It was a fantastic experience; everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

This company is a disgrace, absolutely awful. The order was supposed to arrive in 20 minutes. It took over an hour! They don't answer the phone, and you get a head of lettuce instead of meat, and it's lukewarm too. Don't even mention the rush hour, because it was 2:30 in the morning. Finally, at €3:58, we got food that should actually be called FOOD. You wouldn't even feed your dogs that.

The "Grote kapsalon" is truly huge! Amazing. Lots of meat too. The delivery time is quite long for a Tuesday evening, though, so that's a drawback. Previous experiences have also consistently shown very long delivery times, hence the 3 stars.

Yesterday evening we got a haircut. We were a bit late so we asked if we could eat it. No problem at all. It took about 10 minutes before it was ready. When I was halfway through my meal, we had to leave the place. I think that is absolutely unacceptable.

A dish for less than 20 euros, including 100 grams of fries, meat as much as the cat has cried and a piece of old bread... no salad, no sauce, if I had known it would look like this I would not have paid 5 euros.

The owner and her father were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a large order, and we agreed on a time in advance, and everything was ready and waiting for us. The quality was excellent, and the price was even better than expected! We've had such friendly service here before; our son even got a free drink because he fell. You've gained a satisfied customer!

I wanted to place an order for 8 pickups. I called exactly 10 times and they never answered. I even got hung up once... very strange, this place is off my list.

I order here quite a lot when I'm at work and never have any complaints or problems. It's a really great company. You never have to wait long for your order and if it does take a little longer, they'll let you know by calling. It's a really great place to order food or eat there on location.

One Fernandes received too little, a hair salon that was lukewarm and not very tasty, unfortunately also could not get in touch, phone does not answer.

For 18 euros just for a hair salon and 2 drinks, in the end we only got one drink and the hair salon was small while we ordered XXL, the delivery person said we would call, no one answers

Asking for a donner without hot sauce. The guy behind the counter thought it was funny to give a lot of sambal. Worst experience ever in Haarlem.

Super sweet guys! When I said I was getting Turkish pizza for my dad's birthday, they even gave me a whole box of baklava! Great service and delicious food! :P

We used to love coming here, but since our last experience, we'll never go back. My 11-year-old son was scammed during a checkout; the amount was debited from his account twice (with three seconds between them). I sent an email to ask them to look into it, but haven't heard anything back. I basically consider it theft. It's incredibly mean to do this to a child. Never again!

The doner is fantastic and the people who work there give such a nice atmosphere and I suggest to eat this to everyone. Best Doner!!

This restaurant can be found at Thuisbezorgd under several names, including Vega Burger Brothers and Doner Dudes (just check the addresses, all Kleine Houtweg 1 ZW). We ordered from Burger Brothers once, the food was okay, but they were half an hour late. Ordered from Doner Dudes tonight before 6:30 PM, and at 7:15 PM it suddenly turns out that they are "not open" and the order is canceled. Why not open? Dönerkom is definitely open tonight! Suddenly, when we were very hungry, we were still able to order somewhere else. I will never order anything from Dönerkom or one of its aliases again! Unreliable!

It is a wonderful place that we cannot find more beautiful, cleaner and tastier in Harleem. I would like to express my endless gratitude to Mr. Düzgün, the owner of Dönerkom, and his staff.

Just what I was looking forward to. Ordered over the phone, very easy to arrange and good service. Food was at your door in 15 minutes, super fast. Food was nice and hot and tasted very good. I regret not leaving a tip. Thank you!

I ordered from them but did not get what I ordered, the food is tasty, but I bought a magnum of ice cream from them that I had already paid too much for, but then they deliver a completely different type of ice cream that contained much less and was old and they didn't even sell. I tried to reach them but they don't answer and are unreachable. Do better man. Whollah this disappointment.

I've ordered food from here several times and it's almost always late (5 to 10 minutes). I think that's a shame, because the food is tasty. Today my order was supposed to be delivered at 6:15 PM and at 6:30 PM it still hadn't arrived. At 6:40 PM the delivery person was finally at my door, but by then I had to leave for work. So I haven't been able to eat now. He took my order back and I assume I will get my money back. When I call Dönerkom, no one answers and I can't find an e-mail address either. Do they even have them and if so, can someone help me and tell me what their email address is? Update: Finally reached them after calling 10 times. The person I spoke to was very polite and it was resolved

I ate an xxl bowl with fries, beef kebab and salad, the whole thing was very tasty, generously gratinated with cheese and garnished with jalapenos if desired. For this 12 euros, large beer 2 euros. 6 minutes from the center

Had more problems at Dönerkom. They are definitely not the same as they used to be. The atmosphere has gone and their work ethic has also plummeted to a level that scares you. Some time ago, when I had a little too much alcohol, they also charged me 20 euros too much for some Turkish pizzas. Yesterday I thought 'you know what, I'll give it another chance and order a hair salon'. And the best part is that they charge €10 for that. Normally I would be okay with that, but the fries were not fresh (came from a bowl that was already there), so it had already become cold and limp. He asked 'chicken or veal', but the calf was gone and he took some chicken from a container that was already there. It's outrageous that they dare to charge 10 euros for this. In addition, I think the person who helped me was also sick, he coughed and prepared the food without gloves, which I didn't find particularly hygienic. I will never come back here unless I want to get off work the next day so I can poop all over the toilet. BE WARNED!!!

Never thought someone could be lacking so many cooking skills and still work at horeca ,they can't even fry potatoes. The fries were burnt and the meat was dry. Definitely won't give them another try

Good location, on a corner close to the center. In terms of reach by car it is the best. Quality Extremely Disappointing. But nothing else going on. P.S. If you order something for delivery here, give that boy a nice tip, which he will not experience with delivering during bad weather. Felt sorry for him when he came in after a delivery. So don't be so stingy, your döner is already 5 times cheaper than your dish at Loetje.

chicken, veal or rabbit said the man behind the counter, I said rabbit. then he told me: eat this or throw it away. I'm a vegetarian so I chose to throw it away but then had to pay 100 euros🤨🤨. I gave 5 stars because I have a great delivery car.

Did take away multiple times (never tried delivery). Staff is always super nice, food comes fast, it looks clean and fresh (which is honestly a rare case for fast food joints). Always getting generous portions. I am surprised by some negative comments, but maybe those were delivery orders.

Tussen de middag een Dönerbox en een broodje Döner gehaald, was binnen 5minuut klaar. Vlees was hartstikke goed en de combinatie van saus was perfect. Broodje zelf smaakte ook redelijk vers. Broodje Döner: 9/10 Dönerbox: 9/10 Groetjes de mediamarkt jongens

Bezorgen blijft een vak apart, dat blijkt maar weer. Het eten is lekker maar ga het afhalen als je het warm en op tijd wilt hebben. Of ga in hun restaurant eten, dat is ook een bijzondere ervaring.

En 5 seconden later krijg ik eerst de kalf, hoog op smaak, goed gekruid en stevig van structuur en daarna, ook weer recht van de rol, een superzacht plakje gegrilde kippendij. Ik kies voor de laatste, maar de attente, snelle en schone handeling en de vanzelfsprekendheid ervan vond ik indrukwekkend genoeg om meteen deze review te schrijven. Dönerkom, goed bezig!

Dit is oprecht de beste zaak waar je eten kan halen in de avond in Haarlem. Je eten is snel klaar en het is goed bereid Ze zijn tot laat open en het is top kwaliteit
