Filthy in a word, not recommended. The meat stinks and you ask for onions on your sandwiches, no onion, very stingy.

Ordered food 2 weeks ago. Received a call saying the sandwiches were out of stock. Canceled the order. Had to chase after the money ourselves. Ordered again tonight; the food is being delivered. Still no shawarma sandwiches. Called to say the order was incorrect, and they said, "Yes, sorry, the sandwiches are out of stock." I said, "I didn't order this food, I don't want this." I got someone else on the phone asking what I actually wanted and if I wanted to hurry up because other people were calling. In the end, the food was just picked up and I got my money back immediately.

Just ordered a veal doner sandwich, and I received half a bun with something that looks like overcooked steak. Or rather, burnt meat, tough and hard. I paid for this, and you don't even get normal food. It is extremely unusual that they dare to serve this. Fortunately, the delivery person was a friendly young man. No complaints about this.

VERY BAD! Ordered here for the first time. Tried spareribs. I've honestly never had such disgustingly fatty spareribs. So greasy that I literally had two or three small, delicate bites of meat per rib; I think it was 60 to 70% (white) fat per rib. Paying €23 for such fatty spareribs is truly extraordinary. I will never order from here again.

The food isn't worth a star, the service is exactly the same, not one, not two, not three, every time there's something wrong with the food. I just ordered two durums, there's literally and figuratively almost nothing in them, and I had to pay 18 euros. Shameful! I ordered Kapsalon shawarma without cheese, repeated 100 times, and it still came with cheese. Never order from here again. Better to throw your money somewhere else.

Absolutely awful, way too much money for absolutely nothing, dried-out rolls with three blades of grass and a piece of lamb skin. Such a shame.

After ordering from this restaurant several times and being satisfied—you could say I'm a regular customer—they really disappointed me yesterday. I ordered the same thing I always order, including food for my children. This time, everything was covered in sambal, which I hadn't asked for. After calling them to let them know, since my children can't eat it anymore, I'm told, "Madam, we always put sambal on everything!" Next time, you should just tell them you don't want sambal. I then told them, "Gosh, I've ordered before and never had sambal on everything." "No, that's impossible, ma'am!" Okay, fine, but how are people supposed to know you put sambal on everything if it's not mentioned anywhere?! They couldn't answer that question. Finally, they promised me, "Okay, apologies, ma'am, you'll get two new kapsalons." I said, "Okay, fine, that's good, because my children can't eat this anymore; it's too spicy." So, guess what? A false promise, nothing delivered. It's a real shame, because I was very satisfied before, but after this promotion it's over for me and they've lost a regular customer.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They've only just opened here...but I'll definitely be back. The pizzas were perfectly topped and perfectly baked. Especially compared to other restaurants, they're doing a much better job here!

Ordered for the third time. The first time everything went perfectly. The second time, one meal was delivered too few, and the third time, we didn't get what we ordered: no promised sauces and extra ingredients that we had paid for. After complaining, it was supposed to be delivered later. We're completely fed up with it.

Perfect service and really genuinely delicious food!!

Pizzas were too wet and hit the lid during transport and shifted. Bases blackened. The sauce you tick when ordering is also put on your dürum. Not separately in a container. After three quarters of an hour they called that the dough for the pizzas was gone and we had to wait longer. Then it took another half hour before it was delivered. Too bad Melinni is gone.

Tonight I got 2 kapsalons at Deniz place, a chicken doner and a veal doner. The food was very tasty, only next time I would like to be more economical with the salt in the fries, it was really much too salty.

I really don't get the whiners but 1 place that has really good food is just Deniz Place. We are addicted. It's that good! Glad the second location is in papendrecht.

Went here with a friendly neighbor and her 11 year old daughter at the hair salon and it was super delicious! I personally had one with chicken and cheese, there was nothing wrong with it, it was delicious and worth repeating. Friendly staff and everything tasted great.

Friendly service and cheap food at good quality

Not to be missed kapsalon special. Almost no meat, limp lukewarm fries, warm cucumber, overloaded with onion, limp brown lettuce. Thought to get a nice greasy Friday night snack, but that ended rather sadly. Never do this here again. Yuck yuck really disgusting.

Last week's 2 pizza on doner cheese was not melted properly, had a strange taste, was thrown away half way, and now very sick of it.

Just good pizzas and sandwiches for an acceptable price and quick service.

Dirty, filthy and no value for money at all. * Pizzas without sauce, just a thick layer of cheese. Blegh! Grandiosa according to their site with shawarma, was delivered with döner. After calling, they appear to have no shawarma and blame Thuisbezorgd.nl for a printing error. While it is also mentioned on their own site. * Fries brown, hard and chewy. * Kapsalon with a thick, dirty layer of fries, even more cheese, a few very small pieces of meat and without garlic sauce and without sambal. In short, dry, tough and rancid. I threw the entire order in the trash, a waste of my money. It was also delivered lukewarm. They immediately provided a response by telephone, a one-time order. NEVER again!!

never again, I'll make it myself, it's not that exciting, and why. Ordered a kapsalon up to 3 times, with lots of garlic sauce. It is delivered on time and the hair salon is nice and warm. BUT THEN, the garlic sauce, WATER THIN and ICE COLD as soon as you put this on the food your food is also cold straight away, simply NASTY. It looks like the garlic sauce has been frozen. I bought a pizza from here and it came with broken plastic mixed in the topping. I don't even know how that is possible but utterly disgusted. Not even worth 1 star.
