Ordered 4 pizzas tonight but they were not tasty, the ingredients were even cold and worse than frozen, one with chicken looked like tuna, pff not edible

Got the wrong pizza, but within half an hour they delivered a new one, and the delivery guy apologized! What terrible service!!😄

Ordered food, waited 2 hours and still not received it, but they did mention that it was delivered.

Only for collection, otherwise as we are used to from Domino's.

Best pizza in the city. Order ready in 15 min. A lot of discounts. Higly recommend

What incredibly salty pizzas, and take your shawarma pizza......there is barely any shawarma left, think a slice of ham is more meat

This location has good pizzas and various dishes. Delivery and collection. The takeaway area is bare and boring with no seating options. But the food is good and that's what matters.

Like all Domino's, great pizzas and quickly delivered or ready to collect.

Maybe place a bench or chair for those who come to pick up and have to wait a while.

Bought three pizzas and when I got home it turned out that one pizza was not in order. After contacting us by telephone, I received a new one within a short time, plus an extra dessert. Very neatly completed. Taste is always good by fast-food standards and the service is excellent.

After a false start at this restaurant, they have neatly corrected their mistake and I now order there regularly and am very satisfied.

Atmosphere 3 stars because it is only takeaway If you order via the website/by telephone and then when you arrive you order something extra, they no longer understand that the pizzas still have to remain under the warming lamp. This happened twice.

My grandson just treated me to a 4 types of cheese pizza It's better to throw away this ball of dough that doesn't taste like anything and for that money you'd be better off getting 2 bags of cheese sticks from Appie that are crispy and taste like cheese.

This branch knows what service is! Things go wrong at every company, but here they never make a fuss and they solve it quickly (themselves). Ordered pizzá here again last Sunday and shortly after paying I came across the discount code I was looking for. Sent direct email asking if there was anything they could do. During the phone call it was indicated that the code was only valid for collection. Too bad. The next day I saw the discount code again and it turned out that it was also valid for delivery. Just made a phone call and they indicated that it would be resolved. This morning I found some change and a new receipt in my mailbox. Big class and many companies thought the money had arrived; we don't do anything with this anymore. And of course the pizza here is also very tasty ;-)

Pizzas are good, it's a pity that boxes for takeaway or delivery are not warmed up before the pizzas go in.

Good quality for the price. There is enough choices. Pizzas, healthy sandwiches, milkshakes, ice-cream and some chocolate cakes. They have delivery service. Staff is young, friendly and professional. There is a parking lot around the pizzeria. They are open from 16 o'clock.

Opinions always vary about dominoes. My own too. Sometimes you get a burnt sandwich with almost nothing on it. And a pizza with almost no taste. The other time you get a super well-filled hot fresh soft roll and a pizza that you can easily swallow. I find it difficult to really give a rating. Generally. After a bit of trouble you always get a new pizza or sandwich if you can't eat it. I have the idea. That there are chefs or pizza makers who don't know how to do it. And other times there is someone who knows how to do it. I always order from Dominos because it is often just good to eat. And it's nice and easy. And I personally think the pizza is well prepared. Then I like it better than at a real pizzaria. But that's personal. I would like to compliment the person who prepared my pizza and sandwich on 5/23/19 at 7 am. Because they have never been this tasty and filling before. A nice grade of 8 from me. Because they can do it. But it doesn't always work.

Helpful and friendly staff. Large menu with lots of pizzas and sides. The price/quality ratio is a bit out of balance, in my opinion. So it's wise to get their pizza's when there are discounts.

Ordered my pizzas online and it went well. When I went to pick them up they were already ready. Unfortunately the staff was very busy with themselves, because I was ignored for almost 10 minutes. I also noticed that an employee was preparing a pizza - remarkably without gloves - then operated the cash register, answered the phone, took money and went back to preparing pizzas without washing his hands. That doesn't make Rob Geus happy, but neither do I. Bah. I won't be coming back here again

Delicious food delivered quickly

Ordered delivery - tiny pizza, few toppings. Tasted OK, not worth the money, really.

New sandwiches are here...but there is almost nothing on them! What a mockery! Limp lukewarm fries wedges. Otherwise, everything will be cold or the order will be wrong.

Never had such a bad pizza as today. The rim was big, thick, moist, mushy, just nasty, it's in the bin. The inside was paper thin, only the vegetables on top were quite edible. No more Domino's pizza for me for the time being.

Seats for while waiting would be a good addition

Unfortunately, we were called after 1.5 hours (placed at 3:45 PM and selected 4:45 PM as the delivery time and called at 5:15 PM that delivery was not being made due to a traffic jam in the village, apparently there was no way through. The nicest thing of all is that a family member came to eat with us just there came to our house from Papendrecht and there was a 0.0 traffic jam, which got to us earlier than normal. You simply cannot do this to cancel this after 1.5 hours and have a family with children who are looking forward to pizza wait. Unfortunately....one less good customer and now we just hope that we get the money back into the account.

Never received an order right the first time. And you can notice that the staff here does not work properly. I worked at dominoes myself but this one is not good. But in terms of taste, there is not much wrong unless, for example, the sauce runs out and they suddenly put a completely different sauce on your pizza, which means the combination no longer works. Too bad because I otherwise love dominoes.

Bad service.. not customer friendly.. They absolutely don't know what they are doing, the manager can't solve anything, they're not customer friendly, they don't even apologize for their mistake... I waited 3.5 hours for my money...

Good pizza. You can order here and get your pizza, but there is no place to sit. There is a large parc nearby if you want to sit in the grass.

Ordered 2 pizzas online. That works well. But after an hour still no pizza. In the meantime, I called twice, but the delivery person was on his way. When I called the third time, it turned out that the delivery person had delivered it!? Not for me anyway. I could choose between money back or pizza. I chose the latter and after about half an hour and another call the pizzas were finally delivered. I was pleasantly surprised that I immediately received the full amount of the order back. This was neat and can be said despite the lousy delivery.

Ordered a perfect pepperoni pizza today at 7:10 PM. After a long wait I called at 8:30 PM to find out where my order was. I kindly asked where my pizza was. The answer I received was: the fax had run out of paper, apologies, what did you order? I answer and ask how long that will take because I had gotten a bit tired of waiting. He will be with you at 9:00 PM was the answer. I called at 9:15 PM because I still hadn't received anything. I was told the delivery person was on his way. I would like to have a manager on the phone to complain, but he is not present and neither is the boss. The girl who spoke to me on the phone admitted that delivery is always a big problem and that there is no one who can come up with a suitable solution for this. This business is run by 16/17 year olds. I get the pizza for free for the inconvenience. Later I talked to the delivery boy who finally arrived at 9:30 PM and he confirmed that everything was still there and said that he was also poorly paid. All these kids who have to run the business have to solve all the problems because there is no one else to do it. The children do what they can, but of course they cannot change this situation. They cannot be blamed. It is scandalous that they have to run the business. I therefore certainly hope that the boss/manager reads this and changes something about it!!! Finally, at least 1 manager must be present at all times!

After previous bad experiences, Domino's Papendrecht again gave the benefit of the doubt. But this was really the last time I have something delivered. Takeaway is generally fine and the quality of the pizzas is not to blame either. But what a drama to get your pizzas home... Domino's is less than a minute from our house, but because I didn't want to leave the children alone, I opted for delivery. We wanted to eat pizza with the movie. So we ordered a pizza first, then watched the movie and when the movie was almost over, the pizzas finally arrived. 'The delivery person left at 7.25 pm so he can arrive at any time...', I was told the second time I called to ask where the pizzas were. The fact that the tracker indicated that the pizzas were on their way 20 minutes earlier was apparently not correct. It took the delivery person 35 minutes to find our house by bike because they arrived at 8 p.m.! Quite warm, so maybe not leaving at 7.25 pm...?

Had nothing, delivery man drives by 3 times and doesn't even look at the house numbers, completely lost. Ridiculous.

Very bad service. Not a second time.

Waiting time: one hour. If you pick up here you are by definition at the back. They forgot our second pizza. They only found out when the first pizza came out of the oven. There was also no adult anywhere to be seen. To make matters worse, the pizzas turned out wrong. Definitely not worth repeating.
