Pizzeria Mimo in Wijk 00 Papendrecht

Your delivery driver, who drove from the swimming pool to Middenpolder around 6:10 PM today, isn't very familiar with the right-of-way rules. He also doesn't respond well to a warning signal and doesn't realize he's in the wrong.

Last month, I received three pizzas with some of the toppings on the side. Another time, they had fewer toppings, or they forgot the sauces with the shawarma, or a smaller pita bread than ordered, or drinks. I've contacted them several times for advice, but haven't left a review, but unfortunately, they don't do anything about it.

I ordered for the first time after seeing their flyer in our mailbox. We ordered a lamb shawarma dish with a choice of two sauces and two pita breads. However, I couldn't find my sauce choice anywhere in the system, so I bought my jar of garlic sauce for €1. So I was supposed to receive three jars of garlic sauce, but I only got two, a minor error. If I were to launch a website, I would definitely test it out. The lamb shawarma is quite small compared to other meats, and the flavor is rather bland. For me, it's just enough. A coarser piece of meat, like shawarma normally looks, instead of tiny pieces of lamb, and a better shawarma flavor would be absolutely fantastic! But the fact that this place is even faster than their own website—on their own website, I would have had to wait another 15 minutes for my order, but it was already at the door—was a pleasant surprise. And the food was very hot! So for me overall 3 stars.

Ate there yesterday. The pizza was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

The pizzas are delicious. I'm currently working on finishing the entire menu. The place has just been renovated and looks like it was done by a DIYer. I always come here for takeout or delivery. Delicious and fast. Lovely people who are always happy to chat. I wouldn't sit there anytime soon, though, because it's a true takeout/delivery pizza place.

I never expected to find such an original pizza in Papendrecht. The pizza dough is not too thick and not too thin, just as it should be. The baking quality is also very good, just as it should be. If you want to eat pizza, you can order carefree at Mimo. I did not order by phone to check it out in the store, but went to pick it up myself later and noticed that the employees were very friendly and served quickly. Thanks Mimo team.

We ordered two pasta dishes with steak. One had no flavor, and the other was burnt and not as it should have tasted. Neither tasted as it should have.

I didn't read the accompanying comments, and this time the fries were also dry and tough. For now, I'll just order from elsewhere.

Waited 1.5 hours for order. Then forgot extra containers of sauce that we had checked. Kapsalon was normal but the pizza tonno was really inedible. I think a frozen pizza from the supermarket tastes even better than this. Not to be repeated.

I find it very sad to say this because we order from mimo several times a month, and it has become more expensive over time, that does not matter because everything becomes more expensive. But when I ordered extra garlic sauce I got 3 containers, now it was 2. I do not like this, becoming more expensive but also giving less. Very unfortunate 2 containers is really stingy for a kapsalon.

It is a good pizza place if we talk about the quality. Delicious pizzas and better than a Domino's or New York. Only if the lady where you order the pizza says that they will deliver the pizzas after X minutes then you should not take that too seriously. She just shouts. If you are in a hurry do not order here. They rarely come true to what they say. Either you pick up, or you have all the time and no appetite.

ordered on New Year's Day afternoon, immediately found the right address in Dordrecht and delivered as promised, the pizzas were of good quality!!

We would like to thank the Mimo employees very much. We ordered food at 7 p.m. Normally we would be home a long time ago, but today we ended up in a big traffic jam, partly due to Mimo's input, and we still had a delicious meal. TOP SERVICE!

Food is excellent and service is good. Waiting time is excellent, especially taking into consideration that they prepare a lot of meals for delivery. The places inside is limited, but that is probably due to focusing more on the deliveries. Considering the price, excellent place.

Ordered pizza on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM (delivery time would be a maximum of 45 minutes) and only received it after 9:00 PM due to crowds. At one point I called from Mimo to say that it would still take 25 minutes, but after 45 minutes I had not received anything. I call back later and am told it will take another 20 minutes. Free drink offered which was nice, but I would have preferred my pizza on time and proper communication... I'm used to better from Mimo

Hello I am a traveler from Amsterdam, recently I have come to my brother in Papendrecht and I stayed with him at his home. We decided to order a pizza at Pizzeria Mimo's. After we ordered the pizza some black guy in a aygo came to deliver the pizza. The pizza was burned and the Doner flesh was all over the place. I am pretty dissapointed as I couldnt eat the pizza afterwards and after I called they didnt even offer to give me a new pizza or a compensation or something like that. I definitely wasted my money. Bad experience, 0/10. I'd like to hear back from you guys about this matter.

Two different parts and flavors. After 45 minutes, I received a phone call saying it was busy and they were going to work on the pizza. I thought yesterday's pizza was crispier. Today he was a bit weak and not so warm.

Ordered via home delivery. Good review so expected something. was supposed to be there at half past eight, but it arrived more than 30 minutes later. That was a shame, it may have been busy, but it would be nice if this was reported, maybe just call. Then the pizza itself... you can tell me a lot but my girlfriend's pineapple was shit and tasted rotten. Really rotten. I work as a chef and I know this doesn't taste as it should. Just scandalous. Really no words for it. My own pizza was edible. Next time we will think twice before ordering here again

We ordered at 6:27pm and got the food around 8:20pm.. takes too long!!!!!! They called us at 7:17pm and told us that the restaurent is busy that the order will be completed in 10min however still too late. The pizza was great but not sure if I’ll order here again.. and want them to return my money back some part of it

This pizza was delivered in a fresh Peugoat 107, already +1 for the fantastic car choice. The pizza was piping hot, fresh from the field. Very tasty with cow and chicken, good choice, thickly topped. This pizza was so lit like an air mattress.

We ordered 8:15 PM. Would take about 45 minutes. After waiting an hour I called where it was, another 20 minutes was said. Now 9:45 PM and it will be 10:10 PM. We always had to call ourselves and nothing was communicated to us. You cannot make customers wait for 2 hours without letting us know. The woman on the phone was also not customer friendly. really bad service, shame on you

I am very disappointed in my recent order with you. The Calzone pizza I received was very poorly prepared. The dough was undercooked and a lot of water came out of the pizza. I tried to eat it, but it was so wet and poorly prepared that it was impossible. In addition, the fries were also very bad, they were limp and wet. It caused me to have a lot of stomach pain. These guys drive like crazy through the neighborhood they don't know the speed limit, they drive 60km, don't order here if they hit children, it's because of you, order if they drive normally, I will delete this review from now on, think about your neighborhood, you don't live alone in this neighborhood .

Unfortunately they didn't have pesto pasta, but they were willing to make more or less the same thing! I've enjoyed it ! Definitely worth repeating.

Quality of the pizza is no longer what it used to be. Tough and bland.

I called for a pizza lady on the phone and deliberately asked how long the delivery time was at the time because it was dinner time, so I already took into account that it could be busy, but my pizza would be there in 30 minutes, then called again an hour later to check. I asked how and what she said then suddenly it was very busy but... the delivery person could arrive at any moment 20 minutes further I called again and she remained very polite and she said that the delivery person would be there in 3 minutes then a blonde girl came to the door so I I couldn't even get angry anymore, I had already indicated that I wanted to pay by card, she said I can do it with a tag, so eventually the delivery lady said no, I'll call again, she says, then send your pizza back, very cheeky, I say yes, fine, the pizza was already cold, so I I gave it back, I find the operator very rude, arrogant, disappointing for my friend who had been hit by a car, but that's okay (READ THE REVIEWS FIRST) before you order somewhere, it prevents a serious disappointment, the delivery lady was very friendly and a sweet, nice girl could hardly get angry at that, with all due respect, I will never order from here again, the owner also wanted to make it up to me, but that doesn't make up for anything for someone who has been waiting hungry for so long, so unfortunately, but a nice delivery lady, to be honest, it is a big hugs to her! ❤️

Delivery people throw cans out of the car while driving

Pizza is good, but sometimes delivered in a soaking wet box. Beef steak is always straight buzzinggg. It's a shame that the location does not exactly exude hygiene

Delivery always very fast and the food is tasty. In the restaurant itself I had some trouble breathing due to large smoke fumes spreading in the room, hence the 4/5 score. Days later the smell is still in my clothes. Stay home and definitely order the round steak with mushroom sauce.

Food too nasty for words ordered once never again blegh

Food is always good here, very tasty pizzas, pasta and dishes. Delivery is usually on time, but occasionally we have to wait a little longer. What is striking is that the delivery people drive like crazy through the village and residential areas/yards.

Just waited 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas. Had to call twice where they stayed. Finally after 1.5 hours the bell rang. It looked as if the delivery person had walked through a heavy rain shower with the boxes. Box soaking wet, open and pizza sticking out of the side of the box. Well, it's just packaging, so hopefully pizza is placed on the plate. It looked like war pizza, all the ingredients mixed together and the pizza was so lukewarm. I quickly ate some pieces of it, but it was impossible. Can throw it away like that. My husband wanted something different than dominoes. So this was a one-off. I could have just thrown 40 euros over the balcony. Scandalous!!!

Delivery was within the stated time and that on a Sunday evening, pizzas were nice and hot too. The taste of the pizzas was good (except the one with salmon, which was thrown away, it was very salty) but the dough was so tough that your jaws would hurt from chewing. Garlic sauce also very tasty, but it's a shame about the dough is so very tough.

I ordered lasagne. It was cold, tasteless and a kind of dough ball. Delivery was fast so 2 stars for that but bad quality of food. First and last time fore me. No more Mimo.

Just on.....Pizza (quatro staggione) and hair salon (döner). Shared together. Was for 16 euros (so 8€ p.p. ) and are completely full. Was very tasty. Very fresh. Not expensive. Very pleasant operator with a friendly voice and neat delivery person. So: absolutely great. Until next time......Ordered again today. Now had the hamburger sandwich: it was very tasty and a hot chicken dish. So it was really hot. Goes well with pita. Total rating again 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. So until next time Dear Mimo. Ordered here. Food is delicious and the delivery person is very friendly! However, I really missed the tomato sauce with the Calzone pizza... I didn't pay attention myself because it is of course not in the description. But I personally think that something like this should be standard on a pizza, whether it is a flat one or a calzone. We enjoyed it very much. I definitely recommend it to people! Pizza is well topped (salami pizza was ordered with extra meat, this is certainly not necessary with the calzone, there was enough.)

These delivery people drive so recklessly that I no longer order from here on principle. I don't want to think about someone getting hit because these gentlemen want to quickly throw away my order! Of course, delivery drivers are known for this, but this driver takes the cake.

Had pizza delivered today. The delivery person had accidentally given 70 euros instead of 30 euros and said that was fine. He came back on his own to ask if it was okay that he had received so much tip. That's really great service. And on top of that, the pizzas were also delicious
