It's getting worse by the day, you have to wait hours for your food and it's also delivered cold

For the first time in my life I tried raspatat, I was looking forward to it. But when the food arrived the beloved raspatat appeared to be missing. We called again and were told that the raspatat was gone and that normal fries had been replaced, but this was not the case together with the special meatball that we were still missing. We explained the problem and we were told that the fries and meatball would still be delivered. We waited in suspense, but when after 20 minutes the missing part of the order still had not arrived we called again. We got someone else on the line who knew nothing about our order, she said that she was going to consult with her colleague, after which she suddenly hung up. Another 15 minutes later we called again to ask if it was on its way. Then finally we were told that it was ready and would be on its way as soon as possible. Finally we had our fries and special meatball, we were over the moon, but it didn't last long. The meatball was half completely cold and there was a hair in my fries. Hopefully the day will come that I can try a good raspatat, but I will not order these here again. (And if you call a number, maybe check if there is a country code in front of it....)

Terrible bad place. Don't have half of it. Deliver the wrong food, are unable to make burgers according to the order and on top of that they don't answer when you call!

I waited more than 2 hours for my food, i called them and after i had to wait an other 20 minutes. The fries was cold and half baked. It was not good at all. Never order from this restaurant again. This happened 2x now! No more chance from me.

After waiting 1.5 hours for my order, still no food. Requested money back

Order placed with delivery time 7:05 PM. Called at 7:25 PM to check if the order had gone through correctly as they were already 20 minutes late. Food was on its way, she said. Finally the food at 7:45 PM. Wouldn't have been a problem if it was warm but everything was lukewarm.

Ordered via home delivery. Then had friendly and clear communication about delivery to the truck. The food was delivered faster than I expected. The food was still warm/hot enough and tasty.

Only half of the order was delivered. After calling, the lady asked 'yes, what do you want now?' Well... I just want the rest of my order... They could have that delivered... after calling several times... it still has to be delivered...

Order placed, 2 of the 12 items were delivered and everything was cold! The woman on the phone said I should have ordered it elsewhere if I wanted it hot. Asked to speak to the owner but never got a call back!! Money gone

Unfortunately, following up on the other review of it being the customer's fault. We have just been told that we as customers are no longer welcome. And all because they could not keep to agreements. After the last order I contacted the owner and he said to go for it and that it will be better next time. This time, after placing the order, the employee reported that we as customers were no longer welcome. Customer friendly so not really great. And as read in the other review, delivery on time and good products does not apply. But, all this was the customer's fault. So, if you have the option to order elsewhere, our free advice is available. To do.

Didn't receive any of the snacks ordered, cold weak fries, a container full for 12.50, a piece of cake with hamburgers made from frozen burgers. then you call and now it comes! YOU SHOULD NOT ORDER FROM US IF YOU LIVE DISTANCE FROM US! (Klazinaveen to Emmen) asked manager but heard nothing yet

Not recommended, food is delivered every time either way too early or way too late. Order is often incomplete. And you can wait even longer. They offer a delivery service, with a time limit. But they don't adhere to this at all. And then you call and the customer is blamed.

Ordered lunch online and it was delivered at the agreed time. Everything is at the right temperature and of excellent quality.

Just ordered food here for the first time and had it delivered in Emmen. (Kerspellaan) Normally I don't easily write a review, but the food was very tasty and it was delivered quickly. The fries were really tasty! We will definitely order here again.

Delicious food, good service, fast delivery

Very good, they forgot something and brought it very quickly with ice creams, very good and tasty snacks and fries.! In my opinion the best in the area.

Snel gebracht. Grote porties. Erg tevreden.

Top service lekkere pattattekes

Voor het eerst besteld bij De lauden, 2 gehaktballen en patat oorlog. Alles was koud, of het ligt aan de afstand zou ik raar vinden als ik bij een ander restaurant verder weg bestel is het eten wel goed warm. Misschien voor bezorgen ander verpakkingsmateriaal gebruiken niet het standaard patat materiaal. De smaak van de gehaktballen waren goed. Patat was erg zout. Maar wel goed gebakken. Zou ik hier weer bestellen nee! Prijs is duur je betaald voor bezorgen maar ja dan verwacht je dat alles goed is verpakt. Bezorging was binnen de aangegeven tijd, al met al Helaas de lauden geen fan erbij.

Het broodje bij de xxl cowboy burger was een slap klein bolletje, dat klef en nat was. Voor zo'n prijs (€7,5) mag je daar een beter broodje bij verwachten. De patat was prima. De speklappen daarentegen slap en smakeloos

Ook al hadden ze niet alle drankjes in huis, de frietjes en snackjes waren heel lekker. Ook vriendelijke mensen aan de bediening. De social deal bon is zeker 100% een aanrader als je er in de buurt bent.

Prima service.Bij bezorging snel en warm.

De bestelling is keurig en snel bezorgd. Echter in het bestel menu zit soms wat onduidelijkheid over wat je nu besteld. Voor de rest prima tevreden.

Precies op tijd gebracht en heel smakelijk allemaal

Hele vriendelijke mensen en prima snelle bezorging maar er gaat vaak wat mis met de bestelling. 2 stokbroodjes beenham waren opeens maar voor de helft, super opgelost! Kregen die de volgende keer gratis. Maar die keer hebben ze beenhamsaus vergeten erbij te doen en in het kids menu de frikadel vergeten (verdrietig zoontje..) en de frikadel speciaal zoals gevraagd met ketshup was toch met curry.. kan gebeuren als het druk is dus later toch weer voordeel van de twijfel gegeven. Opnieuw besteld en weer de frikadellen speciaal met curry ipv met ketshup (wat mijn man echt niet lekker vindt..en weer duidelijk online was aangegeven) Kortom goed eten, ook erg lekker en snel. Maar er gaat te vaak wat mis met de bestelling waardoor wij nu helaas voor een andere snackbar zullen kiezen.

Net eten en drinken gehaald, drinken was ruim 6mnd over datum zat geen smaak meer aan bah

Alle super geregeld het bestellen via app is handig wel jammer dat je in de app niet kunt zien wat er in en om een menu zit. Het bezorgen en afhalen allemaal top geregeld

Eten is top!! En vriendelijk personeel.

Vandaag voor het eerst besteld via de app heel makkelijk en het eten was ook heerlijk.
