I ordered and paid for my food online but didn't receive anything. No customer service l, no real phone no real email. Actually they are terrible

These people are really great. Food is halal but the service makes it complete. Highly recommended! Edit: I see the bad reviews but I can't identify with them. Received nothing but cooperation and kindness from these (perhaps young) men.

A lot of money for a meager Turkish pizza. The meat wasn't cooked on a skewer, but fried in a pan.

Outrageous prices. 24 euros for two Turkish pizzas. No prices visible, so you only find out when you pay. No debit card, but via Tikkie. Don't believe any of the good reviews.

Terribly rude staff, not customer friendly. Sweeping the floor with a garden broom (???), while all the tables are still greasy and dirty.... It's because Sam döner was closed... I asked for 2 Turkish pizzas with cheese. Normally, also at other döner shops, you are outside within 10 minutes, WITH your order. After a few minutes the employee simply leaves on his scooter and shouts something to the boy who was still sweeping '2 pizzas, with cheese, without meat'.... the boy then takes the time to pack the pizzas and get a bag and says do you want to pay cash or by card? I wanted to pay by card but the machine was broken, the boy said. Or did I want to pay by Tikkie. He had to call his manager for this.....and the clock ticked....I finally get a Tikkie for € 13.90!!!! I said 'are u kidding me? That is almost double the competitor.....' it is that I had paid and wanted to go home quickly but I made it clear that this is not about anything..... I also said that if they are also cold, I will definitely write a review. Well, hereby! Never order food there again. Terrible and particularly young staff who have no idea what customer friendliness and hygiene means..... and yes indeed: 1 lukewarm pizza and 1 even cold. And also giving a big mouth when you express your dissatisfaction on the spot. A very big 1.

perfect business I come here to eat more often!! Delicious ordered 2 kapsalons ate in the business, very friendly staff enjoyed it very much. we both couldn't finish the kapsalons because it was so big. top business!

Men came by to deliver it after I had given the wrong address. Absolute heroes!

Won't order there again. Prices have gone up considerably. Turkish pizza with dõner has become €4 more expensive. Price increase of 50%. Too bad, but then we'll try another one.
