I ordered a haircut here recently. I didn't know it was a real salon, but it was covered in hair, damn it, and when I called, they got angry. That was the last time, too. BYE!!!

I personally don't understand how this place still exists. You have to wait hours for your food, and if you call to make a change, you're yelled at and cursed at. I'll never order anything from here again.

I ordered dinner last night, and after an hour I called to ask where it was. I think they'd simply forgotten it. He insisted on the phone that it was busy. After an hour and a half, I finally got to eat. The pizza was limp and very greasy, so I won't be going back.

Made an order that was going to take 2 hours so i tried calling and the number they have on the app and on Google Maps was sending me to voicemail. They ended up calling me after 2 minutes from a different number and only then could I cancel. Cero professionalism and extremely bad customer service.

The phone number was unreachable, we left a 1-star review on Thuisbezorgd, and then received a call from an unknown number who started yelling at us because we left a bad review. What incredibly unprofessional, poor people! Never order from here!

Ordered through Thuiszorgd. There was no sauce between the fries and lettuce. What lettuce? Right, maybe one lettuce leaf in between. Such a shame. The price...almost 40 euros for one regular kapsalon and one XXL size. I think I'll start selling this from home.

Every time you order a chicken donor that is more expensive, it is out of stock. A standard phone call asking whether it can be a normal donor, well, that's fine. But they don't settle neatly or find an excuse for dessert or something like that. Nice and easy to always put that extra 1.50 in your pocket.

Kapsalon and Döner sandwich super tasty! Delivery was also fine and I called to say they were a little late! Absolutely great! We ended up waiting about 45 minutes but it was totally worth it!

Used THEIR online website to order delivery pizza. PAID for it online. Gave specific instructions on where to deliver it. Waited almost 2 hours. Called the pizza shop. The man working pretended the order was never made and said to reorder it. I read the order number from their email confirmation receipt. The man working was rude and refused to listen. He insisted that I bring the order confirmation to him IN PERSON if I wanted my pizza. He hung up on me after saying I would not get my food. DO NOT order from here if you want your pizza delivered. They’ll take your money but will not give you your food.

I quickly ordered a pizza on Boxing Day and it was even delivered within the agreed time. It was very tasty and warm.

If you order a durum döner without lettuce and ask if the lettuce can be taken separately, you have to buy a separate salad with it. When I finally got that thing home, there's still a lot of stuff in between that durum. So Jan had me order that shitty lettuce.
