Today's activity was a scavenger hunt for a lost dog. Participation was possible without sign-up.

Love the ambiance and laid back vibes. Almost lost conscience once but the slug trail kept me skidding through life. Only the rats kept biting my toenails which was helpful actually. It is my favourite bar in droef

Oh drunk slug tavern, Thank you for being a light at the end of the tunnel, while also being the tunnel where oblivion and mayhem, accordingly the light and the tunnel and viceversa, guide your guests through an adventure of a lifetime Here you will find many revolutions being plotted coupled with an infinity of stuff happening. Some of this stuff includes a nursery of punk (e.g. incredibly infamous band "spit valve" was born here), extremely fun lovely caretakers with a an absolutely exquisite taste in music, a garden that has won the best biodiversity hot spot of the neighborhood, many many many many many many speakers, toilets, 8 beds, a gas stove, a fridge, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, instruments, smoke machine, worms, professional lights, swamp and more vibes, untangible amounts of love and care. And overall a very safe space. Keep on rocking you drunk slugs I've been at sea for thirty years and I luv it ya mustard glunts

If you are lucky you find the best resident djs. Child and bird friendly space.

Im not sure what’s better: the service or the atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Great spot for tourists and locals alike.

Wandering through the woods near Wageningen I bumped into this beautifully decorated free festival. 10/10, would revisit if I could find the entrance again. I didn’t have a ticket but these nice folks let me in nonetheless. It was a magical experience. I tried to leave but until morning I was unable to locate the exit. In the meantime I had this intoxicating experience seeing several acts of beautiful eclectic music, fire breathing, comedy and acrobatics. Multiple specimen of exotic herbs and animals are found on the premises. I didn’t get to meet the slugs. The chickens are very friendly and open minded though. Parking and wardrobe: free parking. No lockers available. Festival site: One area. Indoor seating available inside the bike shed. Catering options: Wide selection of nachos, affordable pricing, several payment options available. Very nice people at the bar, waiting lines are non-existent. They make some killer cocktails. Sanitary facilities/hygiene rating: yes Child care: available on special request. I would suggest contacting the staff for information on pricing and conditions.

If you were to hold a gun to my head and ask what the best place in the world is for a nice drink, it would without a doubt be the Drunk Slug Tavern. It is located in a beautiful spot in picturesque Droevendaal. They are hospitable, and it is not commercial. It also sometimes happens that local bands perform, which means your evening can't be ruined. Best of all, there is always a chill atmosphere because they somehow attract super chill people. 10/10 would recommend. On your deathbed you will regret not coming more often. But then it's too late.

The drunk slug taverns hosts Slugs from all paths of life. Such sluggish - do not confuse with snobbish- place, sometimes slimey, rarely too slimey. Slug sessions are particularly recommended.

This is the best bar I've been to in Wageningen! The location is gorgeous, lots of plants and even chickens (there were baby chicks when we were there!). The people are so friendly and hospitable as well :). 100% recommend!!!

Great bar, good drinks, good vibes! Amazing concerts of upcoming bands from Waga, especially Puchero. Bartender really listens to you if you want a deep talk and even gives you lessons on insects :o Setting is really cool, great looking garden. And I cannot forget the platform, it's an experience. If you're in the neighborhood and are looking for a refreshing drink and good chillings go to the drunk slug tavern!

Don't miss out on taking a tour (or crawling) through the botanical garden just adjacent of the bar. This part-wild herbarium never seizes to fascinate passers-by and drunk slugs alike.

Hidden in the heart of Droef is the most iconic attraction of an already iconic neighborhood. Practically impossible to visit this pirate den without getting drunk. Really appreciated the anarchist approach of the bar tender, you can ask what you want but you don't know what you get!
