Pizza house in Binnenstad-Zuid

Works together with the shop next door Ordered kapsalon and pasta here at 00:38 at night and was eventually called by a delivery driver, but he was driving in the wrong direction and location. After waiting for 4 hours, I went that way. I saw the delivery driver sitting still at the shop next door because they work together. And I explained the problem and they apologized for the inconvenience, and they had made mistakes. I was allowed to choose 1 drink because I ended up getting it myself. And I didn't get garlic sauce with the kapsalon, which I had chosen. And the chicken pesto pasta had no pesto. We will never order here again. The food was cold and soggy.

I've picked up from here a few times already. Super tasty, quick to prepare, and certainly not too expensive! The bad reviews here are mostly about delivery, so if you're ever in the neighborhood, just get takeout. Highly recommended!

A huge pizza for only 13 euros! Very affordable and delicious!

One star isn't enough, order never arrived. They won't refund. You can't reach them by phone either. In short, scam. Never order from here.

Last time at this restaurant. I ordered a kapsalon and a Turkish pizza with sauce. I also clearly stated that the delivery driver should call me when they arrived. The delivery driver texted me, but I wasn't on my phone. The delivery driver simply left my order at my door. The food was very cold and there was no sauce. The kapsalon was absolutely inedible. The Turkish pizza smelled burnt and was black on the bottom.

I don't normally write one-star reviews, but this one takes the cake. After ordering a pizza and a döner kebab, I had to wait three hours for it to be delivered. When I called them after two hours, I was initially silenced several times. Then they answered and said they hadn't received my order. They then re-entered the order, and an hour later, I received a cold pizza and a soggy döner kebab. Never again.

I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes, the food was cold, and half the order was wrong. When I called, they answered but immediately hung up. Really poor service, especially the delivery.

I never write anything but it was cold, it took almost 3 hours for it to arrive. We ordered Hawaiian pizza and got tuna pizza. We called 100 times and sometimes they answered and when we say hello they hang up. I will never order from here again, it's so bad I got sick and it looks like cardboard.

I never write reviews, but what a terrible place. Waited almost two hours, delivery driver rang the doorbell for 20 seconds after I specifically asked them to call me and not ring the doorbell, and then was incredibly rude. The pizzas were cold and the ice cream had melted...

I ordered Turkish pizzas, and the delivery was an hour late, and they were still cold. The Turkish pizzas weren't filled with enough chicken and there was no garlic sauce. In short, tasteless pizzas and not a great delivery service.

PizzaHuis Leiden was absolutely terrible. The Turkish pizza was cold, soggy, and absolutely inedible. The delivery took forever, the delivery driver was unfriendly, and to make matters worse, they dropped the food and simply put it back in the box. So disgusting and disrespectful that I would love to ban this restaurant from the face of the earth.

Dont get fooled by the bad Reviews, this place is an hidden gem, the food tastes wonderful, especially the calzone. All the bad Reviews are from ordering at home but when youre at the place its one of the best in Leiden, really tasty food and the onwer is also kind

I ate a vegetarian pizza on site. Everything was freshly prepared. Lots of fresh vegetables as toppings. It was very very tasty! And cheap too :) I would love to come back.

Ordered 3 Turkish pizzas, I got one with literally only a pizza! It's bizarre how you don't see that before you send it out the door... the other 2 were also barely filled. You also pay the top prize for it! When I want to call, they are not available. Do not order here!

Waited an hour for fries, mayo and a bottle of rose. Fries were stuffed into a bag. Took 50 minutes. Not reachable. Terrible thing!! Ordered something a few times before and had diarrhea the next day. Bad thing!!

Really excellent kapsalons, highly recommend - can't vouch for anything else on the menu though.

Dirty dry mess, tastes Indonesian

When our order arrived after an hour by the delivery person, we were very happy that delicious food was there until we started eating. The pizza was cold, intensely salty and tasted more Indian than Italian. When we called the business, we were immediately treated unfriendly and after we pointed out that we did not need a refund, we were their best friends again. When I asked if it was a pizza that had been frozen once and then reheated, it turned out to be true.

The pizza’s are perfect at pizza house leiden, but the calzone’s are the best at this pizza House 💯 i had today a calzone royal, with extra peperoni, champignons, and olives ordered, wow the best i ever had in my life, i love it 🥰 thanks pizza house leiden for your good food 🫶🏻

Really good Pizzabakery. Not really expensive. The pizza is completely fresh and such delicious. The price is also okay. The only thing which is sad is the look. It is a bit dirty which isn't creating a perfect atmosphere. But even if it doesnt look as good as it could the Pizza itself is nearly perfect. Defenelty a recommendation

Sehr netter Pizaabäcker. Pizza frisch vor Ort gemacht. Guter Service und es wurden zusätzlich gratis Saucen angeboten. Der äußere Anblick ist ein wenig heruntergekommen aber das täuscht. Wirklich nur weiterzuempfehlen.

1 uur gewacht, uiteindelijk gebeld of het al onderweg was. Na 4x te zijn weggedrukt werd er opgenomen en geirriteerd gezegd dat ze "allang al" onderweg waren. Half uur later was de bezorger er pas terwijl het 10 minuten hier vandaan zit.

Top bezorging!!!! Super trouw aan opmerkingen. Ik geniet optimaal van mijn pizza!
