Mediocre. The service was very inexperienced but engaging. I ordered venison, which turned out to be very poorly prepared. (Livery) Pleasant space with excellent acoustics. Price/quality: very poor.

I visited the door three times, and according to information online, it was open, but upon arrival, it was closed. No note or message on the door.

In our opinion, Holsterhof is a true hidden gem and is definitely on par with many Michelin-starred restaurants. From start to finish, we enjoyed an exceptional meal and were truly surprised by the high culinary standards. Every dish was refined, exciting, and perfectly balanced. We opted for the most extensive menu, supplemented with several entrées. The accompanying wines were smooth, carefully matched, and completed the experience. The service was warm, professional, and pleasantly relaxed. The photos speak for themselves, but they don't do justice to the experience at the table. For two people, we spent €360 for the most extensive menu, several entrées, and paired wines. Definitely a place to remember and to return to without a doubt.

My girlfriend and I were out for a walk, and I suddenly felt unwell. The hospitality staff was very helpful and kind, and we were able to sit down and recover for a bit, and they gave us something to drink and eat to help us feel faint.
