I don’t agree with the other reviews here. These guys work so hard to send and receive our packages, and it is understandable that they must cut down on certain delivery companies. I appreciate the efforts they put in! A little respect and sympathy never hurt.

Im updating my review today from 1 to 3 stars because after returning today the owner provided a courteous and clear explanation with proof of the issue. For those who need to return a package with GLS, suggest that you first contact this location to find out if the issue is resolved (awaiting more tickets and GLS is not responsive.) ——— ORIGINAL——— Rude and unprofessional. Told me they didnt have any more tickets (?) to process my GLS dropoff. He kept repeating that over and over with no alternative suggestion. All this place does is process packages. How do they run out of tickets?

Sometimes very very busy , had to wait 20 mins today to drop something off. Not necessarily the fault of the store, more cause people don’t have the right information at hand and clog up the queue. That is a shame but I salute the employee for working so hard.

Als je de zaak binnenloopt, dan vraag je je af of het wel goed gaat komen met je pakketje. Maaar deze man is zo vriendelijk en werkt echt keihard! No stress :D

Actually I was surprised seeing the comments and reviews. I'm not here to promote the shop, I'm here to say thank-you for the kind staff. I'm a foreign student study in Amsterdam, so you know more or less about my financial state... I was there last week trying to printing my book because I can't buy it... I was surprised the price of printing is 20cent per page and I've quite a lot to print... Worse that time I only have like $20 left on my wallet. Meanwhile the printing cost supposed to be €14. The staff seems know my condition and he just let me pay for €10 instead of €14. I know it's small money €4 but for foreign student like me that means a lot.

A busy post point, you might have to wait in the queue for a while now and again but the staff are friendly and helpful in my experience. People complaining about the boxes everywhere, I don't understand, it's a post point for several post companies and provides a lot of convenience because of that, of course there will be a lot of boxes around the place 😂 you can also email your shipping label in advance and they will print it for you for 50ct.

Ik kom hier vaak voor pakjes, het is een populair pakjes punt, dus vaak druk, maar wordt altijd goed geholpen

Vriendelijke medewerkers, rommelige zaak maar goede verzending. Helaas zijn de openingstijden niet betrouwbaar. Zou open gaan om 9, terug zijn om 10.. tot 10 over 10 staan wachten maar helaas kwam niemand..
