So, this is a croissant from "De echte bakker" that I encountered like this multiple times and I politely sent an email (with a photo) pointing out that something isn't quite right. Just like the fact that hard rolls are often sold out by 10:30 in the morning. Although they state online that they welcome feedback, you get absolutely no response. A missed opportunity... Overall quite satisfied, although it is a factory bakery and you'd be better off not buying small pastries, chocolate, or apple turnovers there... Unfortunately, some products simply don't offer the right price/quality ratio.

Ordered a Martino "baguette" today. Since when is a baguette the size of a pistolet? The sandwich was made with bare hands, the sauce was forgotten, and it was later added on in a mediocre way. Half the sandwich had no sauce, and a large portion of the arugula fell off when they tried to add the sauce, which wasn't added back later. This definitely wasn't worth 7 euros!

To the Manager and Staff, I have a very poor opinion and honestly, I can’t believe what I’m seeing. Never, absolutely never, do the employees wear gloves. They grab 4 or 5 loaves of bread at once, touching their clothes in the process. One morning, i sow rdered a salmon sandwich that was prepared without gloves. The person directly touched the salmon with hands—how is this acceptable? Did you know you can transmit bacteria, pathogens, and diseases this way? For me, it’s truly unbelievable that no one has reported this before. As for the coffee—it tastes like water with milk. The coffee machine clearly hasn’t been properly calibrated in a long time. For cappuccinos, the milk is reheated every single time... I want to enjoy my coffee, not drink it with disgust. Outside, there are no ashtrays and the tables are extremely dirty. I don’t even want to imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. This message is especially directed to the manager and staff: No gloves = bacteria, pathogens, viruses.

All products are truly of absolutely perfect quality. These shops are great for people with disabilities such as wheelchairs, walkers, etc. A very nice lady helps me pack and hand over the items. Fantastic!!

We enjoyed a pastry and coffee here; the staff was very hospitable, and everything was clean. I would definitely come back here again.

An okay tuna sandwich. A bit pricey and lacking in flavor, but the taste was good.

As a 16 year old I am apparently not a customer for them, at least they don't treat me like that anyway

Friendly baker with very tasty bread. And the poppy seed balls are the tastiest here. Also a favorite of my children because they always get treats here.

Today [36] degrees I had a coffee and something tasty inside with the air conditioning. We would have liked a small glass of water, but that was not possible according to the employee. Had to buy a bottle, and that in a very customer unfriendly way. While nowadays you often get a glass of water on a terrace, especially if you ask. It's a bit like coffee.

We came here very often, but the price difference was just a little too often. The last time I had to pay 20 euros for something that was normally 13 euros. Didn't get enough money back and when I got home half of the order was missing. Contacted 3 times via email, no response. Of course things can go wrong, but in the store I was already treated as if I was wrong and then you don't even get a normal response even though you paid 7 euros too much. It's not about the money, but the customer friendliness is completely absent.

its a shame that you have such great equipment for coffee making but don't train you staff properly into servicing it. Half an hour to an hour barista crashcourse would be plenty to get everyone on page!

Goede bakker met lekker brood en fantastisch gebak!

Als je echt lekker brood en banket wil, dan is dit dé plek. Vriendelijke, toegankelijke bediening, eerlijke en fijne producten en mooie inrichting. Een zaak waar je het bakkersambacht voelt.

De winkel stond vol met klanten. De telefoon ging en het personeel nam de telefoon aan om een bestelling op te nemen. Ik sprak daarna het personeelslid aan. Waarom ze de telefoon aannam terwijl er zeker 5 mensen aan 't wachten waren. Dit moest van haar baas. Ik zei dat ik speciaal naar hun kwam om dat ze heerlijke producten hebben en dat ze blij mogen zijn met al de klanten die bij hun in de winkel komen. Er werd niet meer gereageerd. Totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Ik wilde meer brood halen.. Maar ben toen toch naar een andere winkel gegaan om brood te halen.

Lekker brood, attent personeel. Doen mee aan too good to go, waar we veel lekkere dingen krijgen! Goed bereikbaar, gratis parkeren nabij op het wijngaardplein.
