Fav pizza place in Leiden, so friendly and so affordable!

I've ordered a Thick Shake a few times now. Nine times out of ten, they say the machine is broken. I understand this machine requires a lot of maintenance, but I think the staff is too lazy to clean it. It would make a huge difference if they at least mentioned on the website that the Thick Shake isn't available. They also didn't call to ask if I wanted something else to drink. Absolutely awful.

Pizzas super tasty Reception/service/customer friendliness far below par! That's a shame. Does keep me from going again or recommending.

I don’t recommend anyone. Discounted price 8,50€ but doesn’t worth it.

The food was okay, not amazing. Something went wrong with our order, but the staff was friendly and they remade it + gave a free drink as compensation. Not all fast food places do this so that's why I am giving this one 5 stars.
