Döner Kebab Express On Tour in Delfshaven

The delivery driver told the owner he had delivered, and no one answered the door. After calling the owner, I was told that if I wanted my order, I had to pay an extra €5. The owner yelled at his delivery drivers on the phone, yelling at me and other customers. The second time I delivered, the doorbell rang even though I had told the delivery driver to call me on my phone. The kapsalon was dry, had no sauce, and the meat was burnt and arrived cold. It was inedible and the most pathetic kapsalon I've ever eaten.

Ordered two kapsalons, added garlic sauce, and didn't receive any, but the sambal was served separately. We left a message not to come to the door, but they rang the doorbell anyway. We had mentioned we'd be waiting outside for our food. The fries in the kapsalon were rock hard, inedible. This was a shame; it was the first and last time we ordered.

Delicious restaurant, Chef Oktay is kind-hearted and has a beautiful laugh, and the delivery is good. It takes a little while, but it's worth the wait. The food is very delicious.

We waited for our order from 4am until 6.45am, only to have it cancelled after several false promises that it was on its way!!!

This restaurant is a scammer, I made order 2 different days , after 2 hours he called telling me I have to wait more an hour or cancel the order , which is not option on the app , twice they do the same , I hope you spend this money on your medication

It's nice that there is something open this late in this area (after a night shift or going out, for example), the fries were tasty and reasonably priced, the service is excellent

The website says to wait 10-20 minutes for the order, I’ve already been waiting for the order for 1.5 hours, it still hasn’t been delivered. Terrible service

Ordered food at 03:09, 04:00 nothing, then they can't be reached, after calling literally 13 times they answer, "food will be here soon". 04:30 again after calling 20 times they answer “delivery person is on his way now, food will be there in 20-30 minutes”. 05:00 I tried to call again, no answer, 05:30 the food was finally there, Kapsalon was quite burnt, Pizza terribly dirty, and we put nuggets with hot oil or something in the plastic container through which it had melted in parts. (look at photo). Advice don't buy food here, even if you die of hunger, DON'T DO IT. This tent should not be allowed to sell food.
