Echte Bakker Godfried De Vocht in Ontginning

Wednesday morning, I ordered three large cream cakes with the message "Grandpa Jan's 90th Birthday." And I paid. Then my niece went to pick it up, and unfortunately, no cake! It was delicious, so Grandpa didn't get any cake for his 90th birthday. Now I have to find cakes for 30 people. So, no more De Vocht bakery for us! Dirk de Vocht has since contacted us, and Grandpa will still get the cream cake for his 90th birthday. We are so happy with how this was resolved. Thank you so much, Dirk de Vocht!

This morning, my son was in the store with a Too Good To Go voucher. Unfortunately, nothing was left; it was cancelled on the spot and he was simply sent away. Mistakes happen, but this could have been resolved differently. We will never go there again.

We picked up a surprise bag and were thrilled. Thank you.

Excellent too good to go packages. Also nice bread

This morning, I got a breakfast deal at this restaurant. A very friendly woman helped me at the checkout. However, we received two different sandwiches per breakfast deal. When I told her I wanted the other sandwich, the other woman at the counter was very indignant. I did eventually get the sandwich, but the woman (in green clothing) was incredibly unfriendly. Such a shame.

After a lot of calling and consultation, I was able to receive a gift voucher from the real baker. Can't take advantage of the promotion because I have a voucher, which is also just money. Shame. The previous promotion with Christmas stollen was also disappointing.

I used Too Good to Go apps for buying bread in this bakery. I got many kinds of bread for €4.99. we need to pick them up before the bakery closed. The workers has already prepared it. So we just need to show the apps and they will give it for us.
