Very tasty food and good service

We ordered food for the entire team for a pleasant lunch at this restaurant! And then it started! The food arrived much too late despite the fact that a time had been agreed upon, as if we have all day at work! And as expected, it was cold! A waste of money, and we can honestly conclude that this restaurant is not recommended; you'd be better off saving your money! They were also unreachable by phone; how is that even possible? And a typical Dutch phenomenon: the leftover fries were re-fried and served. Are potatoes really so expensive that they have to serve leftovers to customers?

Really tasty food and fast; sometimes you get something for free as a token of appreciation. Truly the best doner place. And cheap and customer-friendly, really better than Shalom. The best in Haarlem and the surrounding area.

We ordered food, it took an hour and a quarter before we received it. We got half the order. And for the things we did get, we had to assemble the kapsalon ourselves. The lettuce and sauce came separately. That took a while again. The fries bag was transparent from the grease. So we called them back and an incredibly rude delivery person answered the phone who didn't answer and just left us to our fate. We called the place: ‘The delivery person forgot.’ So they brought it, half an hour later. We got the last 2 Turkish pizzas. One has a hole in the bottom, so everything is covered in sambal and garlic sauce. Furthermore, the thing is completely soggy because it sat there for half an hour. This is not the first bad experience. We did get 2 small baklava blocks to compensate, though. Great! I wouldn't order here…

The food is bad and arrived cold. I had to wait 1.5 hours for a hamburger and a Turkish pizza; both were soggy and limp. Definitely not recommended.

Nasty sauce, fries sauce. You really have to be hungry to eat something here. Go into town to eat, it's always better.

I happened to be wearing orange today. I was given preferential treatment. Two customers were let ahead of me. Then the durum chicken was burnt. I have been coming here for years, and have never been served so poorly. July 29, '26, 11:30 PM. Completely worthless. I tell everyone in orange clothing to go order there!

If you order at 00:30, you won't get your food until 02:15! Order incomplete, Turkish pizza tastes like cardboard and plastic. The chicken itself is trash, if you can even find it, because they are very stingy with it. The food arrives soggy too. If you write "do not ring the doorbell" in the comments, they ring it twice anyway. Delivery is slow, unfriendly, and they can't read. They don't know what communication is because they simply don't answer the phone. I am really never ordering here again because this isn't the first time and they aren't doing anything to resolve the issues either. A lousy place.

I ordered here, expecting the food within an hour. That was done, but the food was cold, not tasty, and the order was incorrect. We pointed this out, but nothing was done about it. Eventually, the man said you would get your money back tomorrow if you brought the food we gave you. I said I found that ridiculous, because that is not how it should be. Finally, the man said you would get your food again. In the end, we waited 2 hours and it still hadn't arrived. The saw just closed without us getting our food. After that, I considered tasting the food and ate it. After 20 minutes, I got a severe stomach ache. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I find this ridiculous!!!!!

Biggest scammers ever. I ordered and paid for food last night at a quarter past 12. It was supposed to be delivered, but to date I have received nothing and they aren't answering the phone. Don't order here, people, you will lose your money.

Ordered a Turkish pizza at 00:18, have already been waiting for 1 hour and 23 minutes. The restaurant closes at 01:00 and no one is answering the phone and there is no food in sight.

Absolutely worthless. The doner was not tasty at all. The cheese looked more like a slice of plastic than real melted cheese and the meat was inedible. Everything tasted dry and tasteless. A waste of my money, I will never order from here again.

On Liberation Day, I got a kapsalon for 15 euros, much more expensive than usual, and received an extremely mediocre portion, even though I get one regularly. Very disappointing.

I really love the dürüm döner from this place — it is one of my favorites! 😍 Always super tasty: the meat is juicy, the sauces are really delicious, and the vegetables are fresh and crispy. Especially the cheese dürüm döner is my absolute favorite! 🧀 It is extra rich and has a wonderfully soft flavor. If you are looking for something tasty and filling — definitely give it a try, you won't regret it!

I got food from this place yesterday and it was truly scandalous. The staff acts fake-friendly by smiling in your face, but meanwhile they talk about you in their own language in a clearly disrespectful manner. That is not only unprofessional, but simply downright antisocial. The hygiene is perhaps even worse. The way the food is prepared is really filthy: everything is out in the open and uncovered, and it doesn't look fresh at all. They do try to make it look that way, but that is simply misleading. It gives a very unhygienic and unreliable feeling. This was a disgusting experience for me. I absolutely do not trust this place and will never come back here again. People really should think twice before getting food here. “Honestly, I think even one star is too much for this place.”

This company is a disgrace, absolutely awful. The order was supposed to arrive in 20 minutes. It took over an hour! They don't answer the phone, and you get a head of lettuce instead of meat, and it's lukewarm too. Don't even mention the rush hour, because it was 2:30 in the morning. Finally, at €3:58, we got food that should actually be called FOOD. You wouldn't even feed your dogs that.

It was a fantastic experience; everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The "Grote kapsalon" is truly huge! Amazing. Lots of meat too. The delivery time is quite long for a Tuesday evening, though, so that's a drawback. Previous experiences have also consistently shown very long delivery times, hence the 3 stars.

Yesterday evening we got a haircut. We were a bit late so we asked if we could eat it. No problem at all. It took about 10 minutes before it was ready. When I was halfway through my meal, we had to leave the place. I think that is absolutely unacceptable.

The owner and her father were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a large order, and we agreed on a time in advance, and everything was ready and waiting for us. The quality was excellent, and the price was even better than expected! We've had such friendly service here before; our son even got a free drink because he fell. I order here quite a lot when I'm at work and never have any complaints or problems. It's a really great company. You never have to wait long for your order and if it does take a little longer, they'll let you know by calling. It's a really great place to order food or eat there on location.

For 18 euros just for a hair salon and 2 drinks, in the end we only got one drink and the hair salon was small while we ordered XXL, the delivery person said we would call, no one answers

We used to love coming here, but since our last experience, we'll never go back. My 11-year-old son was scammed during a checkout; the amount was debited from his account twice (with three seconds between them). I sent an email to ask them to look into it, but haven't heard anything back. I basically consider it theft. It's incredibly mean to do this to a child. Never again!

This restaurant can be found at Thuisbezorgd under several names, including Vega Burger Brothers and Doner Dudes (just check the addresses, all Kleine Houtweg 1 ZW). We ordered from Burger Brothers once, the food was okay, but they were half an hour late. Ordered from Doner Dudes tonight before 6:30 PM, and at 7:15 PM it suddenly turns out that they are "not open" and the order is canceled. Why not open? Dönerkom is definitely open tonight! Suddenly, when we were very hungry, we were still able to order somewhere else. I will never order anything from Dönerkom or one of its aliases again! Unreliable!

It is a wonderful place that we cannot find more beautiful, cleaner and tastier in Harleem. I would like to express my endless gratitude to Mr. Düzgün, the owner of Dönerkom, and his staff.

Just what I was looking forward to. Ordered over the phone, very easy to arrange and good service. Food was at your door in 15 minutes, super fast. Food was nice and hot and tasted very good. I regret not leaving a tip. Thank you!

I ordered from them but did not get what I ordered, the food is tasty, but I bought a magnum of ice cream from them that I had already paid too much for, but then they deliver a completely different type of ice cream that contained much less and was old and they didn't even sell. I tried to reach them but they don't answer and are unreachable. Do better man. Whollah this disappointment.

So I haven't been able to eat now. He took my order back and I assume I will get my money back. When I call Dönerkom, no one answers and I can't find an e-mail address either. Do they even have them and if so, can someone help me and tell me what their email address is? Update: Finally reached them after calling 10 times. The person I spoke to was very polite and it was resolved

Had more problems at Dönerkom. They are definitely not the same as they used to be. The atmosphere has gone and their work ethic has also plummeted to a level that scares you. Some time ago, when I had a little too much alcohol, they also charged me 20 euros too much for some Turkish pizzas. Yesterday I thought 'you know what, I'll give it another chance and order a hair salon'. And the best part is that they charge €10 for that. Normally I would be okay with that, but the fries were not fresh (came from a bowl that was already there), so it had already become cold and limp. He asked 'chicken or veal', but the calf was gone and he took some chicken from a container that was already there. It's outrageous that they dare to charge 10 euros for this. In addition, I think the person who helped me was also sick, he coughed and prepared the food without gloves, which I didn't find particularly hygienic. I will never come back here unless I want to get off work the next day so I can poop all over the toilet. BE WARNED!!!

Did take away multiple times (never tried delivery). Staff is always super nice, food comes fast, it looks clean and fresh (which is honestly a rare case for fast food joints). Always getting generous portions. I am surprised by some negative comments, but maybe those were delivery orders.

Bezorgen blijft een vak apart, dat blijkt maar weer. Het eten is lekker maar ga het afhalen als je het warm en op tijd wilt hebben. Of ga in hun restaurant eten, dat is ook een bijzondere ervaring.
