread the pesto on top. 2 chickens and 3 fries. The staff doesn't feel like working. The first thing they asked was whether we had paid for it🙈my advice don't order food here, it's a waste of your money😡

Ordered on February 28. After more than 2 hours and multiple phone calls where I was assured that the food was on its way, it turned out that something had gone wrong. Then they would make it again, it still doesn't come. So I call again, someone who just finished primary school with salam halaikum answers, and then I hear multiple people laughing, very professional. Finally the manager decides to cancel the order, after I have been waiting for my food for more than 2 hours. I indicate that I do not agree with this, and his response was: "well" Never experienced such a lousy service. I would get my money back within 5-7 working days. Well.. it's now 7 working days later and I still haven't got my money back. This place is run by 13-16 year olds who don't care about the quality of the food or the service. *update: almost a month later and still haven't got my money back*

I waited an hour for my food and then no longer received an update on the order. Then called to which I received an answer that they had tried to call me? They didn't do this! Then we were told that our food will no longer be delivered and that we will get the money back within 5 to 7 days. I don't think this is a way to treat customers! A REAL call would have been nice... Meanwhile, 8 days ago, still no money received and certainly no discount coupon... It's been almost 4/5 weeks now and still no refund... I've called 4 times in the meantime. The money would be on its way... This business cannot be trusted!

Staff does not do their job and customers have to solve the problems themselves 3/4 of the order is wrong when you get home (collection) then you call and they say come back no no you make the mistake you solve it not the customer.. staff who work there do not know what doing business is and cannot solve problems are too lazy to solve it and drive 3 streets for the customer.. it has already gone wrong the last 3 times and now we are done with it we will not order anything anymore.. so as the owner or Boss, if you read this, you know where to find me to solve it

The receipt said order was placed at 6:43 PM. Called at 8:00 PM to see if the delivery person was already on his way? Received a nice English-speaking lady on the phone who explained that it was very busy, Carnival Monday, yes, thank you for the cuckoo, but my order was just going into the oven! Well, now it won't be long! Called again at 9:20 PM, now had a cross-eyed headache from hunger, now a Dutch-speaking pizza baker, yes sir, very busy and unfortunately only one delivery person on the way! I told him to stop ordering online, he had to call the manager and he didn't answer his phone. Asked if my order of €38.22 would arrive today? At around 9:35 PM I received a call from Domino's that the bottle of Coke I ordered was no longer in stock and whether I wanted a bottle of Fanta. Around 9:45 PM the delivery person was at the door with the pizza and the popcorn chicken, but unfortunately without Fanta. He could offer me a can of Coke or come back and bring me the bottle of Fanta! At 10:45 PM I still received the bottle of Fanta. I thought it was quite a disappointing performance from Domino's!

Not worth it...more dough than toppings. Very disappointed in the quality of the pizzas. Hardly any tomato sauce to be seen... some melted cheese on a piece of dough. €30 for 2 large salami pizzas...and urgh nope, not worth repeating. Note to management -> If your staff does not feel like putting a little effort into making the food, which the customer pays quite a lot for, then it is time to apply stricter criteria when hiring your staff. Or carry out quality checks from time to time. In this way it is actually a form of scam/rip off.

I bought a milkshake a few days ago and because their machine wasn't working I never got it. The person at my door said I would get my money back, but after 1 week I received nothing. I called them to ask what the intention was and the person on the phone spoke very unprofessionally. He didn't tell me anything afterwards and just left me on the line for 15 minutes, I had to call back to finally sort it out.

WAS a regular customer there, but when you get into a situation......which was resolved with the intervention of the head office...you are then treated like trash, with the pizza delivered cold on purpose and so on......very childish and unprofessional...will never order anything from there again

Ordered at 7:15 PM. I called again at 8:15 PM. There would only be one delivery person available and it could take up to an hour. Still nothing received at 10:30 PM. I thought I'd call again, but I saw that the business was already closed... if you don't have the capacity, cancel the orders and not just when you close... I also had better things to do than wait 3 hours for a pizza that never came. Now I would have to chase my money again and wait a week.

Order placed at 9:42 PM, delivered at half past 11. Then the pizza is soaking wet. The only solution you get is that the money will be refunded for 1 pizza. Because the oven is supposedly already turned off. Do you find yourself sick at 11:00 PM, wondering where you can get something to eat?

I ordered my food at 19:29 it should be delivered at max 75min. It's now 21:52, the food did not arrive and it shows as delivered on the app. This is a scam restaurant, only gets your money and don't deliver.

Ordered pizza on January 1 at 6:00 PM, nothing arrived at 9:00 PM. Then I called the branches and it turned out that they had sick people. Nice and all, but then the order would have been cancelled. The next day I called for a refund. “Yes, it is possible within 3-5 days.” Meanwhile, on day 8, I still have nothing...

What a ball tent that is literally run by children! This afternoon at 3 o'clock you ordered a pizza before 8 o'clock in the evening, you see in the email that they will arrive later.. you call: will you get some grumpy child? This shop is run by children. Ordered several times and gave it a try and had to wait more than 2 hours for food each time. After waiting, I went to take a look and was then told that the pizzas still needed to be made. Everyone is just doing something. No work clothes are worn and hygiene is hard to find. Domino's Netherlands should close this tent or monitor it more strictly. Scandalous.

Nothing delivered after 3 hours

This is the second time we ordered online, and they just didn't bother to do anything with it. We phoned and someone said it was next in the queue to be processed. In the end, the wife drove there (kills the point of a takeaway) and the man who lied hid in the back, and she also heard if people were upset, cancel their order. There were also other people that had ordered online that had to go in to demand their pizza. An absolute abomination of Domino's, and I couldn't recommend them less.some credit to the Scottish girl as she actually tried to sort stuff out.

Delivery was quite on time, the delivery person was friendly and nothing to complain about. Pizza was cold in no time... Being able to eat more than half a pizza cold... try to call and there is no answer. So money wasted

Placed an order for delivery at 5:30 PM. We were given a delivery time slot between 7:40/7:00 PM. In the meantime it is 7:15 PM and I think I will call them to see what the status of my order is. “yes, sorry madam, the order has not been made yet, it is so busy and we are just going through the list” so I ask how long will it take? Yes, max 30 minutes with delivery. Meanwhile, I waited 2.5 hours for 3 pizzas! Phew

I had to wait more than 2 hours longer for my order. That's just not normal! Never ordering there again!!!!

We ordered at 6:20 PM. Get a time slot from 6:31 PM to 7:51 PM (understandable on Sundays). Then at 7.33 pm we receive a phone call that the shakes cannot be made and that we can choose a chocolate or strawberry shake. The time period will then be adjusted to 20.02-20.17. But this period also expires and still no pizza. When I look, they have adjusted it again to 8:24-8:34 PM where it is finally delivered around 8:30 PM, too sad for words that it takes 2 hours for 3 pizzas and 2 Shakes. And not a word about a long wait is spoken on the phone. Absolutely scandalous. We were supposed to get the money back for the Shakes, but we didn't get that either

Pretty tasty pizzas, not too expensive and ready quickly. Recently ordered via their own website and delivered today at home. Always runs smoothly and you can pick up the pizzas very quickly. They are also already cut when you get home.

Cold and chewy pizza. 4 times in a row. No manager present, just a few teenagers who don't really know what they are doing. Are not aware of their own actions, deliver to an address 12 minutes away from them, takes 25 minutes, and then they just arrive in the car ..... pizza so cold last time, gave it back, I was supposed to get a new one for free, now 2 days later, haven't seen a pizza yet. It's strange that the Brunssum branch can do it all...... I would absolutely not order from here, but make the effort to go to another branch, there are plenty in the vicinity. Bad. Bad, and even worse. And this comes from someone who works for dominos himself... If you order here, you will get old, tough and cold pizza. This pizza was probably made in the afternoon. It stays out of the refrigerator all day and only goes into the oven in the evening. Easy for the staff, bad for the guests.

Ordered pizza Funghi. With extra toppings such as cheese and salami. Pizza was more tomato paste than toppings, extra cheese I think had disappeared with the delivery as it was nowhere to be seen. Dough limp, Pizza nasty and cold. At least for me this was the last time I ordered here.

Bij afhalen zagen we hoe goed (deze) domino's zich houdt aan de hygiëne regels! Alles wordt schoon en met gerei gedaan, Chapeau! Verder ook vriendelijk personeel!

We hadden 10 pizza's gekocht. 15min wachttijd wat opzich niet veel was. Ze waren vergeten de actie in de kassa aan te duiden. Dus wij teveel betaald, ze hadden het onmiddellijk in orde gebracht. Toen we in de auto zaten was er iets mis met de pizza's, we hadden 1verkeerde mee en 1 zonder saus. Ok ze hebben die zonder saus ook hier weer in orde gebracht en die andere hebben ze thuis bezorgd. Anders waren de andere al koud. Ze hebben echt hun best gedaan om het op te lossen.

People are very friendly and the service is fairly quick. I would suggest not to buy the saute chicken pizza. It's nothing like saute chicken, as the pizza had no flavor. However, the rest of their pizzas are wonderful.

Mijn moeder liep langs met een plastic zak met daarin een taart. Voor de pizzaria brak deze en de taart viel op de grond. Gelukkig heel. Een medewerker met een bakfiets schoot haar gelijk te hulp en bood aan de taart naar haar thuis te brengen. Mijn moeder 77j was enorm geholpen. Dankjewel, top Service.

Pizza are good but the fries are a scam. 3.99 for a baby handful of fries.

Pizzas waren ok. Niet slecht, maar ook niet de beste. Bijgerechten waren matig. Sausje vergeten erbij te doen, ondanks dat de persoon aan de counter de bon controleerde bij afhalen.

Vriendelijke jongeman bij de kassa, de rest van het personeel geen verzorgd uiterlijk. Toch een pizza genomen. Eens en nooit weer. De pizza was redelijk tot matig maar het was ronduit smerig waar je moest eten en de keuken. Jammer..

Do get your pizza elsewhere. This was horrible. Fat literally dripped of and the middle was soggy. Bah.

Net personeel, snelle bereiding van de pizza's. Zaak zag er netjes uit. 1e keer bij een domino's en vindt de pizza wel wat klein (10") voor €8.50. Maar goed personeel en zaak moet ook betaald worden.

Also um es kurz zu machen viel zu teuer Eine Pizza Margherita Classic - also eine kleine(!!!) kostet 7,49€. Den Preis halte ich für absolut daneben. Vom Geschmack her ok, aber absolut nichts besonderes - schmeckt mir persönlich in jeder Pizzeria besser.

Nu juist op 1 januari 2018 gezellig pizza's bestellen. Hebben dit online op de site van Domino's Pizza. De bestel site is middels duidelijke stappen goed te doorlopen. Had de Chicken Supreme besteld. En het formaat van Italian = diameter 30 cm. Na de bestelling kun je het hele proces van bereiding, in de oven plaatsen tot het bezorgen , helemaal volgen. Werd op tijd bezorgd. Doos opengemaakt. Zag er perfect uit. Goede toppings op de pizza. Lekkere dunne bodem. Dus zeer zeker geen soppig natte pizza bodem. Gewoon een perfecte smakelijke pizza. Hier gaan we vaker pizza's bestellen.
