I didn't get the order. You either gave my order to the wrong person and checked it as "delivered" or didn't even show up at the first place. Nobody called my phone number or apartment number. I spent 25 euro for nothing, and now I'm left with a void on my stomach and my wallet. And i don't think I'll even get a refund. Pure disappointment beyond mischief, i wish you nothing but a countless misery and despair.

Craving delicious, freshly made pizza? Still living under a rock? Then you should try Domino's and order pizza through the app. They make truly delicious American-style pizza, trust me, bro!

Shocking delivery by the courier, he gave me an incomplete delivery claiming the items I ordered had been “stolen”.

I always find the pizzas here more than decent. It's not a top-notch Neapolitan pizza, but where else can you find that in the Netherlands? A delicious veggie pizza with a little ham is all I need. The vegetables, etc., are always fresh and perfectly cooked in the oven, in my opinion. The crust and base are also good, and I always order the after-dinner dip for the crust, which was just a good idea from Domino's. 👌 If I had to mention one thing, it's that they don't deliver here (yet?)... we're only about 9 minutes away, but unfortunately outside the city. The neighboring restaurant where this branch is located, Doozo, does deliver here... maybe they could just send the pizza to the delivery drivers 🙈

It's a shame that you can't pay in cash when picking up

I personally don't like Domino's Pizza 🍕 that much... the restaurant is also located on a very busy road.

Had a very unfriendly guy on the phone, I called because something was wrong with my pizza, and that was actually my own problem, he said. He was rude and very unkind. I wouldn't order from here again for that reason alone. Customer service has not been contacted. Typical

Very nice! Food was hot and barely arrived before it was ready, exactly at the stated time 👌 In my opinion, the pizza was better than expected! This was my first experience with Domino's and you often hear some prejudices. "Not authentic Italian" or "fast food pizza" and more along those lines. There may be some truth to the fact that it is not authentic, but does that immediately mean that there is something wrong with it in terms of taste? Certainly not! To be honest, I found the so-called non-authentic base/crust a lot better than many that I have tried that claim (try to) be authentic. At many (!) pizza places I leave a large part of the crusts because it is really impossible to remove. Afterwards I saw on the website the extra dip sauce that you can order to dip your crust in, great idea and I will definitely order it next time 🤌 In addition to the pizza, I also had poffertjes and popcorn chicken. Unfortunately, they were both a little less to my taste, but certainly not inedible. The popcorn chicken pieces were quite spicy in my opinion, I couldn't find out on the website whether that was the case or not. So unfortunately half a point is deducted there, but in the end it is of course about the pizza and I will definitely come back for that very soon 🤩 The 2nd half point deduction is because you unfortunately do not deliver in Bitgum/Berltsum (yet), but who knows, maybe that will happen. Maybe you can work together with the neighbors there, Doozo, because they already do that area. 👌

Very friendly staff, they were helpful when I ordered something at the counter. The pizzas were ready quickly and were delicious.

Pizzas are fine, people behind the counter are just on their phones. Music style was better this time than last time, it doesn't really seem like the employees are looking forward to it. Just talking about the joint they smoked before/after work is not good

We placed an order for a pizza via the company website, selecting the pickup option. We customized our pizza by omitting certain ingredients, and while this request was noted on the receipt, the pizza was still prepared with the unwanted ingredients. Additionally, upon arrival at the establishment, the staff member simply called out our name and handed us the pizza without verifying the order number, which could pose a security risk. Despite these shortcomings, the pizza itself was of satisfactory taste and quality.

What a crap company! Refuse legal tender! No cash = No Customer

Service was good. I think the pizza is a bit less. But everyone has their own taste. There was almost no atmosphere... it's takeout and delivery. It's nice to get 2, pay for 1.

Tijdje terug een bestelling gedaan bij domino’s. Maar vond de zaak zeer rommelig en niet schoon. Het personeel was erg ongemotiveerd en alleen druk met roddelen tegen elkaar. Vervolgens de bestelling meegenomen maar de pizza was ook niet echt warm

Bestelling gemaakt in de winkel via de paal; nadat de betaling was gedaan was er een probleem met de bestelling. Resultaat; wel betaald, niks gekregen. Personeel ging er vriendelijk mee om maar kon ook niks doen. Aanpassing: Na een dag reactie vanuit dominos en was het geld netjes terug gestort.

7 pizza's en 1 broodje afgehaald. Iedereen vond het wel lekker en wil vaker wat halen bij jullie! Vooral met zo een mooie actie, 1+1 gratis.

De loaded fries is te duur. Je verwacht zoiets als bij de burger king. Maar dat is het lang niet. Zachte patat.

Prima pizza's, vooral leuk als ze kortingen hebben op de pizza's.

Five stars for the crew, not for the quality of the pizza....the taste is like an artificial one. That is true that you won't be able to find a very good pizza....or it will be very hard to find outside Italy. The pizza bread was not as it should be, too soft, not crunchy at the outside, no inner air bubbles....the Mozzarella used was not at all a genuine one, although Margherita should be made with Mozzarella from Buffalo milk...not cow Milk. And no vegetable fat added...I do not know if this was the case here, but it wasn't a genuine one, that is for sure. And no basil leafs... I will try to find some italian pizza restaurant....next time.

Altijd vlot bezorgd, erg smakelijk en hele aardige bezorgers! Ook veel leuke acties! Wij zijn inmiddels ook verslaafd aan de thick-shakes... Die moet je een keer geprobeerd hebben!

Vriendelijk personeel en de tijd dat het klaar zou zijn klopte precies

Spontan direkt vor Ort bestellt, hatte das Gefühl, dass es wohl eher unüblich ist, wird wohl meist telefonisch bestellt, Wartezeit war auch deshalb ca. 20 Minuten. Die mittlere Pizza war eher eine kleine Pizza, da es an diesem Tag darauf ein Rabatt gab, war es für mich okay. Es ist dort keine Barzahlung möglich.

Altijd goeie service, en lekker optijd een pizza die perfect is. Niets te klagen

1,5 uur gewacht op de bezorger. Pizza's waren wel lekker deze keer, vandaar 2 sterren. Heb hier eerder ook wel droge pizza's gekregen maar dan wel snel. Het is eigenlijk nooit goed hier.

Ik had en melt sendwits tonijn wel prima te eten goed warm alleen er mag volgende keer wel extra tonijn op en de ben en Jerry ook lekker en goede personeel alleen wel verkeerd achter gemaak en dus was wat minder en je moet best lang w8 maar ik zou er zo weer heem

luxe opgeruimde Dominos, jammer dat er geen z wachtplekken zijn, behalve de verwarming. :) pizza was top! personeel ook

Goede service en aardige mensen

Er is een gang achter die nutteloos is kos toch alleen maar geld?!

Langs gegaan om afhaalpizza te bestellen. Bestellen ging lastig, maar niet moeilijk gedaan dat hij het met 5ct teveel op de computer aansloeg.. was al 3x mis gegaan. Na 25min buiten wachten maar eens binnen gevraagd wanneer de pizza klaar is. Stond allang klaar. Blijkbaar teveel moeite om ons daar even op te attenderen. Ook geen tasje om de doos gekregen en omdat de pizza zo vet was, droop het uit de doos op mijn broek. Vetvlek er niet meer uit gekregen.... beetje jammer

Moet nog veel leren voor een beginnende dominos maar viel ons niet tegen. Smaak en snelheid van de bestelling is goed. Personeel mag wel wat vriendelijker.

Matige pizza dingen overdatum andere locatie beter

Anderhalf uur vooraf besteld via de app met een specifieke afhaaltijd aangeven. Ruim tijd om dat in te plannen dus. Helaas staan er allemaal kinderen in de keuken en is het een totale chaos. Uiteindelijk heb ik 3 van de 4 pizzas een kwartier later dan de afgesproken tijd ontvangen. De 4e pizza was er niet en heb een andere "betere en grotere" ontvangen. Laatste keer domino's op deze locatie. Echte afrader.

Op zich een goede pizza maar het systeem van Domino's zoals gewend liep vanavond niet. Chaos en langer wachten. En ben net als bij de Mac wel eens verrast over het verschil tussen het plaatje en de werkelijkheid. Op het plaatje ligt er wel kip op de pizza.
