Never experienced anything like this! Very poor extraction so that there was a heavy greasy smell. While I was ordering (my husband was addressed to order, but I did so!) the employee stood with his back to me, interrupted me, picked up the phone and said in between, with his back to me, I can hear you, go ahead. I said that I was confused by this, but placed my order again. The order included a banner (it said on the sign) and family composition of fries for 4 people. Someone had placed and paid for a large order before us. Never seen anything so strange. The grease did not bubble, the fries were in there for a very long time, the snacks went out and back into the grease up to 3 times. In the meantime, a man from Thuiszorgd came. The employee made several phone calls, unintelligible to me, and looked back at which one. The home delivery guy left again and after a short while, the fries were already in 2 bags, snacks were out of the fat again, it turned out that the delivery person had taken the wrong order. The customer was very upset. Then he said to me: fries for 4 people, right? Yes, of course. Hop in the fat.... my snacks were already out, and then he grabbed an XXL frikadel and I said: not for me, to which he said this is viandel.... Really, seriously?????? I said; no of course not, this is frikadel, then give me a regular frikadel. And so he put that in, also the snacks again, grabbed another scoop of fries and said: 4 people, right? I said yes, but what are you going to do man?? You already have fries in it! And it really takes a very long time, is that fat hot? Yeah, he said fat is hot, but it wasn't enough and then he put that extra scoop of fries with the snacks back in the fat!!!!! I was thanked kindly and left. Should have done it earlier. The other side was also very disappointed, everything went wrong. Luckily I didn't take anything, I think this is really not ike and I wonder if you don't get sick from this

Placed an order for 20 euros tonight. We paid for it. Then, after an hour and a half, we still haven't received anything. Calling them isn't working; the number isn't in service. Now we've lost our money and haven't received any food.

Actually, it's not even worth a star, order didn't arrive. I reported that the order hadn't arrived, but they kept insisting their delivery driver delivered it. If you're looking for something to eat, I'd definitely choose something else.

I was a regular here throughout high school. I often got fries and burgers during breaks, and it never disappointed. The burgers were honestly just as good as those at many restaurants, and the fries were always delicious: fresh, well-fried, and full of flavor. It's a place I have many memories of, and the quality has always remained consistent. I'll definitely be back.

I want to give this restaurant -10 if possible, The owner and staff doesn't know anything about how Hospitality and restaurant business operates, as usual typical Dutch rude behavior... We went to this place to eat fries, our elder son doesn't wanted to eat fries so we brought for him subway and thought he can eat subway while we eat fries at this restaurant, we ordered our food and waiting till it come to our table, I told my elder son to start eating his sandwich, All the tables were dirty so I called the staff to clean the table, he was feeling discomfort cleaning the table because we highlighted him, he cleaned the table with fake smile and then he went to his boss who was busy making our fries and taking new orders from other customers, Suddenly the boss came to our table and told we are not allowed to eat outside food from other place, I told him it's for my kid and we are not sitting here for free, we have also ordered something as well but he insisted not eat there, My son felt really really bad, and he got upset. This kind of hospitality you can expect only in Holland, there are no human aspect or kindness in this restaurant We immediately left by doing take away, I will never visit this stupid place.... I see
