Cozy restaurant with a living room atmosphere and a large heated terrace. A favorite of many.

Compliments, we were helped very quickly, and lunch arrived quickly and was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Far too little for a lot of money. Three of us were still hungry after dinner. The fries were enough for a toddler, and we had to share them with three adults. The veal escalope was cold. And the extra vegetables were the forgotten ones because they never arrived. There was also no one around to ring the bell.

Good food and good beers. They even have a locally brewed house beer. Great service and a beautiful, spacious terrace. The nicest and best hotel in Berlicum.

Delicious food, perfect service

Unfortunately, De Prins fell flat on its face tonight, as far as we're concerned. A few weeks ago, it wasn't great, but tonight was truly unacceptable. Not the friendliness of the staff: that remains good, but the food was so bad. The evening started well with a delicious appetizer platter; generously filled with all sorts of things. However, we then had to wait over an hour (!) for our main courses, while the food was being lavishly served around us. Made a mistake somewhere? It happens, but please report it. The spare ribs were tough, tasteless, and there were no dipping sauces. A little apple syrup doesn't make up for that. My daughter's tenderloin was so incredibly tough; you would have chewed the soles of your shoes before they did. The "spaghetti" was also disappointing; a very small portion and, above all, cold. That also made it tasteless. We couldn't report it to the staff, because no one came. We mentioned it when we paid; Not for compensation (three free drinks), but in the hope that things would improve; a vain hope, unfortunately. Just €104 for tasteless, poor food. Our evening was once again unsuccessful; a shame, because we've had much better at De Prins in the past. We won't be back after tonight.

Great location, especially with the lovely warm weather, a lovely shady spot. Delicious lunch dishes. The price-quality ratio is absolutely fine.

My favourite restaurant, always cozy and good food.

I chose the so-called vegan option, Spaghetti Buratta. The sauce was very bland and lacked flavor, probably straight from a bucket. The Buratta didn't flow when it was cut. But the fact that a cafe still serves soggy fries and doesn't know how to fry them is deeply disappointing. Once, but never again.

Simply delicious food! The food is of good quality and you can taste it. The friendly staff provides a hospitable service. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed a beautiful summer evening with delicious dishes.

Had a beer here and enjoyed the terrace. Nice music playing in the background. After went to have dinner down the street as we made reservations there. Though we came back here after and had some lovely desserts. Kind and attentive service. Will stop by if in the neighbourhood again.

This is definitely a friendly cafe! From - for example 's-Hertogenbosch - you can get there in a piece of cake 🚲 The food is delicious and the atmosphere is good. All this together makes it a place you will never forget!

Nice place for lunch, and beautiful dishes. However, the staff could use some refinement. Indicate signs instead of putting them down. If you put drinks or food down, you can also take empty glasses or plates with you. (we were 3 and a group of 11) But what I thought was the worst was pouring hot tea over a baby's head. Then you are asked not to do it that way, and you do it again in the second round. Children are unpredictable at that age (baby, toddler). You don't want to experience dropping a cup of boiling water over it. An accident just happened.

Hier heb ik al vaker gegeten. Wat echt knap is, we zijn met een grote groep, hoe hier alles onder controle is. Ik bestel en biertje en binnen de kortste keer staat het voor mijn neus. Prima gerechten en goede service. Eet je met een groep, ga hier naartoe.

Went to De Prins's men's evening today. They advertise €35 for dinner (meat) and unlimited beer. The advertised €35 ​​turns out to be €47.50 in practice. In addition, the quality of the meat is mediocre. Downer on the evening: at 9 p.m. we were informed that we would start the last round (drinks). This was not communicated in advance and feels like arbitrariness. Very unfortunate, this is not recommended.

Some dishes too expensive, some good. Tasty, but 1 pot of fries for 3 is really not enough.

We only had a drink, for fun and that turned out great because of the nice staff and beautiful decor. We also had dinner a while later, the tomahoack and service were really perfect. The place for dinner in Berlin!!!

Hele grote porties en de prijs viel wel mee. Carpaccio salade bij lunch was bijvoorbeeld meer dan genoeg, hetzelfde bij het 12 uurtje. En het smaakte ook allemaal goed👍🏻

Twee keer gegeten. 1ste keer woensdag avond. Allebei de tonijnsteak....heerlijk rauw van binnen en echt een flinke steak! Heerlijk! Bediening super. Heel vriendelijk en service perfect. Vrijdagavond weer terug. Allebei de babette rare. Mijn vrouw rare/medium dus gewoon prima. Maar die van mij medium/wellicht doneren. Getwijfeld maar de gastheer gaf aan dat het geen enkel probleem was dus terug. Daarna een bavette rare.... het randje lekker gebakken en van binnen heerlijk rauw. Zo lekker! Top van de service. 2 heerlijke avonden uit geweest.

Last week, during our bike ride, we happened to visit the café/restaurant De Prins in Berlicum to have something to drink and eat. Upon entering we were kindly received and we immediately felt at home because of the cozy interior. We drank a delicious specialty beer from the tap and chose a carpaccio sandwich and a twelve o'clock from the extensive menu for lunch. It was absolutely great, the carpaccio was even the tastiest we have ever been served anywhere! The service was very nice and super friendly, the real Brabant geniality was really reflected here! De Prins is highly recommended for a drink and a drink! We will go back soon for a nice dinner, because we saw many delicacies on the menu there.

The atmosphere in this village cafe and restaurant is great. The coffee is of reasonable quality, just like the apple pie. However, the apple pie is cold and the whipped cream is from a spray can: not real cream. The kind that turns into white liquid after 5 minutes. Shame. Point for improvement. Good place to catch up on the terrace. Friendly, truly Brabant staff. Definitely a place to come back

Lekker eten, gezellige dorpse tent en door het personeel gezellig gerund. Lekkere gerechten en voldoende keuze op de kaart. Leuke bediening en gratis parkeren. Komen er zeker terug !

Super gezellige tent met zeer leuke bediening. Oo de tap verschillende soorten bier. Kan er prima eten of gewoon verschillende soorten boorelplankjes. Zeker nie verkeerd om even hier te stoppen.

Matig eten en buiten zijn de tafels ronduit smerig!! Zelfs de kaart is vies en de kaarten die buiten staan nog viezer. Laaste keer voor ons er is keuze genoeg in andere restaurants.

Meer dan waar voor je geld. Onzettend lekker. Tomatensoep rijkelijk gevuld met gehaktballetjes. De prinsburger super lekker en wat sappig. De Dame Blanche, groot en lekker. Zeker een aanrader. Niet te duur en meer dan genoeg op je bord. Bovendien krijg je een gratis klein broodplankje met dips erbij bij het voorgerecht. Klasse👌

Goede service, eten lekker, maar weten niet wat een high tea is.

Ik reserveerde voor een high tea. We mochten zitten waar we wilden, ook aan een gróte tafel. Bediening was heel vriendelijk en vlot, maar de high tea was wel de slechtste ooit. Ik vraag me af of men hier het hele concept van een high tea wel snapt. We kregen een diverse smaken thee, maar geen koffie ( oorspronkelijk hoort die niet bij een high tea, maar in Nederland waarderen we dat wel ) op de website staat ook inclusief koffie en thee, maar koffie was er niet en werd niet aangeboden. Een soepje vooraf… ? Is geen onderdeel van een high tea, maar ach het was lekker. Hierna kregen we samen een plank met normaal formaat sandwiches in diverse smaken. Overigens waren ze heel lekker, maar dit is niet wat ik verwacht van een high tea. Dan verwacht je kleine hartige hapjes en diverse mini-sandwiches. Vervolgens zouden dan scones moeten volgen en daarna zoete hapjes, óf scones én zoete hapjes. Maar nee…een bolletje citroenijs, slagroom en een crème. Gewoon 1 nagerecht dus. Wel lekker, maar wat een aanfluiting voor een high tea… Kortom, we hadden beter gewoon kunnen lunchen, maar ik denk niet dat ik daarvoor terug kom bij de Prins.

Heel vriendelijk en snel geholpen door de bediening. Lekkere biertjes en een mooi terras. Top plek!

Eindelijk weer eens een echt gezellig avondje lekker eten in Brabant. Leuke sfeer en zeker niet duur! Reden genoeg om nog een keer terug te gaan.
