McDonald's in Meerwijk

I had a terrible experience visiting this place. I ordered only one ice cream to take with me and thought I would get it quickly and go for a walk. I waited too long even though there were almost no people in the place and the waiting list was empty, the ice cream was in a vanilla cup and there wasn't even any paper on it. My ice cream was poured with bare hands by 2 people and it was just standing on the table to receive the order without any protection. It was disgusting!

Ordered food at 12 o'clock. It is 13:30 and we are still waiting. Very curious if our order is correct and edible. Yuck.

Really bad, dirty, and ridiculously filthy

Haven't been, but I've seen the prices and know that I won't be eating at McDonald's again anytime soon.

I got a McFlurry and it was only a quarter full, I had to ask for more.

Paying 50 cents while you've already paid for a drink, and then this is the state of the toilet… By the way, there is no toilet paper to be found anywhere either. I find this truly ridiculous.

The wait for my order was incredibly long!!! The burger didn't have all the ingredients. The patty was completely overcooked. I paid for a plastic cup, but it came in a paper one without ice.

More then 55m for a order And everything was cold they didn't even say sorry

Unfortunately, I just waited 20 minutes for 2 hamburgers in an almost completely empty branch. After waiting 20 minutes, I politely asked if it was ready. When I got home, I discovered that they were actually two wrong hamburgers. Great

Waited over 30 minutes for the order, and then they bring an incomplete order with the Bic Macs completely upside down.

Waited 30 minutes for a burger that arrived cold. Staff wandered around the restaurant with no apparent purpose.

It used to be good, but now it's mediocre. The fries are sometimes not warm or just very soggy and bland. The burgers are sometimes cold. The Takeaway screen doesn't show the numbers, so it's broken. Get IT involved. It's also a shame about the loitering teenagers after 5:00 PM: noise, bikes in front of the entrance... If I were the manager, I would take action.

It's a McDonald's, not much difference between restaurants. The chicken nuggets at this Mac aren't the best, and for some reason you have to pay to use the restroom even if you've ordered something here.

Fast food? You end up waiting 30-40 min for a simple order, and when it finally arrives, it's cold and not eatable

It isn't even busy, and I had to wait 35 minutes for the food. Not even a "sorry for the long wait." And on top of that, a large portion of fries that was only half-filled. The branch is very dirty, tables haven't been cleaned, and the floors are covered in food and other trash.

Worst McDonald experience in a long time. Waiting 20mins for coffee / icecream. Our order was never announced, when asking about it we noticed it was standing there. After complaining the icecream was melted, we got a another one (wrong taste).

I placed an order at this McDonald's via Uber Eats, but the delivery time kept getting pushed back. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, the order was canceled. I wanted to cancel the order myself, but then I had to pay.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of hassle again with forgotten sauces, Happy Meal toys, nuggets, burgers, drinks... There doesn't seem to be any control on their end...

Very happy with this McDonald's in Schalkwijk. The food is always delicious, fresh, and of excellent quality. You can park your car for free at the tanning salon, and it's just a short walk across the square. The staff is also friendly.

Waiting 25 min for burger and coffee

Our order didn't arrive until 1.5 hours later, and we had to throw half of it away because it was inedible. Undercooked, cold, soggy fries, a Big Mac with only one burger on it, and we were missing a burger. This is the second time that at least the fries are inedible. It will also be the last time we order from here. Reading the other reviews, they should probably close this place down.

There's always a first time for everything. This is where you, as a customer, have to pay for the restroom...what a worthless company.

I've ordered several times, and each time something is forgotten, or the customer service is poor when I point this out. This McDonald's is absolutely not recommended.

I wish I'd read the reviews sooner. Because they're not a lie. The food tasted of old grease, which you could still taste in your mouth four hours later. The order was completely wrong. The plates were gone, and the self-service printer was out of paper. We had two small children with us and had to wait a very long time. We were also running out of patience. What a shame! The gentleman who helped me remained genuinely polite; I felt sorry for him, because he did his best. The rest of the staff didn't make an effort. The people around me were also very dissatisfied. I would close this place down; this doesn't reflect well on McDonald's.

This Tuesday I came in for my usual: a big mac and some 20 piece nuggets. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing. The workers were so so marvelous! I am in shock. Each time I came in this McDonald's, it wasn't that great, but it was overall fine. This Tuesday I felt like something changed. Now I enjoy this experience even more. I can confidently say that it's because of the employees! Have you hired anyone recently?

Possibly the worst place I've ever been. So you keep trying, but what a disaster. Checkout at 12:01, and my Big Mac arrived at 12:22. On a quiet early Friday afternoon, around noon, with TWO orders ahead of me. Disgraceful. Employees standing around the counter doing nothing. A manager walking around the store making phone calls, and apparently only one soul in the kitchen. This has been going on for ages. It won't change. Waiting 20 minutes for your best-selling item is simply unacceptable.

If your business is in this state and you don't have qualified staff, you might as well keep your doors closed. Food that's laid out and not served... inexperienced staff, a manager who's fiddling around on the phone, and coming home to cold, shoddy food, limp, cold fries, and watery milkshakes. I'm done. This is the last time for a while.

The sauce of the spicy mcchiken was 0.1% less spicy and I think that's a shame

Paying for a filthy toilet, really disgusting. And all the tables are filthy. It wasn't busy, so there was plenty of time to do something better.

What an unprofessional place this is! They only do things when you ask them to. The order arrives 20 minutes late, and we don't get everything we ordered. We have to keep going back and forth to the counter to ask where the rest of the order is. We ordered Oreo McFlurry, which was made but was brought out 10 minutes later (already melted). I think the managers are asleep. The restaurant isn't clean, the trash cans are overflowing, and the toilet is dirty. I'm hoping for a change!

The burgers were just thrown back in the box, so I had to put everything back together myself. I was disappointed. But this time they didn't forget anything regarding sauce and drinks. And you can't see anywhere that your order is ready. They shout around.

The staff is young, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ordered two meals, and they were quick and professional. The staff also spoke excellent English. I recommend this McDonald's to everyone; the prices are also very reasonable.

It's gotten really bad. Chicken nuggets from a few days ago were completely dried out and had been in the deep fryer for too long. Fries that were already soggy. Never had such bad food. Several items were missing, so we had to go to the counter several times. I understand it's busy, but the quality has to deteriorate so much. I've tried a few times, but it's not good. Staff yelling and complaining behind the counter because I supposedly had a difficult coffee order. I almost didn't dare drink it anymore, afraid someone had spit in it. It's a shame it's deteriorated so much.

Sometimes it is good and fast, and sometimes it takes forever to get your order. Once my order number was already cleaned up from the display, and still waited 15 more minutes afterwards.

Very easy to do, waste bins are overflowing so many people don't clean up their stuff, it's ridiculous that if you eat here you have to pay for the toilet, toilets aren't even clean!! If you spend €40 with your family, you will also spend more than €2.50 on the toilets.

We ate there with several people. And not just one hamburger per person. And if you use the toilet as a paying guest, it costs 50 cents. Crazy

This Joe is fast food. You wait for the basic 2 sandwiches as much as you wait for a normal lunch at a restaurant. There are no people alone waiting to order.

It was bad there, the food was served very late, we had to find out the reason ourselves.

Ordered food at 7:15 PM, the food didn't arrive until 7:45 PM. The people at the table next to us had a time of 40 minutes between ordering and receiving their food.

Waiting 25 minutes for a cold hamburger and cold fries. Do you need to go to the toilet? That costs 50 cents, regardless of whether you are a customer or not.

Rush hour you expect organization there was none. Orders going wrong people waiting over 30 minutes for orders both take away and dining in. It’s a nightmare. People coming back because their order was wrong. When I was working at macdonalds this didn’t happen. There needs to be structure and hot food and well made. Even the managers were unsure what to do. Normally when I come here it’s good and everything but this time it was a nightmare with a total of like 50-70 people waiting for food.

After waiting more than 50 minutes with 2 children, they couldn't tell me how long it would take, so I asked for my money back and went to a real snack bar.

Mozzarella sticks were lukewarm. I suspect these have been there for a while. McMuffin was fresh and coffee excellent.

Friendly staff, speaking English and Dutch, clean environment. Food is descent but this location lacks in some ways. For example, i recieved a bacon and egg mc muffin and a double bacon and egg mc muffin. Both only coming with 1 piece of bacon cut in half. Other locations are much more generous with the toppings.

During the day it goes fine, but in the evening there is a blond man of about 20 in a white shirt and he really doesn't like that guy at all. Just acts popular and has no idea what's going on. I wonder what this boy is doing in a catering business.
