Extraordinary atmosphere, incredible decor and service, great meal! I highly recommend

I went here with a group for a birthday celebration, we got a drink menu, 40 minutes later we asked the server whether we can order. While waiting for the drinks, we got no food menu. We asked for the food menu, another 30 minutes before we could order upon request for ordering. All in all, we arrived at 19.45 and left around 23.30, not by choice. Everything took extremely long, we had to ask multiple times for service and were met with an attitude from several servers. This led us to not even want to order dessert as we knew this would probably also take another 30 minutes and we were over the whole ideal. To make matters worse, the food was salty and the chicken was dry and undercooked. Matched with just one round of drinks after asking multiple times whether we can order drinks. I wish this experience on nobody. We will not be returning. Short description: Expensive food, bad service, not worth the price AT ALL. Ps: They also forgot we made a deposit of €160 and we had to remind them.

During our vacation we wanted to visit Mama Kelly in Amsterdam but unfortunately it was closed

Organized a bachelorette a few months ago. We had emailed to ask if we could bring our own decorations. Unfortunately we never received an answer. Nevertheless, we decided to bring some decorations. To our surprise, it later turned out that the rules regarding this were very strict and few decorations were allowed. This was a shame as we had hoped to make the table a bit more personal and festive. The food and drinks were good but not very special. Furthermore, the atmosphere was good and the staff was friendly!

Service was traag, zoeken geen oogcontact. Halve kip was normaal. Je betaald meer voor de sfeer/bekendheid dan service/eten

I would say this is more of an instagram experience than a good place to eat. The chicken and lobster were both tough and dry, the dessert was meh. Great place for photos. I'd recommend going for drinks rather than for dinner.

The decor is the main attraction of this venue. Found the food to be overpriced and underwhelming, the location is also a little far out from city centre.

de Muizen lopen langs je tafel! Personeel kan daar om lachen. Ik zal dit melden bij de NVWA. Erg leuke ambiance, maar eten slecht en veel te duur. Niet naar toe gaan.

Cool decor. Food was okay, pretty expensive but tasty enough

Gezellig roze, zeer vriendelijke bediening. Voor zover echt goed! Mimosa brunch. Eten is een drama. Hamburger kip is nog rood van binnen. Kok geeft aan dat deze op 70 graden gegaard is daarna op 180 graden in de oven. Dat kan niet waar zijn met deze lichte kleur.Niet gaar en wellicht ziekmakend dus. Macarons en zoetigheden wwaaronder een soort cheesecake( lachertje> is een blubberig zoet gebakje, eigenlijk mierzoet maar niet echt lekker en verfijnd. Sandwiches karig. Soep smakeloos, iets met pompoen maar vlak en niet definieerbaar. Voor de sfeer klopt het echt wel.. voor het eten> zoek verder.

Wir waren mit 5 Freundinnen hier, da diese Location auf Instagram sehr gut vermarktet und empfohlen wird. Leider waren wir durch unsere hohen Erwartungen sehr enttäuscht. Die Location ist schön, ästhetisch-keine Frage, jedoch war die Atmosphäre sehr kalt und erdrückend. Das Essen und die Getränke wird dem Preis definitiv nicht gerecht. Hier punktet lediglich die Einrichtung und das freundliche Personal. Wir waren auch gefühlt zu overdressed, da wir auf Social Media eben diese Art und Eleganz erwartet haben. Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach nicht.

This place is beautiful but it’s kind of expensive. They serve the same tea to everyone and I didn’t like that. In general the food was ok but the scones were amazing 💖.

Really very nice restaurant. Went their with the family to surprise my wife for her birthday. The food is really good and of high quality. The atmosphere is also very nice also in part of the professional and nice employees. A must visit in Amsterdam.

The main meal wasn’t very good, chicken could be cooked better and the server didn’t offer us any side dishes. On the other hand it’s a very nice experience for girls to chill in the “pinky” atmosphere.

Great interior but food is much overpriced and quite average in taste - was not very hot. Staff was nice but got our order wrong. We had to wait for a long time.

High tea zonder tea. Belachelijk duur voor wat je krijgt. Eten is niet lekker, thee kregen we 10 ml per keer. Geen thee pot o.i.d. Op tafel. Geen high tea te noemen. Je betaald voor al het rose, hoef er niet nogmaals naar toe. Geen aanrader.

Ziet er leuk uit van binnen, mooie bar beneden. Het eten mwoah. Prijs daarentegen errug hoog. Liep iemand in de bediening die de ene keer engels sprak en daarna weer nederlands. Erg irritant voor de mensen aan tafel. Was er niet zo kapot van.

high tea gedaan voor 2 personen op zondagmiddag. ( niet goed uitgekozen ) het was boven in grote ruimte. high tea was lekker en goed. mooi was alles in het rose, heel leuk. 3 soorten krijg je, onbeperkt. wat wel jammer, dat boven grote groepen zitten, en daar zit je dan tussen. echt lekker zit je niet, kan elkaar af en toe niet verstaan. we gingen beneden aan de bar zitten, om daar nog wat te drinken daar vond ik het mooier aangekleed. en rustig. maar de bar was niet open door personeelsgebrek. dat was mjmera.

THE MOST HONEST REVIEW and why I consider this place a 3 star: - Quite overpriced for what you get. - Lack of communication. - Food is not really good. It’s edible but nothing special. - Not an easy location to get by public transportation. - Good drinks. More details below: - We were for the brunch at 15:00 (only time available), but at 16:20 they were already bringing the bill. We were not told that the brunch closes at 17:00 and that we had to move elsewhere, which was quite uncomfortable. - The food was ok-ish: The pulled chicken was quite nice, but the rest, like a chicken burger was awful, it was dry and the bread hard, there was also a pumpkin soup that was somewhat decent, but no salt, some sweet things were tasty, but nothing spectacular. - You need to pay in advance to make a reservation, 20 euros per person. - Of course the place is beautiful, but it feels like that’s it. You’re paying for the looks of it. - many tables empty. We wanted to come a bit later, but they said it was full. But there are so many empty table and it seems to me that they keep like that just “so it’s pretty”. I wouldn’t come back again.

Lekker gegeten, een high tea met heel veel hapjes. Vriendelijke bediening. Wel wat druk en luidruchtig.

The restaurant is beautiful, great for dining solo, with someone special, or friends and family. The panther room looked really cool if you have an event. The staff are really lovely and very helpful. Food was delicious and exactly as on the menu.

Vorige maand een keer geluncht bij Mama kelly en vandaag een high tea gehad. Beide erg geslaagd. Bij de reservering van de laatste werd goed mee gedacht ivm dat ik met mijn dochter van 8 kwam. We konden voor haar een kinder high tea bestellen. Dat was super geslaagd! De bediening was beide keren ontzettend vriendelijk. Het eten echt heerlijk! We hebben ook heel veel leuke foto's kunnen maken. Voor mij is Mama kelly meer dan alleen een restaurant, het is de hele ervaring!

Beautiful decor and food but the service could be better. Server kept walking past us and serving other tables and it wasn’t busy. They also delivered the wrong food so we had to wait longer. Would recommend though, the food was delicious.

The place is nice but we expected more. We were super disappointed because we ordered a desert but they didn’t have it anymore. And we tried to order a Cesar Salad but there was no bacon anymore. The food was ok but is too expensive for that. The music and atmosfera were nice.

Niet zo mijn ding. Het ziet er leuk uit maar je merkt echt dat hier veel mensen zitten puur voor de foto's. Lief personeel alleen zaten wij denk ik in het vergeet hoekje. Eten was lekker, maar niet bijzonder en niet genoeg voor de prijs die we heben betaald.

Wauw wat 'n super mooie locatie Ik was er voor een filmp opname mooi interieur, grote roze ruimte een ronde bar en fijne zitjes met zicht op het olympish sportveld..

Best womens day celebration for me and my daughter!!! Amazing Pink interior, super kind staff, really good food and good sized portions ( we both had chicken) .. highly recommend it for a special occasion!!! Bravi!

De sfeer is leuk. Leuk ingericht. Echter de Prijs productkwaliteir-verhouding is totaal uit balans. Door de menu-keuze wordt je gedwongen om een bepaald minimumbedrag te spenderen. Voor een halve kip betaal je 30 euro ervan uitgaande dat het dessert dan 8 euro is. En dan heb je alleen kip. De sidedishes zijn ook nog vanaf 7 euro! Echt te duur! Zwaar Overrated!!!!!

Le restaurant est incroyable, tout rose , tout girly ! Le repas était super bon et les cocktails cocktails 🤤 , Le personnel était incroyablement gentil et aimable , wendy était super mignonne. Je recommande a 100% !! Super moment. Je vais revenir !!

Mooie plek voor vrouwen onderling. Heel irritant dat thee niet regelmatig ingeschonken word, dus we zaten vaak zonder thee. Bediening is lief, maar duurt wel even voor je wat krijgt. Op einde volle pond betaald voor de kinderen, terwijl dit niet goed is gecommuniceerd.
