Restaria Vierrijk in Meerhoven

Tip: Order in advance so you don't even have to wait.

What a nice chip shop this has become. Very enthusiastic staff (it took a little getting used to this cheerfulness) and the food was certainly just like the old days. Good portions and even a bit cheaper! Highly recommended

A cozy cafeteria in Meerhoven. Very customer-friendly! The price-quality ratio is good. The freshly fried fries are my favorite!

Great place to eat. Placed a large order and the lady behind the counter was still being trained, but her friendliness and customer focus made up for it completely. The food was delicious, ready on time, and generous portions. Friendly people and tasty food at a reasonable price.

I have eaten here since the takeover and am very satisfied. The portions are a good size, the food was tasty, and the service was friendly. The ice cream is also highly recommended. For new owners, who of course still need to find their footing, they are already doing very well. I will definitely be back!

Truly top-notch service. I felt very much at ease. And the food was super! The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended. This is going to be my regular spot 😍

Since the cafeteria was taken over, the portions of fries have become very small.

Last Sunday, my girlfriend and I had a lovely lunch full of atmosphere. Friendly staff, communication was smooth, and it tasted fantastic!

Since they changed owners, unfortunately, they haven't been very good anymore. A lot of chaos among the staff. And orders get mixed up. It's a real shame because it used to be absolutely top-notch.

Always closed. Always closed before their own closing time or on vacation or whatever.

What a terrible proprietor! We ordered for over €26 and sat down at a table with a small baby of 1.5 years old. For convenience, I asked for a glass of water, just a glass of water. I could order a bottle of water, but getting a glass of water for the little one was not possible. Because then the lady would have to wash an extra glass. This demonstrates anything but a humane response. I will never come here again! Read other reviews about this awful woman who visibly prefers not to have foreigners in her establishment. She is visibly cheerful and happy towards Dutch customers.

Tasty fries and snacks. The dishes are delicious too. It's a shame they aren't always open. I heard that a new owner is moving in soon, so hopefully we won't find ourselves standing in front of a closed door so often.

Terrible place; they go absolutely crazy when I take food from other restaurants. I pay with my own money and I am (was) your customer, so you don't have to tell me what to do with my food. The food is unfortunately deep-fried supermarket trash, but this is no 5-star restaurant. If you just show respect to your customers, you get respect back, and regular customers at that.

We had a super delicious meal in the cozy and atmospheric dining area.

Very good food and very friendly service. Also a very convenient ordering system!

The food is good, but... the owners do not prioritize customer friendliness.

Delicious fries and snacks. And incredibly friendly people too. Highly recommended!

Me and my friends were sitting at a table of four, and two of my friends ordered so we could share. Then a lady came and told us we couldn’t sit together if two people didn’t order, but we were gonna share. So she kicked us out..

I want to give this restaurant -10 if possible, The owner and staff doesn't know anything about how Hospitality and restaurant business operates, as usual typical Dutch rude behavior... We went to this place to eat fries, our elder son doesn't wanted to eat fries so we brought for him subway and thought he can eat subway while we eat fries at this restaurant, we ordered our food and waiting till it come to our table, I told my elder son to start eating his sandwich, All the tables were dirty so I called the staff to clean the table, he was feeling discomfort cleaning the table because we highlighted him, he cleaned the table with fake smile and then he went to his boss who was busy making our fries and taking new orders from other customers, Suddenly the boss came to our table and told we are not allowed to eat outside food from other place, I told him it's for my kid and we are not sitting here for free, we have also ordered something as well but he insisted not eat there, My son felt really really bad, and he got upset. This kind of hospitality you can expect only in Holland, there are no human aspect or kindness in this restaurant We immediately left by doing take away, I will never visit this stupid place.... I see

Excellent quality, fast service, clean restroom. The only thing that lacks atmosphere is the location itself. A shopping center without any charm. Parking is great, though. Under the shopping center and the first two hours are free. 👌💪

Very tasty, I recommend it. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Friendly, hardworking people. The food is incredibly delicious and the selection is varied! We live near McDonald's, but nothing beats this restaurant! Always busy, even in the dining area. My husband (René) usually picks up food; I've been with him a few times, and he's always friendly and enthusiastic.

This is just how it should be. The cafeteria is spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly, the decor is nice and cozy, and the food is absolutely delicious.

Highly recommended for burgers. Nowhere as tasty

Cozy, service as it should be. The atmosphere is good.

Very clean, friendly and patient staff. Food is tasty and hygienically prepared. Hardworking people.

Delicious fresh fries and burgers! Very friendly people. Top!

Boss, awesome sauce. Great food and customer service.

High quality, very friendly service, in short, they have their business well organized 💯‼️👍

Great for a quick meal if you’re already out shopping.

Great restaurant, come there every week.

I always receive a warm welcome here and enjoy coming by to get fries and snacks. They now know me by name, and it's always nice to have a chat. Moreover, the food is excellent!

Super friendly staff. Everything is very well taken care of.

Here they dare to charge 5.25 for a very hard factory meatball with peanut. I've never tasted such a disgusting meatball before. Don't understand why you dare to sell this. I'd say try it yourself. From the gravy to the trash!

The tastiest fries in the Netherlands, cozy atmosphere and super nice staff

Although the burger was good. The cranky old lady server is shouting. Not the best experience. You come to a restaurant to relax only to be served by a cranky woman and shouts towards kids.

Very arogant employee (the old lady )but food was good

Very tasty food and very friendly people

Nice place, nice staff and it is clean and the toilet is something people are often curious about

The Guus burger menu is highly recommended :)

I come/get here often and the quality of the food is always good and prepared quickly.

Good and wide selection of burgers.

I said the burger smelled great as i took it away and you wasn't lying when you said that burger would taste good 😉.. it most definitely did. Real freshly ground beef patty which is very hard to find at burgers restaurants in NL. Very delicious burger and i think its very hard for any other burger restaurant to compete with this level of quality.

Delicious fries, friendly people and ready quickly

Vierrijk has a warm and inviting ambiance, with wooden tables and chairs, cheerful yellow walls and an open kitchen where customers can watch the chefs in action as they prepare the fries. The menu offers a variety of fries options, from classic Flemish fries to innovative flavors such as truffle parmesan and garlic herb. However, despite the delicious dishes and cozy atmosphere, the woman behind the bar is known for her quirky attitude and mediocre customer service. She has short spicy blonde hair and always seems to be in a hurry. Customers complain about her impatient tone, her tendency to forget orders, and her lack of interest in satisfying customers. One day we decided to try Vierrijk, enticed by the rave reviews about the fries. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and welcoming, but as soon as they order, we experience the infamous service of this lady. She seems annoyed when she takes the order and makes us wait for their food without explanation. When the fries are finally ready, the order is delivered wrong, and when they ask that guy to correct it, he responds indifferent and curt. Although we enjoyed the delicious fries, we can't look past the poor service from her. Vierrijk remains popular for its great food and cozy atmosphere, but the owners are challenged to improve customer service and address that guy's reputation to deliver a complete experience to their customers. Oh yes, it also smells very unpleasant Greetings Koen from H.

Nice shop with good products and friendly people

Tasty fries. Delivered on time after ordering online. Friendly employees.

Super leuk. We are lucky that we have Vierrijk in the neighbourhood.

Cozy place with nice service. Delicious food, we will do that more often.

We have been ordering our fries and snacks here for years. Friendly staff who really knows their regular customers, even if there are specific things such as packing, they know this. Delicious fries and snacks. A small downside is that they don't want to move to our new house 😆😜. We're still going to miss it. But will definitely come by once in a while! See you soon! Marjolein and Job

They are very kind people and the food is quite delicious. The perfect match.

Really tasty fries and good burgers

Goede kwaliteit frites en snacks, snelle service en zeer schone zaak. Prijs kwaliteit is prima.

This is the place to go if you want that good old snack bar hit. Great pricing with friendly and fast service 👏

We preferred to eat here many times. We found the same quality and taste every time. Not only the food but also the hospitality is good. They smile and serve very well every time. This place is also good for our child. It is really a good opportunity to have such a beautiful restaurant in the neighbourhood.

Super lekker eten. Frietjes van de maand echte aanrader. Gezellige eingenaren

Gewone frietwinkel. Bestelling jammer niet kompleet. Deel van de week dicht....

Ga er meestal enkel voor een milkshake. De beste van de regio.

For me nothing bad, except by the hamburger which was very spicy for me (even without the spicy sauce). You can order online and then pick it up there.

Weer een keertje lekker gegeten binnen aan een tafeltje.

We kwamen met het vliegtuig terug en zijn net voor sluitingstijd nog binnen gekomen met 8 personen Vriendelijk en snel geholpen Lekker en goed gegeten

This place is great. I enjoy a lot the chicken strips they make. Thanks guys!

Gaan zeker weer terug.

Nice place, lovely people and delicious food. We usually go for Fries of the month. It's always very interesting. 😊

Altijd verrassend elke maand, lekkerrrrr

Nice place. Loved the hamburgers.

Seriously pleasant staff. Friendly and eager to help. Nice inexpensive, but good quality food.

Eenvoudig maar lekker. Niets op aan te merken.

The burgers, fries and the chicken bucket were all really good. For the price, it's definitely worth it.
