Today I was very disappointed with the fries; they were not fried properly and were soggy. It is a shame, this used to be a very high-quality restaurant with friendly staff.

Still excellent fries, snacks, and burgers! I don't know where those other reviews come from, but we have never had any problems with so-called soggy fries here.

The fries are not fresh and do not taste good. The frikandel speciaal did not open several times and looks more like a supermarket frikandel.

The new owner is the owner of Mona Lisa, two doors down. If he manages to retain a good team of staff, everything will surely be fine.

New owner. In the beginning things went reasonably well, but the man who ran everything left due to a difference of opinion. The current owner has driven away all the good staff and seems to be running it with family now. Meatball in gravy with a weird taste and delivered ice cold. Recently, cold croquettes too, and fries that were overcooked three times. Hopefully, the owner goes bankrupt soon or finds a motivated buyer. Simply worthless, and they won't be seeing me again. It's a shame you have to give a star anyway.

Always tasty fries, snacks, and ice cream

I've been coming here for 13 years! I've never experienced any of the owners being unfriendly or being difficult if something wasn't quite to my liking. The man who took over a few years ago is also always at Mona Lisa. The man works incredibly hard and is always cheerful and friendly. The fries and snacks are tasty and well-fried, and when they aren't, they always make it up to you. It's often the tone that makes the music ;)

Hard fries, containers getting smaller and smaller. Half-filled. They won't be seeing me there again.

Unfortunately, the chip shop is bizarrely bad right now. Reasons: tastes like fries that have been sitting around for 3 days and are getting lukewarm to cold. Frikandels are exactly the same story. Waited 25 minutes for 2 fries and a frikandel special with only one person in front of me.

I won't go there anymore, the food wasn't good, the fries baskets were black, the fries weren't clean and the grease was bad.

I was a regular here throughout high school. I often got fries and burgers during breaks, and it never disappointed. The burgers were honestly just as good as those at many restaurants, and the fries were always delicious: fresh, well-fried, and full of flavor. It's a place I have many memories of, and the quality has always remained consistent. I'll definitely be back.

Way too much salt on the fries, people are not looking for a solution

The food was cold. The croquette was still frozen inside. We had to wait a long time for it, and it felt like I was taking a salty bite with my fries. A hamburger with cheese was nowhere to be found. The owner was rude.

Owner was rude and looks grumpy at the customers, fries were cold, owner also shouts at staff.

I am currently pregnant and was given a raw croquette, the owner was grumpy and didn't want to do anything with it, thinking it was a bit of a dead end.

Cold food, grumpy people, dead end

Got food yesterday at 8:40 PM. The fries were so salty, they were inedible that we had to throw them away for 8 people. The cheese croquette was cold and still partially frozen, and the frikandellen speciaal (special frikadellen) was almost cold. It was expensive if you had to throw everything away. I called the restaurant at 8:55 PM to share my experience, but they didn't answer, even though they don't close until 9:00 PM. I had to go to McDonald's to get something to eat. I called today, and the service was poor and they were very unfriendly. On the phone, I heard the owner tell the woman I spoke to, "Just go ahead!" Well, the service was great, but it was expensive yesterday, which wasn't necessary. I expected more from this place; we didn't feel like royalty.

Had dinner here again after a long time. I liked it very much! Good hamburger with plenty of toppings (you don't often get that anywhere) and tasty fries. Also great service :)

Very clean chip shop with nice staff

Had ice cream with the kids. Very unfriendly staff, they can't smile. Especially that fat blonde with the unappetizingly drawn eyebrows should not work in the catering industry. The inside is also very dated and not clean.

Never seen a chip shop that had fixed a large order in such a short time. Toppers!

Closed on Friday afternoon at 12.45 because it is too busy. Wouldn't have been a problem for me to wait a little longer when it's busy, I understand, but I think closure is crazy.

Gewoon goeie friet, altijd kwaliteit.

Super goede friettent. Heerlijke friet, goede lekkere en grote burgers. Bestelling was mooi optijd klaar zelfs op een vrijdag middag.

Snacks zijn prima. De frieten daarentegen gewoon niet goed.... Niet krokant, slap zelfs. Hier mag meer aandacht aanbesteed worden.

Prima zaak, netjes en schoon binnen. Hamburgers lekker, friet mag van mij iets knapperiger... Tip: wat dachten jullie van zoete aardappelfriet en/of RASpatat. Om de drukte en dus wachten te omzeilen kun je online je bestelling plaatsen, of je gebruikt de wachttijd om even bij de Jumbo te shoppen.

Aardige cafetaria met veel keus

Heerlijke frites en frikand3lle speciaal. Ook de kwekkeboomkroketten zijn erg lekker. Vriendelijk personeel en je wordt er snel geholpen. Zeker een aanrader !!

Elke donderdag ijsje eten met de kleinzoon ! Geweldige ontvangst en bediening !

Vriendelijke bediening, harde werkers. De saté saus is een echte aanrader. Behalve bestellingen meenemen kun je ook in de cafetaria eten. Je bestelling wordt op aardewerk borden en goed bestek geserveerd. Ruim parkeerruimte aanwezig op het dak van de Jumbo.
