Always takes a long time, sometimes food is good, sometimes not

Good food, good staffs, generous portion. Recommended!

The food is tasty, the portions are large, but lately a lot has gone wrong. Received wrong order twice tonight. You order veal and get chicken. You ordered without a vegetable/salad box and it is full of salad/vegetables. You call about the first order, which did not go well, but you were answered politely and received a refund and reordered as agreed. You get the wrong order again while I indicated in capslock xtra that I would like veal NO CHICKEN NO SALAD and what do I get... chicken and salad. All two orders are in the trash, such a shame. Do they no longer read what it says these days? The receipt even states that there is no salad and no chicken but veal. Shoot me, I don't know anymore

People don't take your allergies into account at all. Apparently they don't have time for it, even if you order two hours in advance. Food is also cold. How bad do you want it to be? They don't even have the decency to answer the phone. I gave them the chance several times after this mistake and yet it happens again and again. So they don't benefit from extra opportunities. This is a sad intention.

Favorite place to get döner or kapsalon, also with lots of vegetables, but I increasingly notice that an order is confused at night and another customer has already indicated what you want on your sandwich

Top tent, work fast great food💯💯

Food was very yummy with all the different sauces. French fries were made fresh. Quantity was very filling. Atmosphere is not very good. It is loud with people walking in and out all the time. Place is kind of small. Just enough for 5 people to sit inside. There are 2-3 tables outside as well

The kapsalon here hits different

always a nice place! the meat is halal (so traditionally slaughtered and a clean product and you can definitely taste this) this is the best place in Groningen I have been coming here for 10 years and come there often or have it delivered

You should REALLY try this döner when you are in Groningen. Perhaps the tastiest döner in the Netherlands, and I mean that! Delicious crispy rolls, tasty kebab, fresh salad. Friendly staff and a very clean place. Even got 2 free drinks from the Chef. I wish you x10 business growth, because it is well deserved!

Uber bezorger had perongeluk de 'extra's' meegenomen. Hier uiteindelijk voor gecompenseerd door Donerix zelf. Zeer netjes!

Heerlijk gegeten, goede service en vergissingen met respect afgehandeld

Altijd snel geholpen, goed eten en vriendelijk personeel. Maakt niet uit welk tijdstip je komt.

Eten besteld via Uber eats, snel geleverd en goed warm. Ook zijn porties groot zat. Helaas misten er onderdelen in de bestelling.

Food was pretty good, drunk at 4.30am. My GF (Turkish) likes the place sober, so.. it's probably a decent place to get your doner.

Zoals we dezer dagen zeggen: kaolo lekker a sahbi. Goeie dürum terwijl ik eigenlijk al lang vol zat van een donor chips ouleh. Lekkoeh man!

Top service, top eten bij Donerix! Ik had eerst bij kebab meister besteld, omdat ik dacht dat dit nog onderdeel van Donerix was (niet meer dus). Na 2 uur wachten nog steeds niks van Kebab Meister ontvangen. Donerix gebeld en ze brachten uit principe (en door mijn verwarring) op hun kosten bestelling naar mij toe in 10 minuten! Duidelijk een verschil te zien tussen Donerix en Kebeb Meister. Voortaan alleen nog bij Donerix bestellen. Service is echt 10/10 bij Donerix. Super bedankt!

Fantastische plek goedkoop eten grote porties erg lekker. Ook heel aardig personeel.

Helaas teleurgesteld over de service. Na een uur wachten kwam de bestelling pas binnen. Na veel honger te hebben was de bestelling vervolgens incompleet. We hebben de eigenaar gebeld die vertelde dat de 2 missende producten binnen 15min er alsnog zouden zijn. Na een half uur wachten hebben we de bestelling, nogmaals foutief binnen gekregen. UPDATE eigenaar heeft het geprobeerd goed te maken, dit vond ik zeer netjes. Helaas zie ik mezelf niet nog een keer bestellen van de zaak. Wel complimenten aan de eigenaar voor het proberen het probleem alsnog op te lossen.

Heerlijk eten altijd goed gevuld met vlees en groente zal hier de komende tijd vaker bestellen want was echt lekker en top service

Heb rond 12 uur s' Avonds met een maat besteld. Bezorging duurde langer dan een anderhalf uur. Eten was koud, en durums waren net broodjes gezond met de hoeveelheid groente die erin zat. Patat was slap, koud en smaakloos. "Sweet Chili" had niks te maken met sweet chilisaus, was meer een soort mayonnaise. Voor ons was dit een eenmalige bestelling bij Donerix.

The durüm kebab i had, was disappointing. Total waste of my appetite and money.

Je gaat hier niet heen voor de sfeer maar voor de goeie, goedkope, broodjes.

Decent place for kebab at 4 am. The lamb meat is horrendous, but the chicken tastes well. The fries are also tasty.

Prima eten, grote porties, binnen de afgesproken tijd bezorgd.

Traagverstaande slechthorende personeel, slechte durum. Ik speel momenteel monopoly met buikpijn.

Zo lekker dat we er zelfs vanuit Hoogezand naar Groningen rijden. Prijs nog steeds prima, ondanks de concurrentie nabij.
