We had a delicious meal at Dragon City on Christmas Day, with excellent service. We'll definitely be back.

Ate here with a group of 28 people. The food was delicious. The spicy Dragon City soup was delicious, though a bit too spicy for some. We also had a fish dish with orange and chicken with white sesame seeds (don't remember the name), which was also very tasty. The Babi Pangang, the tipan vegetables with shrimp, and the tipan vegetables with beef tenderloin were also very good. It was my/our first time, but definitely not the last.

When the food finally arrived, an hour later than promised, it turned out to be the biggest disappointment in culinary history. The spring rolls tasted like plastic, and the nasi looked older than my grandfather's grandfather.

If you're looking for truly delicious Chinese food, this is the place to be. You'll receive a very friendly welcome upon arrival. There's always a table available. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Table service is also excellent. The food is hot and delicious. You really get your money's worth here. Highly recommended. I've had food delivered before, and it arrives nice and warm. They deliver from Sprang, Capelle, to Heusden. I don't know how they do it, but it's always delivered hot and delicious.

Delicious food and super good and friendly service from these people. I placed an order via their site (online). Nasi goreng with chicken satay, twice. However, due to a misunderstanding I ordered something with pork. Called the owners and received a new meal in a super friendly and understanding manner. How great is that. And the food tasted delicious. Super!

The food was very good! It is also special that the service serves my plate and neatly explains what is on my plate. Friendly and neat staff. It is yet another good Chinese restaurant and highly recommended. The only thing I really noticed that affects the atmosphere is that there is no music in the background. I'm used to that at a Chinese restaurant. There are also no tablecloths on the tables. This together means that it influences the atmosphere.

Terrible, 50 e for nothing. You can have it back. No flavour, no seasoning. Never again. Having pieces of cheap pork ham in my “chicken dishes”

Taken away, the monthly menu. Something for everyone. Quickly helped, friendly staff. Food is of good quality. Good parking options. Satisfied, I would like to come here again.

Christmas buffet on Boxing Day, one third of the containers empty in the others but little choice. I had the feeling that the kitchen was overloaded, with buffet and takeaway and still off the menu. If you do something you have to do it well and not like this and certainly not for 35 euros per person. Not worth repeating for us.

Since we live in Waalwijk we order Chinese from Dragon City. Sometimes pick up, but increasingly online, because that is just as easy. I am a fussy eater, very picky, but I don't have to explain that when ordering, because Kay knows exactly how I like my babi pangang and has long since passed that on to the back. Kay knows his customers, whether you come every month or once a year. After 13 years of enjoying it, it is not just babi pangang that I order, I have now come to like a large part of their menu and I am still discovering new tasty dishes.

Delicious food for a normal price

It's not big so it's less busy, which doesn't matter to us, we like that. The food was very tasty, the staff was friendly and if you were short of something you just had to ask and they would give you twice as much. We will definitely eat there again.

Lovely food, we've ordered several times usually it is very prompt delivery. Last time however we preordered our food in advance at 16.30 to arrive by 18.00. We had to call because it was so late and was given the excuse "it was busy". Wasn't too happy about this because we needed to feed family before they could leave on a long journey. We hoped pre order would prevent this problem. The delivery driver complained that he had several orders and I was one of 3 or 4.

Placed order by telephone, gentleman was friendly? There is a but Ordered bami pangang suckling pig, picked it up, paid properly, opened the meat at home and it looked good. Only the container was half full, when I called the woman started talking about the purchase price, which I didn't understand.

Bad experience. Bought a Chinese Indian rice table for €40.50. Delivered without rice. We threw the Indian food in the bin because it was not tasty. We are used to eating Indian food. The lady on the phone asked if we wanted noodles or nasi. I asked if it was possible to do both. Then it was possible. She asked if we wanted prawn crackers with it. I said yes. The lady forgot to tell me that I had to pay for the nasi, noodles and prawn crackers. All in all I had to pay €53.00.

Delicious food! You get a lot for your money, they deliver quickly and are super friendly. I made a mistake when ordering and they changed it at no cost and brought extra money. Super!

Not so satisfied last time, Dragon City responded immediately and politely. Now ordered Chinese rice table, everything was delicious and more than enough!

We ordered the Chinese-Indian rice table for 4 people. We had dinner with 5 people. The dishes were freshly prepared and tasted excellent. There was enough to enjoy with 5 people the next day. Recommended!

Dear Kay, I did indeed give you 3 stars. It has nothing to do with the quality of the food but more with the dishes offered. We were with a large group and unfortunately it happened too often that people could not get what they wanted because it was gone or almost gone. We had to call in the staff too often to have everything replenished properly. You should pay more attention to this in the future.

Order 20 spring rolls, I then receive 3 containers of satay, I go back to tell you, instead of 20 spring rolls, I get 2 portions of spring rolls and 2 containers of satay.

We komen hier regelmatig om eten af te halen. Het smaakt altijd erg lekker. De gastheer is altijd vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader. Over het algemeen hoef je ook nooit echt lang te wachten. Het buffet zelf nog nooit geprobeerd maar ook dat schijnt goed te zijn.

Zal hier zeker terug komen Dat ik hier terecht kwam is dat de Chinees in de Grotestraat in Waalwijk de laatste keer een maand menu mee heeft gegeven dat opgewarmd was inde magnetron. Bij deze Dragon City was alles dik in orde en alles was heerlijk.

Not special. Mediocre buffet choice.

Very good. You don't expect this at this location. We have now enjoyed the buffet twice, which includes rice, nasi, noodles, noodles, various meat, fish and egg dishes. Also includes a limited sushi buffet. Everything is well prepared and warm. The buffet is also frequently checked. Dessert buffet is a bit simple: you have to scoop ice cream yourself from containers in a chest freezer. Also some fruit, cakes and mousse in bowls. Very big compliment to the manager and his employees: all extremely friendly and attentive. Don't worry about the price, you really get value for your money here.

Well, oh well. Nothing special. The dishes actually all lack some "spice". As if the kitchen has extracted everything from a pack of Knorr. It's a shame.
