We called Social Deal, and they told us that reservations have been canceling for a long time and that it doesn't look like this branch will be opening anytime soon. Appeared to be permanently closed. We had a reservation for food for a children's party. Called the day before. Everything okay. We are standing in front of the door with 10 children, closed. We heard from the businesses around it that the business has been closed for 3 weeks and will no longer open. They just didn't know that yet at the head office. Then we went to the yellow arches where we received great help.

Been here tonight. Upon arrival, the front door was already half open, later I found out that this was for the cooking smell. Because at one point it was just foggy in the restaurant. I thought it was downright bad and I don't think this is so much due to the staff but rather to the management. There weren't even any wine glasses left while the restaurant was not even a quarter full. My girlfriend had to drink wine from a champagne glass. I didn't think the food was that great either. The ice was so soft you could almost drink it. There was also no toilet paper in the toilet. Never had such a bad meal before, sorry.

Normaal gesproken laat ik nooit een beoordeling achter maar bij deze zaak kon ik het niet laten, heb dit dus geschreven puur om mensen te behoeden, snap niet hoe dit nog draaiende is.. Bij binnenkomst troffen we al een lege tent aan en meestal is dat geen goed teken.. Vervolgens worden we door de “leidinggevende” door het restaurant geleid alsof het een workshop is en wordt er al meteen gevraagd of we de wc’s schoon willen houden, nog nooit meegemaakt dit. Het eten op de borden lag er bij alsof het al weken in de koelkast heeft gelegen en elke keer weer wordt klaargezet, het gebraden vlees van de grill was heel rauw van binnen en de chocolade van de fonduefontein werd met een föhn gesmolten, heb je dat wel eens meegemaakt? Alleen de chef achter de wok was enthousiast maar voor de rest is het voor mij een no go. Nu maar hopen dat ik morgen geen buikklachten krijg.. Absolute afrader dus!

The floor was sticky while a small group of people were present. The cold buffet was closed at 7:30 PM and before we had left the entire buffet was closed (before 9:00 PM). Not recommended. I think the best thing I ate was the soy sauce.

What a wonderful restaurant. Everything is very fresh. From salmon to mushrooms and from cookies to ice cream, there is something for everyone. Very diverse. Ik wil graag beginnen met wat positiefs..het drinken uit de koeling is prima te doen als je het niet uit een vieze plastic beker of vies glas drinkt. Als je denkt dat alle watertuinen qua kwaliteit sfeer en zuiverheid het zelfde zijn dan valt je bek open als je hier gegeten hebt. Er staat een volle vuilnis/ asbak pal naast onze tafel! Check de foto!! Bij binnenkomst wordt je ontvangen door een gangster compleet met zonnebril en nike's aan. De koks zien er ook niet netjes uit, hebben aan elkaar getapt gereedschap. De manager staat hele tijd buiten te roken. Laat zijn vrienden hun eigen eten wokken en praat steeds buitenlands met ze. Alle apparaten van koffiemachine tot aan slush machine en afzuigkappen zijn smerig. De vloeren plakken....Ben maar niet naar de wc geweest. Geen personeel wat je bord ophaalt, en je moet je eigen tafel dekken!! Als er wat op is moet je maar komen vragen zeggen ze. Daarnaast wordt je aangesproken op laat binnenkomen terwijl je niet eerder kon reserveren en dat met een zowat leeg restaurant. De bakken waar het eten in hoort te liggen zijn zowat leeg en het eten wat kant en klaar op een bordje ligt, salades enzo liggen er zo te zien al een paar dagen. Zalm helemaal opgedroogd enzo. Kortom...dit is een ali expres versie van een watertuin. Je kan beter naar Spijkenisse of Naaldwijk!!

We were 8 people and were received by a self-interested, gangster-looking dark man with sunglasses who showed us around while hopping and who was also the bartender. I immediately felt nauseous and took a defensive stance to eat things that could hardly be faulted. After 2 overgrown grilled prawns and the cauliflower (dish) which was much too hard and dehydrated, I finished eating it. In fact, all the food looked like it had been there for far too long. Finally, I had some ice cream, the scoops of which were immediately removed slid off the greasy plate and put some whipped cream on it from a bottle that stood next to the whipped cream machine because it was defective. I added 2 teaspoons of chocolate from the fountain over this, which was already 3 quarts was caked on the fountain like icicles. The floor was dirty and there was food scraps everywhere. We waren met 8 personen en werden ontvangen door een zelf ingenome gangster uitziende donkere man met een zonnebril die ons huppelend rondleidde en deze was ook tevens de barkeeper. Ik rook al een onaangename geur bij de grill van niet vers vlees bij aankomst. Garnaaltjes met veel saus met zeer penetrante vieze smaak. Er lagen gerookte zalmbrokken die helemaal uitgedroogd waren, daar heb ik van onderop wat geprobeerd, maar was echt smakeloos. Bij de eerste hap van de Foe Yong Hai die naar bedorven melk rook, was ik eigenlijk al klaar, maar uit fatsoen toch een hap genomen. Ik werd er direct misselijk van en name een defensieve houding aan door dingen te eten waaraan weinig fout kon zijn. Na 2 uit de kluiten gegroeide gegrilde Gamba's en de bloemkool(schotel) die veel te hard was en uitgedroogd was ik wel klaar met eten. Eigenlijk zag al het eten eruit alsof het er al veel te lang stond. Als laatste nam ik toch wat schepijs waarbij de bolletjes al direct van het vette bord afgleden, en deed daar wat spuitslagroom op uit een fles die naast de slagroommachine stond om dat deze defect was. Hierover deed ik 2 theelepels chocolade uit de fontein die al voor 3 kwart vastgekoekt was op de fontein als een soort ijspegels. De vloer was vies en overal lagen etensresten op de grond. We waren met 8 personen en ik had mij voorgenomen niet als eerste hierover negatief te zijn, maar we zijn het alle 8 (helaas) nog nooit zo met elkaar eens geweest! Hier gaan wij nooit meer heen! En de kosten hiervoor was 42,50 euro per persoon, dat is toch een bedrag waarvoor je wat mag verwachten....(behalve buikgriep) Dit is de eerste keer dat ik de moeite neem om een beoordeling te schrijven, en dit hoofdzakelijk om mensen te beschermen. ps. De ingang met de koi karpers vond ik wel leuk en het water was helder!

Het eten was niet vers, desserts waren voorverpakt, evenals de pannenkoeken en poffertjes. De friet en kroketten werden warm gehouden en waren daardoor zacht en lauw. De vers bereide wok was smakeloos, zelfs met een woksaus. De bediening was vriendelijk, maar kon het gebrek aan kwaliteit van het eten niet compenseren. Jammer. Zonde van het geld.

Had a nice dinner tonight at the Watertuin Zoetermeer. The Sliptong was delicious! Quality of food is equal to other all-you-can-eat restaurants. Wat een geweldige locatie; je krijgt hier qua sfeer en muziek echt een vakantiegevoel. Ray is een op en topgastheer en hij heeft maar 1 doel; je een onvergetelijke avond bezorgen. En dat is gelukt; wat een overheerlijk eten, echt een smaaksensatie. Keuze uit een uitgebreid assortiment en ook de drankjes waren top. De warmte en lach van Ray en ook het andere vriendelijke personeel, maakten het voor ons echt tot een feestje. Echt heerlijk gegeten, genoten, gelachen en gedanst! When we came to the food, all other (bad) reviews were true. The food didn't look appetizing nor fresh. The food appears to be kept warm for many hours, which we confirmed in the fries being tough and chewy. Also the demo meats for the grill didn't look special and when I got mine grilled and ready, it missed flavorings like garlic, spring onions and etc. The cuts of meat were not pretty. I know it is a buffet and you can get more, but flavor was too lacking. Also it was not kangaroo steak but liver after I got my meat. The wok ingredients didn't look cooled and the meats was not much in quantity. The chef was mostly looking around until someone finally tried out, which was 1 person in our stay of 2 hours. The reviews kinda scared us of not fresh ingredients, which made us hesitant of trying. The rice, nasi and bami were in big cookers and... it is not nasi or bami if you cook it together with frozen vegetables. In other words, it was not stirfried and there was no eggs or meats. The staff was friendly but it felt like they were left on their own. I saw the host do everything from picking dirty plates, refilling drink bottles and even doing the dishes. If the cooks didn't cook/grill/wok, they were washing and cleaning instantly. In the end, we mostly ate the fried food, which for the price was too much. Most dishes didn't impress us for a second serving. If I looked around how the other guests experienced it, it felt like they did not have any expectations and just ate anything they could find. I myself would never grab some sliced baguettes with jam from a jar. For the people in Zoetermeer centre, just go to Eten & Zo or Shabu Shabu. They might be a bit more expensive but I guarantee it is more worth than this. At least my daughter enjoyed the koi carps at the entrance.

Today after a fun day out with my mother, we spontaneously decided to have a bite to eat at the water garden in Zoetermeer for dinner. There were posters on the windows with promotions for lunch and dinner. Dinner was "on promotion" for €29.50 instead of the full €42.00 that it normally costs during the weekend. And that was our luck, because it was really bad. We really had to wait a few minutes upon arrival while the staff had already seen us but continued with their refilling work, which turned out not to have been completed properly. We were even about to leave when they kept filling up and didn't come to help us. When we were taken to a table, the waiter said that people would arrive around 5:00/5:30 PM because there were reservations in the system before then. We were there at 4:38 PM according to the receipt and left between 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM and saw no other guests. The downstairs toilet was dirty and the disabled toilet had no toilet paper. There was a mop bucket in the middle of the restaurant that you could fall over. The drinks were not properly filled, just like the glasses and cutlery. While they were doing that at our entrance. The food from my mother's wok was not cooked very well and my food from the wok did not taste very good either. I asked for garlic with my wok dish and it was mixed with another sauce. There were various types of side dishes that were also not cooked properly or where the fat dripped off when you lifted them.

Guys!!!! Don'tnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn! It's not eating the food. Everything was cold and it seemed like it had been standing for hours. I had made a reservation for 1800, it is now 1853 and we are almost home. Blehhh

Delicious food and super cozy atmosphere!

Al regelmatig langs gelopen maar nu met kinderen en kleinkinderen verjaardag van kleindochter gevierd. Leuke ontvangst en duidelijke uitleg d.m.v. een rondleiding van manager Ray. Heerlijk gegeten met een zalig rood wijntje erbij. Kinderen vermaakte zich prima terwijl wij, de volwassenen zich tegoed deden aan het heerlijke eten, voldoende keus aanwezig. Ook kreeg kleindochter en heerlijk verjaardagstaart met vuurwerk sterretje en werd er gezongen, ook die personeel en andere gasten. Het was wel rustig dus misschien moet er meer reclame voor gemaakt worden (of mond op mond). Kortom gezellige zal, prima gegeten!! Binnenkort ga ik ook een keer de lunch uitproberen 👍

Celebrated granddaughter's birthday there. Were warmly welcomed and shown around by manager Ray. It was quiet but certainly fun and everyone (guests and staff) sang along "Long Shall She Live" while cake with fireworks was brought. Food was fine and plenty of choice. A very successful evening for granddaughter and the rest of our party, I will definitely come again!

Had a lovely lunch there with my family this afternoon. Staff is super friendly and the food was delicious, sushi was made and delivered on site.

It is an all you can eat including drinks. The furnishings were simple and looked good. Staff were really welcoming and attentive. But the food!! NOPE. I have to be honest. Some were tasty and some were not. The drinking glasses were dirty and that is unacceptable! Think there is room for improvement! But not for me to repeat.

Received shusi with fresh tuna, EAT a joke ball of old reheated rice with something in it.... Gave it to my dog ​​at home. Fry vegetables that should be stir-fried, even eggplant was snotty and reheated many times. I also put in a piece of satay skewer from a previous customer? I dared NOT eat noodles myself, which I also did NOT eat. TGTG costs 5 euros was NOT worth it. Go regularly to Eten en Zo, the old Locomotion disco, which is another extreme AWESOME!! Very tasty food, friendly host and nice and helpful staff. There was more than enough choice of food and it was prepared exactly how I wanted it. For example, I was served well-cooked bacon and beautiful red steak at the same time. Overall, plenty of choice and delicious food.

Had a good meal at Watertuin Zoetermeer. The buffet is not as extensive as in Naaldwijk, for example, but that is no problem. Full is full and everything is really freshly made at the beginning. Good atmosphere by very nice staff, compliments to the manager Rey, despite the self-service concept we received a lot of personal attention from him, tables were also cleared quickly, which is not unimportant :-) otherwise it is a very clean restaurant, of course it is all still new, which makes it look fresh and fruity, definitely worth repeating!!
