Is it possible to have 3.25 TL for Silifke ayran (a yogurt drink)? A bottle of water imported from Turkey, which costs 25 kurus (Turkish cents), costs 2 euros.

We went to eat here with 2 people; the prices of the meat are not listed anywhere. When we went to pay, we were shocked: €91.00 for 2 people. The meat was really not worth the money; we had ordered barely 1kg of meat. Apparently, 1kg of meat costs €95; this is inhumane. For the amount we paid, we could certainly have had a much more extensive meal at another restaurant, so be smart and definitely don't waste your money here.

The service was very bad, the waitresses were anything but friendly. You pay for basic chicken 50€ / kilo and its not even tasty. The location is the only good thing about it. I will not come again and do not recommend this restaurant.

It was delicious, but very expensive. We went as a group of four and the price shocked us. And most of the things we wanted weren't even available; we were told they would arrive next week or that they were only available in Amsterdam. In that case, you should separate your menus; if you're using a shared menu, then the items on that menu should be available. The concept is really nice, you choose everything yourself, but I wasn't very satisfied with the service.

This is a ridiculously expensive restaurant... the staff is helpful though... the restaurant was completely empty on Saturday around 3 p.m.

Absurdly bad food quality and the staff is a disaster. On top of that, it is sickeningly EXPENSIVE!!!

Last night, we dined with 5 people via Social Deal, valued at €30 per person. We were welcomed warmly and served enthusiastically throughout the evening; questions were also answered cheerfully. The food was tasty, flavorful, and very filling. To start, we received bread, various spreads, and a salad. At the end of the evening, we were offered complimentary Turkish tea. We also had several desserts, which were all very well received. What really topped it off for us was that the staff politely mentioned that we still had credit remaining, instead of just pocketing it. We really appreciated that. Definitely worth repeating 🙏

1 star is still too much. What terrible service, and I don't even want to start on the meat. When paying, they made a so-called cashier error that overcharged us by €150. And we returned the entire order of meat, but nothing could be done for us. Service shit. Food shit. In short, just close your doors!!

Honestly? This doesn't even deserve 1 star. What a terrible experience. The food was simply inedible. Upon entering, we could already see that the meat didn't look fresh, but we thought: we'll give it a chance. Big mistake. It was truly disgusting. The service was just as dramatic. No ice cubes at 7:00 PM? That is just basic. When we indicated that the food wasn't good, the employee didn't seem to understand us at all. Nothing was resolved, and there was absolutely no willingness to help. It got even worse when it came time to pay. First, we were blithely quoted a sum of €260, which made no sense whatsoever. Only when we said we wanted to see the receipt was it suddenly "discovered" that it was €137. Very peculiar. Trust was completely gone by that point. And even after that: no apologies, no solution, absolutely nothing. Just an attitude of "we can't do anything for you." This is without a doubt the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. Filthy food, bad service, and absolutely no professionalism. Absolutely DO NOT go there.

Now this is truly 5 stars on all fronts. Anyone who has something to complain about can say it there; it's nonsense.

I always enjoyed going to Kasap, it was always my favorite restaurant and I ate here often, unfortunately I notice the quality has declined, the service was very bad we had to wait a very long time even for our drinks, the vegetables were served cold and the fries had a strange color I am not used to this from Kasap, which is why I find it especially disappointing

Kasap Restaurant in Rotterdam has a brilliant location with a beautiful view of the city, the canal, and the tall buildings – highly recommended for a short walk outside to enjoy the panorama. Parking is available nearby, although you sometimes need to be patient to find a spot. The entrance might look a bit simple, but inside you will be pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious: fresh salads with tasty dressings, an extensive selection of fruit, lentil soup, well-prepared meat, and tasty side dishes. Also nice: child-friendly, with a changing area and even a prayer room. Friendly and helpful staff, cozy atmosphere, and good service (even received something extra). Definitely recommended and worth a return visit!

I am very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. My dish was cold and lacked flavor. All in all, this was not a pleasant experience. For this price and service, there are certainly better restaurants to be found. I probably won't be coming back here anytime soon and wouldn't really recommend it to others either.

We ate at Kasap Rotterdam for iftar. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The Adana didn't taste as it should, and the meat was served lukewarm/cold. We didn't like what we had on our plates. Given the price of the iftar menu, we expected higher quality. We reported this to a staff member, but no compensation was offered. It's a shame, because this wasn't a pleasant experience to break up our iftar.

The location is beautiful, the view is stunning, and the people are very kind and attentive. I came as a tourist from Istanbul, but this is one of the top 5 restaurants I've eaten at in Rotterdam. The prices are reasonable. The lamb chops and ribeye were perfectly cooked. I recommend it to everyone.

I ordered a burger, an anus burger, which was good, and then I ordered a lamb skewer. The meat tasted like old meat. And then a 200ml bottle of Coke arrived, which cost €3.25.

I ate here again yesterday and got food poisoning. I'm not bashing them, as I eat there often, but this was a truly intense night of vomiting. Never again for me.

Great location overlooking the Erasmus Bridge. Ample parking nearby (paid Mon-Sat until 11 PM). The restaurant is spacious, so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of each other. Plenty of meats to choose from. You can also choose how you want it (medium rare, etc.). Fries, salad, etc. are also included. All in all, very satisfied with the service and the food.

Nice atmosphere inside, but very quiet. The staff's friendliness also varies from person to person. It took a really long time for the "concept" to be explained. The food was served quickly, though. The ground meat and beef were absolutely tasteless. The lamb was very tough and practically unseasoned. But the chicken was very tasty. It's still a shame that you have to pay a premium for this quality of food, which isn't really worth it.

A very disappointing and unhygienic experience at Kassap My husband and I recently dined at Kassap Restaurant. Everything seemed fine at first, until I received an içli köfte that was simply unacceptable: completely burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. I reported this immediately, but I refused to accept a replacement. What happened next was truly shocking. An older waitress cleared away the leftover Turkish bread from our table and placed the bread container back on top of the large bread basket containing the remaining bread. Another waitress then served this bread to other guests. When I confronted both waitresses and made it clear that this was absolutely unacceptable for hygiene and food safety reasons (especially since I was already feeling ill), the older waitress responded, without a trace of shame, that they don't throw the bread away but reuse it. I was truly shocked. This is not only unprofessional but also hazardous to my health. Hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority here at all. For me, reason enough to never come back here and to warn others about this.

Good Turkish Grill Restaurant: Food, Service, and Location are really good. Quite affordable price, for 2 people we just spent €63, but with Social Deals we just need to pay €43 for all the food in those pictures

The quality of the meat and the service are truly excellent. The only downside is that it's quite pricey, and you don't immediately see the weight of the meat on the scale, so you don't know what you'll have to pay later. So don't use a Social Deal voucher for this restaurant. It's definitely worth it and cozy, and the food is delicious, but keep in mind that it's expensive; for 2 or 3 people, you'll easily spend over 150 euros.

Unfortunately, my experience at Kasab Rotterdam was very disappointing. When choosing the meat, we specified that we wanted well-cooked meat. Unfortunately, they took the meat back and it was burnt. But it was extremely burnt. They said they were familiar with garlic sauce, but they told us it was gone. All in all, I'll never order Kasab in Rotterdam again. We ordered two fries, but they forgot them. Besides the good food, I think it's a small restaurant. When we were there, not all the tables were full, but if it were full, it would have been too crowded.

Unfortunately, my experience at Kasap Rotterdam was very disappointing. The white rice had hard, sticky bits, while the bulgur was completely flavorless. The fries were served lukewarm, and the mushrooms I ordered were completely absent. The tenderloin was the only decent part, while the chicken wings were dried out. The ground beef could just about pass with a little ketchup. The bell pepper was hard and cold, probably grilled a few times ago. I paid €52 for all this. The mezzes they had were limited to only white varieties and were also disappointing. All in all, I'm not satisfied and can't recommend anyone to eat here. You can get much better for this price. The service was generally fast, but it was noticeable that there weren't many visitors during the day.

When our friends arrived later, they were turned away because they didn't have a reservation, even though half the restaurant was empty. If you are a true meat enthusiast, you need to find this place in Rotterdam. Hands down, the best steak I've had in a long time. The quality of the cut was phenomenal—perfectly seasoned and cooked to utter perfection (crisp exterior, meltingly tender and juicy inside). The preparation truly respects the ingredients. A simple, unforgettable dining experience. Every bite was outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone craving top-tier beef!

I expected less, but what I got was simply WOW!!! The food was absolutely delicious. The meat was grilled perfectly to the desired doneness. I ordered medium rare and got exactly the tenderness and softness I was looking for. The meat was served with a generous amount of side dishes and grilled vegetables, lots of sauces, and a salad. We ordered about a kilogram of different types of meat between two people and thought we'd have to order more. We were wrong; we could barely finish the amount of food they brought us.

I think the fries could be a bit better than regular fast food fries for such a restaurant and I think they will also look better.

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. My husband and I dined there yesterday and ordered meat. While ordering, a woman initially helped us, but then the owner took over. When I asked if he could weigh the meat (since the price wasn't fixed), he told me to sit down and he would do it later. I found it odd that we weren't allowed to be present when our meat was weighed. Unfortunately, the meat wasn't tasty and very tough. We are very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. We will never go to these scammers again.

Not everything was included. But the lady explained everything well and was patient. Received Turkish bread with various spreads in advance. 2 bowls of salad were placed. 2 bowls of sauce (3 different) fries. The hamburger came separately. Meat on a large plank with broccoli and rice and mushrooms. Desserts of baklava. Ice cream, red velvet coffee We had a delicious meal. Meat melted in your mouth. Great experience.

3 people, bill of €175,-!!!!! for 3x a mixed Grill, they secretly add some extra containers and add tea without asking. Goes up quite a bit. Mixed grill was very little, little taste, never go again you will be pretty screwed.
