They forgot my drink and when I called them they hung up disrespectful and shameful this happened a lot the service is terrible here

It used to be good, now it's mediocre. The fries are sometimes not warm or bland. The screen of Takeaway does not show the numbers, so it's broken. Get IT involved. The column for ordering does not scan the app. It's also a shame about the youngsters hanging around after 5 p.m.: noise, bicycle in front of the entrance... If I were the manager I would take action.

We actually wanted to go to the bathroom and get something to eat there. Someone defecated next to the toilet, and I definitely wouldn't call the part of the kitchen that was visible clean. Simply disgusting.

The order arrived 3 hours late because there were not enough delivery people. When the order finally arrived, the soft potatoes were cold. The man who delivered the order threw the drinks away...very poor service

Ordered food at 7:15 PM, the food didn't arrive until 7:45 PM. The people at the table next to us had a time of 40 minutes between ordering and receiving their food.

After waiting more than 50 minutes with 2 children, they couldn't tell me how long it would take, so I asked for my money back and went to a real snack bar.

Rush hour you expect organization there was none. Orders going wrong people waiting over 30 minutes for orders both take away and dining in. It’s a nightmare. People coming back because their order was wrong. When I was working at macdonalds this didn’t happen. There needs to be structure and hot food and well made. Even the managers were unsure what to do. Normally when I come here it’s good and everything but this time it was a nightmare with a total of like 50-70 people waiting for food.

Waiting 25 minutes for a cold hamburger and cold fries. Do you need to go to the toilet? That costs 50 cents, regardless of whether you are a customer or not.

Friendly staff, speaking English and Dutch, clean environment. Food is descent but this location lacks in some ways. For example, i recieved a bacon and egg mc muffin and a double bacon and egg mc muffin. Both only coming with 1 piece of bacon cut in half. Other locations are much more generous with the toppings.

During the day it goes fine, but in the evening there is a blond man of about 20 in a white shirt and he really doesn't like that guy at all. Just acts popular and has no idea what's going on. I wonder what this boy is doing in a catering business.

I recently visited a McDonald's with the intention of eating too, but ended up just using the toilet. I had to pay €0.50 for this, which is fine if you get a clean and well-maintained toilet in return. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case. The toilets were downright filthy and seemed not to have been cleaned for a while, there was also no toilet paper so I couldn't use them. When I reported this to the manager, I was told that she "couldn't stand there as an agent." But if you charge customers for using the toilet, you can at least expect hygiene to be in order. It felt like my complaint was not taken seriously. We have not eaten here, and given this experience we would not consider doing so. Really disappointing how this branch treats customers and hygiene.

Went to the counter 4 times. 1x for no mayo, 1x no napkins, 1x no cutlery and no straw and the chocolate mikshake had no taste, we did make new ones but it was much better now. I'm not used to this from McDonald's

Ate with 2 adults (2x) order inside was cold fries and the sauce from the MC croquette was more in the "napkin" than between the sandwich! spend a good €25 and then you also have to pay for the sanitary facilities!! store was 1/3 full with customers on Saturday at 1/2 6? where several customers sat at tables with excessive noise (telephone) without the people having ordered or eaten anything there, I felt like I was abroad! The reason for eating there was that Haarlem North was being renovated, so it won't be happening again anytime soon.

I got a McFlurry here today, I paid 4.85 for it and I got a cup with less than half of it filled with ice, I said something about it and nothing was done with it, it was a shame, I finished it in 3 bites and I paid for it. Good food but the eating area is dirty, all the tables, it doesn't hurt to get the waiters used to cleaning the tables at least one time x hour.
