Bad experience! The kapsalons were cold and inedible. The sauces were forgotten and only brought later, after everything had already cooled down. After calling, no compensation or apology was given. Poor service, poor quality—I will never order from here again!

Just picked up Pizza Polo Special for the first time. Absolutely delicious!! We ate it all in the car within a minute. I'll definitely order from here, and it's incredibly cheap too, I see.

They make you wait for a long time and the employees are rude

Watch out for this place. Their "kasalon" looks like the Grand Canyon. It's not a mountain, but... The garlic sauce has 3 liters of water in it. You can taste the water. There's very little meat in the kapsalons. I could eat two kapsalons at their place. The portions are just an assault on your intelligence, just like the sauce!

This place is just as bad as it looks. The fries are solid. You get very little meat and pay full price. I'm still looking for the meat. The portions are way too small for that price. Only lettuce. No tomato, no cucumber! Small portions. Garlic sauce, water sauce! Delivery is good! That's really the only thing.

"The Garlic Thinner"! That should be the name of the business. The meat is also withheld. The quality isn't good either.

Ordered online through Uber. A kapsalon is advertised with a picture showing all sorts of toppings. It also says it comes with pita bread or Turkish bread. This is the second time I've received kapsalons with only lettuce on them and without the pita bread or Turkish bread. Don't advertise a product like that if you don't deliver it. That's just ripping off your customers.

Last night, we ordered three large chicken doner kapsalons. They're supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, as well as a separate pita or Turkish bread with sauce. None of this was included except for the lettuce, and this certainly isn't the first time we've complained to Saray about dishes not being delivered as promised. UberEats won't refund us because the missing parts of the dish aren't priced separately. Shortly after eating, all three of us felt unwell, and we're all home today with severe stomach problems. We suspect food poisoning. In addition, Saray charges a €0.50 plastic packaging surcharge for each item, even for pita bread. Pita bread comes with the obligatory €0.75 sauce and the €0.50 surcharge, making it a rather expensive sandwich. Since July 1, 2023, a surcharge has been in effect on plastic packaging for takeaway meals and drinks, as a result of European regulations (the SUP Directive). The surcharge, which must be at least €0.05 per product, is intended to discourage the use of single-use plastic and encourage customers to bring their own reusable packaging. Saray therefore charges 10 times the legally mandated surcharge for each item, thus earning an extra profit from its customers in this inexpensive way. This was our last visit to Saray.

It is delivered very quickly, really within 15 minutes and always delivered warm and fresh👍🏼

We ordered two large capsicums for delivery through the app. They only contained lettuce. No tomatoes, no cucumbers, no onions, nothing else, making the dish bland. The employee probably forgot to add them, because there were so many toppings in the picture. For that price, it's a joke. I don't recommend it.

I ordered via the website and besides the fact that it was delivered super fast it was also very tasty and fresh. I recommend the pasta pollo.

Too bad that for a first time order at saray the pizzas were burnt. Despite the fast delivery they most likely "forgot" the pizzas in the oven.

"I recently placed an order and I am extremely disappointed. It clearly stated that the food would be delivered within 15-30 minutes, but I waited for over 1.5 hours. To make matters worse, my order was delivered after closing time. While waiting, I called multiple times but no one answered. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never order from here again. It is a shame because I had high expectations. I would advise others to be cautious about ordering from here.

If you cancel an order do it immediately instead of waiting half an hour. No service this.

Been ordering delicious pizzas for years

Amateurs!! They have to stop cooking! Limp fries, tasteless burnt meat. If you order chicken you will get fried chicken with vegetables. Pitas are also burnt. Adana burned raw on the inside and on the outside.. so on.. Very disappointed! And for that price

Picked up pizza, nice guys. My pizza wasn't ready yet and there was a large group of men at the door, so I didn't feel comfortable waiting there either, so I waited in the car. The boys neatly brought the food to the car, thank you.

Gezellige kindvriendelijke locatie, voor de kinderen is een leuke digitale speeltafel aanwezig met honderden spelletjes.

Prima kapsalon met kipdöner. Bezorging goed, snel en warm eten (ook op zaterdag avond).

Kwam binnen en voelde niet zo prettig eten was wel lekker maar te prijzig.

Heb er weereens heerlijk gegeten! De shoarmaschotel is niet. normaal. Lekker! We aten het met zijn tweeën (en ik heb daarvoor een cheeseburgermenu bij Saray besteld) en we zaten allebei knettervol. Zo'n goede schotel heb ik in jaren niet gegeten. Wil je goed eten, dan moet je bij Saray zijn!

Na zo lang wachten krijg nog koude pizza

Goede hoeveelheid (incl sla/komkommer en twee kleine pita's) en het eten was goed warm. Dit was met groente, maar dit bleek wat ui en paprika te zijn, zoals op de foto te zien is. Het eten smaakte niet goed gekruid en een beetje saai. Er zaten extra bakjes knoflooksaus bij, maar dat is niet per se wat ik eroverheen wilde gooien voor smaak. Voldoende als je honger hebt, verder helaas wat matig.

Ik bestel al jaren hier! Heerlijke pizza's en pasta's alleen is de wachttijd vrijwel altijd een uur! En als je belt krijgt je ook niet meer informatie over de wachttijd, vaak een; hij is onderweg of hij is er zo.

Voor de lekkerste pizza moet je hier zijn. Al jaren een begrip in Rotterdam Zuid. Lekker. kwalitatief en niet duur.

Ik bestel altijd bij Saray. Ze zijn snel en pizza shoarma en spaghetti carbonara vind ik het lekkerst. Eigenlijk vind ik alles wel lekker.
