Update: After reporting the issue via the website, I received a response from Stefan, who apologized and offered compensation for my next order. This wasn't mandatory, of course, but it was certainly appreciated! I ordered two pizzas for pickup. The pizzas were ready relatively quickly, which is great. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed the pizza crust was so thin you could almost read a newspaper through it. This also contributed to the burnt bottom. I understand you get a thin-crust pizza if you choose Italian style, but this was different. I'm usually used to better pizzas, but unfortunately, this time it was a disappointment.

Domino's Pizza in Waalwijk is always a reliable choice for me. What I really appreciate is that the orders are ready incredibly quickly. I often order online and get in the car five minutes later, and when I arrive, I can take my pizza with me without having to wait. That makes it incredibly easy and efficient. The location is also conveniently located in Waalwijk, and the surrounding area is easily accessible with ample parking. Always a great experience here.

Order placed at 9:20 PM. The place is open until 10 PM, but they took the order. At 10:05 PM, we called the place, everything was fine. And suddenly, 10 minutes after we hung up, the order was canceled... We should have not accepted it, instead of waiting an hour and suddenly they cancel.

The food is of very poor quality. The pizzas are ordinary and tasteless, and the children's chicken nuggets were so bad that my child refused to eat after one bite – honestly, you get much better quality at McDonald's. Moreover, the staff can't even do simple math. If you pay cash, it goes wrong three times: twice I received too little, and the third time even too much! Only when I picked up the money from the table myself did the amount add up. The tables are against bare walls, which creates a very lonely and uncomfortable atmosphere. Moreover, the staff barely know anything about the dishes. If you're on a diet, it will take you hours to find something edible – if you're lucky. Furthermore, there's absolutely no variety in sauces. Even regular snack bars offer more choices. There wasn't even ketchup in small packages. I can't believe a pizzeria can't offer this, especially if you're spending fifty euros! We ended up having to throw away a lot of pizza and nuggets because the quality was so poor. Pure waste. You also have to be extremely careful with the prices: for example, the menu listed a drink for €3, but I was charged €4. Only after I pointed this out did they admit that this "still needed to be adjusted."

Ordered for 7pm, driver arrived at 8:30pm, called the place and they didn't know what was going on xdddd

As always the service and product is top notch. I specifically respect and admire the fact that when you order with pick up you can always count on it to be on time. Very good staff working there keeping their timelines!

10 euro for 40 cm pizza . That's all

I've ordered a pizza, payed for order, on the website it was shown the delivery is here, so i come to pick up, but when i come the delivery guy wasn't here and i've got information my order was delivered. When i call them i say i don't get my order they said me i wasn't answering the phone and i have to order again, but nobody was calling. I've cheched the phone number and it was correct. So delivery guy gave my paid order to random person around the building without checking. Hope they will return my money.

Tasty pizzas, etc. Always get them yourself, delivery takes too long, experience with it, the promotions that are available are not always correct, otherwise tasty

Eating well, cutting should be given a training course. And the atmosphere is always atmosphereless in a dominos restaurant. Nothing special or different from your local Domino's point.

Domino's has also succumbed to Halal meat. Shame. So I won't order from them anymore. The halal invasion seems to be becoming more and more prominent among all restaurants/delivery restaurants. This store is absolutely disaster! The worst delivery store. They do not inform you if they cancel the order and there no any compensation. Waiting 1,5 hours to deliver a pizza is a joke and in the end they did not do anything and canceled the order. Do not I repeat do not order from this place. Big big disappointmemt from my side.

It was my first visit to this place, and probably not the last. The service is very fast (at least on Sundays when there are rather few people). I bought a Chicken Supreme pizza 25 cm and Popcorn Chicken 15 pieces. I am attaching photos of the food. Regards

Food was delicious good dough the pizza and everything was hot and the staff were very friendly. Therefore 5 stars.

I order a pizza with an extra jalapeno and not only did it arrive completely cold, but there was no jalapeno at all. and a piece of something green (probably pepper) on top. worst pizza ever. never again

It said on Google that they were still open for 2 hours, I came there and the people were helped in front of me and when it was my turn they said "we are closed" I was waiting for 8 minutes, they couldn't tell me earlier either. they saw me but ignored me and nowhere did it say they would close early very strange worst experience with dominos I have had.

Today at noon, I was served by an excellent pizza seller, a young guy. The approach to the customer and the subsequent creation of pizza and cheese snacks was great. It didn't burn anything, it didn't stay in the oven for long, so the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place, mainly thanks to it. I wish there were more such employees.

Staff was not friendly. There was no one in the shop, 6 staff and I was simply ignored. After 5 minutes someone came into action to ask if they could help me. While waiting I sat looking at the staff. The 1 was hanging over the workbench with a can of coke. The other was hanging on a chair. 2 others were teasing each other and chasing each other. There was no pipe on the floor at all. When we got home the pizza wasn't even tasty. The center was well covered but a thick edge was just dough and tomato sauce. I'd rather eat a pizza from the supermarket.

Everything in time and as good as dominoes

Unfortunately, this is the umpteenth time that things go wrong with these dominoes. Last time we received less than we paid for, for example in terms of the number of chicken strips, to give an example. Ordered again today, given another chance. Unfortunately we waited more than an hour, which can of course happen when it is busy, but then I expect at least warm food instead of lukewarm / cold. Especially if you pay €3 for the cheesy crust, which is then tough and therefore unedible because the food is lukewarm. We will skip it from now on, which is a shame because normally dominoes are good..

Things went wrong again at Dominos. The order did not go through, but it was written off and they could not place it again. Then order somewhere else. Finally money back after 3 days.

Good food, freshly made and delivered quickly

Thought the prices were bizarre. It was a strange sight to see several people sitting in the kitchen.

My order did not arrived. I call them to tell them about it and justify everything with “you did not answered the phone” when I was outside waiting and didn’t see anybody. They do not want to send me back my pizzas. Disgusting treat from the call center.

It couldn't have been worse, pizza is very tasteless and then they dare to charge €13 for it while the quality is very low compared to a few years ago, dominos has deteriorated rapidly, very disappointing

I am always satisfied with these Domino's. The food is tasty and they deliver quickly. The only downside now is the prices. I understand that life has become a bit more expensive, but for the prices they charge now I can almost eat in a good restaurant.

Bad service, ordered 25.- worth of pizza, debited but something went wrong so it is not delivered. Can happen of course, but offer a solution instead of ordering again for 25.-!!!

I ordered pizza and coca cola in home delivery.. I received only pizza and the pizza looked as if it had fallen off.. all the ingredients were slipped...! Coca Cola was missing..I called to Domino's pizza and after a telephone conversation .. neither coca-cola nor pizza so far !!

I ordered 2 pizzas and something went wrong. We called about this and everything was handled very nicely. Next time call the same number and we will get what was agreed. Called a few days later and they kept the appointment.

Afgelopen zaterdag met collega's pizza besteld om in de pauze te genieten. Van genieten was echter geen sprake. Toen we in de kantine kwamen bleek bij het openen van de dozen dat de koerier blijkbaar een ongeluk had gehad ofzo. Pizza slices lagen dwars door elkaar in plaats van een cirkel. Hierdoor was de bodem ook niet krokant meer. Tot overmaat van ramp bleken we ook nog opgelicht door dit bedrijf. Alle pizza's waren 2 euro duurder dan op de website vermeld. Aangezien we met elkaar wilden eten en het werk niet kon wachten hebben we dit moeten accepteren, maar nooit meer Domino's Waalwijk voor ons.

I rarely don’t like the pizzas 🍕 actually I’m a fun of pizza!!! But in Waalwijk I can’t say is that good as should be every time is different. One time can be good the other not so specially if it’s evening and there is a lot of job. Try to take pizza when it’s not that busy and not on the weekends. The work personnel is not friendly ,you don’t feel welcome.

The pizza was supposed to be up to an hour after that time I called dominos and they told me it would be up to 30 minutes after that time I called again and they told me it would be for 15 minutes. Waiting for a one pizza 2h is terrible.

We had to wait way too long for our pizzas. Half of the order was already ready, 1 pizza was forgotten. We put the rest under a heat lamp and then half an hour later we gave them 4 cold pizzas plus 1 warm Hawaiian. Bad service bad location. Not recommended.
